"The Nagaoka Fireworks Conference stayed for one night. The room was really small. When the box was opened, there was no way to walk. It was not far from Niigata Station. It was also passing by the super delicious Fushou. The old hotel facilities were still well maintained. The bathroom is very small, the bath is very painful, and the water temperature is difficult to adjust."
"The hotel is not bad, it is convenient to walk to the station for seven or eight minutes. The overall feeling is good, the room is not big, the overall feeling that the facilities are a bit old. I didn’t clean it inside the toilet, I was a little scared by chance... I couldn’t say too specific for one night."
"The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. It is very convenient to Isetan and Bandai. The management of the hotel is very good, the service is very good, the room is small, but the cleaning is clean and will choose this hotel in the future."

1574 Nishiboridori, Chuo-ku, Niigata, Japan
"In the Summer of 1874, there was a young Italian Pietro Miorele who came to Niigata with a French circus group upon the opening of the port. Miorele was badly injured in an accident and was left behind by the group, but he got hired by a local Niigata circus group after he recovered. The prefectural governor at the time Kusumoto Masataka was impressed with his story and provided some funds for Miorele to open a beef hotpot restaurant. The shop became prosperous, and Miorele was also called "Miola" by the locals. He was a popular person, later got married and living a happy life. However, the restaurant was destroyed in the big fire of 1880, and Miola wanted to return to Italy as a result. With the encouragement of the neighbours, at the present place of Nishibori, he built the first full-fledged Western restaurant in Japan then. The taste of an elegant Western cuisine in a Western-style building called "Italian restaurant" was such a great idea that it was praised as "Rokkenikon of Niigata" and became a vastly popular restaurant. Miola continued to contribute as a centre of new food culture to Niigata and returned home to a united Italy after more than 30 years in Japan. He died in his home city Turin on November 1920. There were various constructions and re-developments carried out throughout the years, and by 1976 the hotel started operations. After more than 100 years, the restaurant and the hotel continue to live "the taste of an Italian restaurant" as created by Miola. After parking in the underground car park (the ¥1500 parking fee had been waived for hotel guests) and a simple registration we checked in to Room 910, a Twin Deluxe Room of 34 sq. metres, with a 2-seat sofa and coffee table. The room is spacious and clean, maybe a bit dated but still offering good comfort and convenience. We didn’t choose to eat dinner in the hotel but had breakfast at the Marco Polo Restaurant. It was a buffet breakfast with typical Japanese and Western food. A special thing was that there were hand-rolls made by the chef on order, with a choice of three ingredients. The package rate (room plus breakfast for two) was ¥25,000. But I didn’t need to pay because I used my Relux points to redeem it."

Chuo-ku Shimookawamaedori 3 Nocho 2230, Niigata, Japan
"Although it takes a few stations to Nagaoka, not the venue of the fireworks, it is convenient for us to catch up with the train from Nagaoka. There are several thousands of people going to Nagaoka for the fireworks but most of them coming from the Japan east and they go back their home on the same day, so there are a lot of people at the station when the show is over. Luckily we stay at Niigata and we can go back to hotel before 11:30pm. The hotel is grand huge. Although it is not fashioned, it is being renovated. In the room, the wall papers, toilet and carpet are new. Specially the restaurant is very nice and price is reasonable. The city view is very peaceful. Through the window, you can see the river and beautiful sky. Having breakfast in this hotel is a must!"
"Room old and dirty, big spider on the wall, many hair in bathroom. Breakfast or japanees or american but you can’t decide what to eat. They decide for you. If you want a english menu forget it! Only japanees!"

"More like hotel. Take a bus from the airport to Niigata Station South Plaza (420 yen for adults, 210 yen for children. Take a taxi for about 3,800 yen to the hotel), change to North Plaza and walk for 7-8 minutes, see Shikiya or apa Hotel, the shuttle bus to the hotel at this location, the schedule is as shown below. Or the price of a taxi from Niigata Station to the hotel is about 1,240 yen."
"We stayed to go live at Toki Messe. It is very convenient because it is connected to Toki Messe by a passage. There aren't many convenience stores or places to eat nearby I felt a little inconvenient, but I was satisfied with the service and the cleanliness of the room. I also had a dessert buffet. I couldn't take the picture well, but it was very delicious."
"The hotel has an amazing view overlooking the panoramic view of Niigata. Go straight from Niigata Station Bandai Exit for about 5 minutes. There is a parking lot at the second traffic light to the hotel, and a dangdang shop at the parking place. There is a seafood market nearby."

"It takes more than 10 minutes on foot from Niigata Station, and although the location is not good, it is a luxurious hotel that overturns it. Due to various facilities such as banquet halls and restaurants, the guest rooms are definitely on the 6th floor and above. I stayed on the 10th floor. I thought the single bath was narrow, but it was a very large unit bath that I could still afford to stretch my legs. Also, there are an unusually large number of desk drawers. I didn't use it, but I thought it was amazing. The sofa in the foreground is insanely fluffy. It was comfortable. I thought it was "luxury" in various places such as the front desk and elevator. This is a hotel that I used for the first time, but I really want to use it again."
"Great location, great day and night views, which is rare in a Japanese city hotel. Breakfast is rich and the room is quite large. The lobby of the hotel is very atmospheric. The roof garden is transformed into a cafeteria at night. The night view is first-rate, and there is a rich variety of draft beer. Eating and drinking BBQ and drinking Japanese draft beer are comfortable."
"Good location! Clean (Japan is basically clean)! The service is not said (Japan can basically)! Set a three-person room, go in and see that it is obvious that the two have added a small bed, a little regret."

"Three parents, a mother, a high school boy, and an elementary school boy suddenly decided to stay during consecutive holidays, so I really wanted a non-smoking room, but it wasn't vacant, but the queen's bed + loft bed was good and I smoked. I decided on a room that was acceptable. When I called in advance, he said that he would take care of deodorizing. Arriving in the room, I didn't mind the smell at all It was very clean, I and my kids could sleep well and wanted to stay at this hotel again."
