"I prefer to write good reviews, but the owner of this nice, new hotel needs to know ....their staff hasn’t been properly trained. We arrived ten minutes before 3pm on a Thursday for check-in. Check-in is AT 3- and there was a line of people in the lobby waiting to get their rooms because they hadn’t been cleaned! It wasn’t 1pm....it was 3?? The room was very nice- except the plug didn’t work at the desk in the room , so my husbands phone wasn’t charging and died at 3am to wake us up. There were brackets on some of the walls where pictures are still waiting to be hung . And the bathroom needs another light near the toilet - maintenance told us it was a design flaw- oops Marriott. At breakfast on Friday morning, the staff was not ready for the crowd they knew way in advance they were having. (Hotel was booked weeks before). They were VERY low on almost all food items. Oatmeal was out and never replenished as I waited for 35 min and it never came out. Breakfast was open til 9, but we had to leave at 8:30. Eggs were gone, milk was gone, and many many items were low. I called the front desk later to ask if breakfast would be better the next day and the manager said she herself would be working it. It was worse! So many families were upset. They were out of oatmeal, plates and silverware needed to be replenished, we were told they would not make more oatmeal! It was 8am on a Saturday at a booked hotel! After I asked about why they couldn’t make more....they eventually did, but people were laughing about it as it was a layer of water and a layer of oats! The straw for me was when there was nothing but yogurt for me (eggs were out too!) ...I went to get coffee and it was out!! No coffee!? The one lady that seemed to be trying asked me to report they need more staff. I believe they need training and staff. Nice hotel that needs some help. 🙏🙏"
"While visiting my father in the hospital I booked a room online to stay the night. When we arrived to check in there was a lobby full of high schools checking in as well. He couldn’t locate a reservation under my name. Turned out I mistakenly made the reservation for a different hotel. Jesus was wonderful and quickly found us a room. He was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for saving the day!"
"It's a new hotel so everything is up to date. The rooms, lobby, and public areas were all very clean. Housekeeping service is excellent here, breakfast staff extremely polite and helpful. Even though I arrived at a bit of a rush, the front desk staff was polite but still efficient to get everyone through. Wonderful stay and will be returning in the future."

"Wow! As the father of the bride for my first-born daughter & her fiancé we researched long & hard for a hotel that could handle our out of town guests to give them an authentic Texas experience. After evaluating different options we chose the Historic Sinclair Building Fort Worth from Marriott Autograph collection. Sinclair is a renovated office building that Sinclair Oil used to operate from and is just steps away from Sundance Square. Marriott has touches throughout the building that tributes its storied history. Sinclair has combined the authenticity of the past with cutting edge technology. The bathroom mirror had apps inside the mirror for the weather, news, & music etc. The bathroom also had lighting that could change colors and moods. The curtains could be closed with the touch of a button so you can fall in asleep in the absolutely amazingly comfortable bed. While all that was more than wonderful the real magic happened with the service- starting with sales leader Courtney Towson & GM Tammy Vallejo. They invited us to lunch to learn about our event and provided top notch solutions from putting gift bags in guest’s room, private check in line, and a complete staff of can-do attitudes. Courtney even came in on Saturday to check in on us. She opened up roof top bar for bride/groom first looks. After the wedding we came back to a bottle of wine and handwritten note of congratulations from Courtney. Magical day, Magical Property, Magical Location, Magical Service!!!"
"From the time I arrived I was treated very well. The valet service was there as soon as I pulled up, and the front desk staff was over the top friendly and professional. This hotel is very historic, and it has kept it’s history, while being very high tech. The window shades are opened and closed with the touch screen control panel near the door. There are lighting settings for the morning, bedtime, social, and romantic. The bathroom mirror is set up like a computer screen, with news, weather and music, and has great speakers on both sides of the sink. The shower has 5 or more colors, and it is also controlled with a touch screen. Shower has overhead, wall, and handheld wand. The bathroom is also beautiful with marble slabs and they they go from floor to ceiling. You really have to experience this hotel to fully appreciate all it has to offer. Management has obviously made service a top priority, with the staff being extra friendly and helpful. One block from Sundance Square with numerous restaurants in the area. This is a top notch property, and I would give it 5+ stars. "
"I appreciate preserving the charm of an old art deco accents and marble walls to the cowhide rug and oil derrick accents. It really encompasses all that is Ft Worth. Common spaces all have a great retro feel. Room doors are new, but they also maintained some original doors. The floor number is etched in marble in front of the elevator doors. Even the water fountains on each floor have been given new life as phone nooks. But, the room is all modern luxury. Bed was great. Everything is controlled by touch panel (window shades, lights, thermostat, messages, and shower). Lots of outlets, mini fridge, and Nespresso. My only complaint was the noise. "

"I selected this hotel for the sole purpose of its location to the concert to be honest. We pulled up there was a golf cart and rickshaw blocking the entrance (hence not rated a five) the staff at check in was quick and friendly. There is only one elevator not conveniently located however there is only two floors and not really a show stopper. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is the highlight. Holy crap was it good. Slept like a baby every night. The balcony faced inward overlooking center courtyard. There is no free breakfast but the Bistro in the lobby serves Starbucks and offers some good eats. Here you will further enjoy friendly staff. There are several booths with your own TV. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. The jacuzzi was relaxing especially after a long game of cornhole. The lobby also has Tea and lemonade available and fresh cookies in the evening. Like I always say; if you don't ask you wont know. Enjoy. "
"Typical US courtyard. Breakfast is ok but very limited (Starbucks counter). Rooms are spacious and nice bed but stuff is getting old, especially bathroom. Seen better. Free parking. Service was friendly"
"I wish there was a number below 1... I will give it a 1 for the bed.... The manager here must have been having a bad day, week, month.. Food was below average. Dirty , worn carpet and hallways. Musty smell. Poorly laid out elevators. I will be surprised if a Marriott retains this place. Very overpriced for area. 1 tv in lobby. I could go on but I won’t, and we won’t be back.. Better choices for much less."

"First time in Dallas/Arlington area and we chose this hotel due to some kids events close by. Free shuttle from DFW was nice but had to wait quite awhile as they only dispatch shuttle from hotel when you arrive at the pickup post. Nice expansive lobby and fast elevators. The room size and bathroom was decent. Nice shower with good water pressure. The cafe downstairs for morning coffee was Ok even though they brew Starbucks coffee. Staffing made you wait as they're busy on their phones. There is not much to do in the area as baseball/football was over and 6 flags was closed for the winter."
"Let’s start with the hotel restaurant. Who knew?!?! Perfect cosmopolitans and service (Heidi, thank you) and great grilled salmon (the whole meal was delicious). We are seriously impressed! Lovely hotel, attentive staff, spacious rooms, good lounge, eclectic bar playlist. Happy to discover a wonderful new place."
"The Sheraton was excellent from many standpoints. The atmosphere was great as it was decorated with many Christmas lights. It was very clean, and the restaurant was pretty decent with a MONSTER tv. The rooms were very nice also, which included very comfortable beds! Definitely a positive experience. "

"The room was automatically upgraded to a suite without asking, which was more than amply spacious. It was clean and updated. The kitchenette was greatly appreciated, the bed was very comfortable, and the complementary breakfast was at the high end of the typical fare (including bacon, eggs, sausage patties, etc). The stay was quiet with no problems. Would definitely return. Stone's throw to 6 flags if that means anything (wasn't on my trip agenda)."
"Not sure who is posting about quiet rooms (maybe ownership/staff). No issues with noise from the outside but unless you are on the top floor you will hear ever footstep from the room above (you can even feel the vibration). Apparently this place was built using thin plywood as even with neighbors that close their room door seems like you are standing right next to it (it's not even a muffled noise). Breakfast was a brown bag with a oatmeal bar, muffin and a juice box. I give them a slight pass on this since we are still in COVID season. The buildings are not connected so if the weather is lousy and you need to go to main building to hit the fitness center, pantry, or reception you have to go outside. Fitness center was a fail as it only had 1 of the 2 treadmills working and the working one was in use. Room was fine (clean and spacious)"
"We asked for an early checkin and they were able to accommodate our request. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen area, large vanity area, and room to spread out. Breakfast was only mediocre part of stay So skip it and utilize kitchen in room. "

"Stayed here for the Dodgers game at Globe Life Park. It was last minute booking the hotel is in a pretty good location lots of restaurants around and the park only being like 1 mile from the hotel. Theirs a guy in their giving rides back and forth from there for a fee. The hotel is somewhat nice for the price but could be a little more cleaner IMO. Would stay again if the price is right."
