"New, clean, open, airy, and stylish with a generous and accessible staff. This was my first stay in a hotel in the Covid era so I wasn't sure what to expect. Michigan has a lot of restrictions that prevent the usual amenities (like hot food bar) one would expect at a Homewood Suites but this location is doing their best to give stellar guest service. I was promptly greeted at the front desk and given a nice choice of rooms. My towels were promptly replaced when I needed them and I was offered assistance at every turn. They have careful protocols in place to prevent germ spread and assure everyone has a safe stay. My room was scrupulously clean and the hotel was a quiet and comfortable. My bed was excellent and I slept like a baby on the plush mattress. A nicely outfitted kitchenette with full sized fridge, micro, and stove came in handy since the restaurants were closed and we had a spot of bad weather. Clean, steady, and hot shower. Well lit room with full-sized sofa and a business desk with ample outlets topped off the studio room. This hotel is close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, making it so convenient. Had a healthy and tasty lunch at Chopped Olive, a restaurant nearby. You can tell by the way this place is run that the management really cares."
"I was in town for my friends' wedding in Northville early last October and enjoyed my 3-night stay at this all-suite hotel in Novi. It's about 26 miles to DTW airport, a journey which takes approx. 30 minutes - a $40 Uber ride (fare plus fees before tip). The hotel was only a 5-mile Uber ride from my friends' house so the location was perfect for me; Walmart is also a short walk away. Check-in/out was smooth, staff was pleasant. My King Studio suite (503) was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable, complete with fully-equipped kitchen (which I didn't even use, apart from the fridge), ceiling fan above the bed, separate small bathroom containing walk-in shower and toilet (no bath), with the sink/vanity area between the bed and bathroom. Decor was in muted neutral tones of beige, brown and green. The included breakfast and fitness room were decent enough, and the room rate (HHonors Advance Purchase) offered good value for money. I would stay here again if I was in the area."
"We stayed recently for 6 nights and loved the hotel and location. Tons of shopping and dining options around the area and easy to walk to. Special recognition to Jaychannell, it was always nice to be welcomed by her smile and warm greeting."
