Back from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

The location is great, the church and the mountains in the distance can be seen on the balcony, the city is small but very beautiful and clean, the hotel garden is very beautiful. I planted a variety of flowers, tea, coffee, and order in the garden. There is a small river next to the garden. The service is very good and warm, and it is definitely the best hotel. The elevator is very special, and a soft stool is placed for the guests to sit down.

Very luxury hotel and just next to BadenBaden Christmas market and surrounded by all the restaurants, boutique, and public transport
Perfect location. Abit further from the airport and cost about €100 to call the taxi..the breakfast was superb and plenty of choice ..definitely will come back again

We have stayed here four times before over the last decade plus, and we love the art deco, room appointments, excellent breakfast, etc. We couldn't get past the road construction to drop off our luggage so I brought them from the parking garage. The safe stuck (most likely a dead battery) and we talked with the front desk who said someone will be up to fix it as their code didn't work. The person never showed. My wife kept putting in the open code and finally got it to open a little bit to get our stuff out. A friend who stayed here asked for an iron, they wouldn't let her take it to her room and she had to bring her dress down and iron in a small room next to the lobby. Both desk workers were more interested in their personal cellphones than serving people. It is a shame, we normally love to stay here.

We booked this hotel based on the online reviews. It’s more than we typically spend per night, but this was a special kid free weekend. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. A nice perk is if you book directly through the hotel, as a thank you, the first fill of the mini bar is free. I so wanted to love this hotel. Despite advertising air conditioning, our room just wasn’t getting cold. I went and spoke with the night clerk on our second night, thinking maybe it was operator error and could be easily fixed. The night clerk pulled up our room on the computer and tells me that the air conditioning is broke. It would have been nice if given the fact they obviously saw this on check in, they had put us in a functioning room. The clerk apologized and said he would make a note in our record for the manager to see in the morning. We were checking out the next day, so it didn’t make sense to move us to another room. I asked the night clerk about compensation, but he didn’t have that authority. The next morning, the manager was working the front desk when we checked out. I wasn’t asked how our stay was, so I informed her of the issue. I was told that the room was at a comfortable temperature and no discount would be given. I’m very disappointed with customer service, a small gesture such as comping our breakfast or our tickets to the therme baths would have been a nice token. I understand that things happen, I don’t understand not valuing your clientele.

Behind the hotel is the Caracalla Baths, very close, the rooms are very comfortable, the bath water is large, and the breakfast is also very good. It is a standard breakfast in Germany. Walking to the street for eating and shopping is also very close, I will choose this one next time.

Originally, I already had a room and didn't plan to stay here, but the environment of Baden-Baden is very good. I saw that this hotel is very magnificent, so the price on the day of check-in was HK$1800. I think it is a bit expensive for me, but in such a quiet environment I think it's worth it. The room is exquisitely decorated and thoughtful, and the couchon on the bed should be like his founder. It's very special. The room is very organized and comfortable, and it has a hot spring soaked in an ancient feeling. It's worth it recommend

This was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our trip to Germany but I wouldn't say it was the best. We really like charming places with a sense of the history and culture of the its location. Maison Messmer was more of a moderately luxurious hotel that could have been anywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room is well located. Excellent view from the windows to a beautiful little area. There is an elevator. There is a kitchen and a wardrobe.
Defects: All batteries are ignored. We turned on everything but only one worked. The room was warmed for the second day. The first night was very cold-wake up with the ice skin of hands and faces)) No wifi. On the respiratory was asked, said the password is at the door on the wall but it is not there) Respiratory is in another hotel, making it difficult to search. If it were not for the host of the neighboring hotel that took us to the receptacle- they wouldn't have guessed. Receptacle is in the diagonal hotel on the square-where the biggest street cafe is.

The room was good, just facing the street view, it was a bit of a twist to check in, called to ask the original coffee check-in opposite, breakfast is also here.

Like a house in a fairy tale, everything is retro, there are hotels of the age and history, the elevator is small, and the two big ones are very crowded. There are not many breakfast options, but the croissant here is the best I have ever eaten. It is crispy and tender, not oily or greasy, super invincible and delicious. I have been back to China for half a month, or I am thinking of the croissant here. . The parking fee is very expensive, ten or twenty euros ~ you can find cheap parking nearby

A lovely hotel, although some old, but the retro style makes people feel like they have returned to 100 years ago, the room is very large and comfortable, the corridor is full of artistic atmosphere, the breakfast room is especially flavorful, and there are many varieties of breakfast. This took a lot of photos on the hotel. Take you to the city center, wherever you are, and go to the hot springs for more than ten minutes.

Decent to good hotel. Great location! Nice room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Comfortable matrasses. Breakfast was relatively small, but good food and perfect to start the day. Very friendly staff. There was some confusion about the spa tax, but this was the booking agent’s fault. The hotel management explained this in detail and was perfectly resolved, which I really appreciate. Rated 4/5 due to great price versus value.

The hotel is located in the beautiful center opposite the Friedrichsbad. The staff is friendly. The room is nicely renovated and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small, shower gel, shampoo and soap available. Wi-Fi is free and with a code, but leaves to wish. Breakfast buffet is good. Fresh fruit salad, various cheese and sauce choice. Location: 5 rooms and bed: 4 breakfast and staff: 3 bathrooms: 2 Wi-Fi: 1
