The room I stayed in was a business-style suite facing the main road. It was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. There is free, covered parking at the back which was useful. The windows opened which was good as it was dry and hot in the room. I could not get the TV to work other than BBC World although eventually I managed to tweak the box and get it to work. The room furnishing was incredibly dark (wallpaper, curtains and light covers were all in dark material). I had to ask the reception to replace a broken bulb in one of the ceiling lights and the bedsit lights were so dark it was impossible to read by them. The cleaning of the room was a bit hit or miss and there were cigarette butts permanently stuck out of the external butt holder right by the front door. The housekeeper did pop by and apologise. The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and when prompted sorted out the necessary issues.

First time to stay here but certainly won't be the last. Lovely clean room with a great shower in the bathroom. Had a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning and everyone was so nice and friendly. There is also a car park at the back of the hotel which was really handy and it was free. We would definitely stay here again as it was quite central to a lot of restaurants and takeaways so if you didn't have a car you could easy walk to them. All in all a lovely place.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of staff was superb - they just could not do enough to help, from directions, room service requests, nothing was too much and everything is done with a smile - that really is the difference between a good hotel and a great one. All of the public areas and amenities were clean and some stunning artwork, from giant chandeliers to antique furniture and paintings all around. I could've spent a week here just wandering around admiring it all. We stayed in room 318 - it is very opulent with lots of plush furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows don't open - there are 2 aircon units in the suite, but I like a bit of fresh air. There is a lot of furniture in the room - beautiful old cabinets in keeping with the theme, but, you couldn't access the minibar in the room as the tv unit was in the way of the door opening fully so we had no way of chilling water, etc. The hotel provided plenty of icebuckets to compensate but it's a pity it wasn't thought out a bit more.

Had a fantastic meal. I chose the Al a Carte Vegan menu, a first for me but I felt the main menu was too meaty for me. It was very good, tomato salad starter was good, maybe slightly too much lettuce for me. Tortellini was tasty although some of the pasta was slightly thick. My husband had the normal Al a Carte, he was very happy with his choice. The atmosphere was lovely, such a grand room but very relaxed feel. The staff were amazing, especially Gabriele, he was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely go back next time we go to Belfast.

Stayed here for 3 nights for qcon, staff were very friendly and didn't judge on my cosplays. Enjoyed watching the channels challenge and citv on the tv when coming back after an exhausting day. Having the bath to relax my muscles was divine.

A great experience at an affordable price at the Ten Square hotel. The hotel was thoroughly modern with well appointed rooms. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Great location right across from the City Centre which gave us walking a cesss to pubs, restaurants and attractions. Bathrooms were lovely with rain head walk in showers. Location perfect. Great restaurants not to miss are Blu and The Lantern. Great pubs nearby. A thoroughly enjoyable stay !

Opposite the city hall back door 7 minutes away from the coach station, very convenient, downtown. Very new, with central heating and cooling, excellent service and attentive service. There are electric clothes drying racks in the bathroom. Ironing facilities are complete, the room is large, the bed is 2 meters, and the small bed is very comfortable. Soft and hard loading design in place. Worth staying again.

My 50th Birthday Titanic experience. An amazing experience, friendly staff from the minute you walk in. Rooms are very clean and themed to a high standard. I had a happy birthday card and tray with macaroons, small things really mean a lot. Bed was comfortable and warm. Was clean and cleaned daily. The meals were hearty and delicious, really filling you up. Breakfast was superb, a buffet style with both cereal and cooked breakfast. Lots to choose from, so even the fussiest of dinners will have something they like. The authentic designs throughout the hotel really sets the scene. The drawing room with the bar is stunning, so bright and airy. The staff were very attentive and David (the barman), really was friendly and always took time to chat and make you feel welcoming. This hotel really is the best I have stayed in and I look forward to returning.

The hotel is beautiful, with a sense of history, Titanic theme, service is not bad. It is suitable for taking pictures, even checkin male waiters, wearing a lot of Jack. There are many photos of the year in the building, and the manuscripts are very traversing, suitable for Titanic movies and history lovers! Recommend not far from the dot coffee, you can feel socialism when you enterprising, you must pay, and add color to the Chinese. The disadvantage is: because of the historical building, the bath water is small, the room is not big.

overall i love this hotel and would go back, and the people i have brought say the same. the view is lovely, the look of the hotel is like old money, its gorgeous, piano player in the evening really gives that effect too. the beds are amazing, so big and comfortable. my radio was broken in the room, i did not report at the time as i forgot to mention as there are no phones in the room to say at the time, so dont know if they would have fixed this, but i believe they would have rectified this as they seemed to be quite attentive in other matters. we went to the spa, in most ways it was clean, but the poles around the spa area need to be cleaned especially at the bottom, apart from that its lovely and quaint. the food was a bit of a let down this time, the starter of pork cubes was absolutely delicious, but the main of mushroom pasta was incredibly bland and tasteless, the breakfast i ordered an omelette which last time i was there was delicious, but this time was completely overcooked unfortunately. but all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

This is a very nice hotel - but with all very nice hotels it had its small weaknesses Wonderful grounds and facilities - liked the spa and swimming area - the bar area was luxury- full of soft seating and character Plenty of food in bar and foyer - the main restaurant certainly was nice - but service at breakfast on Sunday was so lacking in service - very poor you would think that the staff were out till 3 in the morning It’s not cheap but worth the experience in a very nice area of Belfast By the way Van Morrison played for lunch

Emergency night after flight cancellation but wow, the service provided made the day. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast was included in the deal so it was a bargain buffet for me in the mornings. Trust me the food is amazing👏🏿 You like the gym? They got you covered. The bus/rail station is next door to take you any places you want. It's in the city centre so you call get that leg stretch and walk around the city, exploring the beauty of Belfast.

The location is fantastic, which is very near the Great Vitoria Street Station. It is very convenient for us to catch the trains. And as it is located in the city centre, it is very easy to buy goods from the shops and have meals in different Restaurants. the food in the hotel is also delicious.

Belfast is small, walking to the city center for about 12 minutes, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is quiet and the overall feeling is very business, not suitable for a holiday. The room was not cleaned, the bath towels from the previous day were not taken away, and the coffee bars and tea bags were not replenished. The room is quite spacious (compared to the average of UK hotels) and the service is better.

Belfast is not big, the hotel can walk to the city center, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is quiet and the overall feeling is very business. The room is more spacious than the average of the British hotel, and the service attitude is better.

Arrived in a taxi from the airport and Checked in around 3pm. The reception staff were very alert to guest arriving from the front door. Jennifer at reception checked me in very efficiently, advised me of the breakfast times and asked if I would like to book a slot. Shortly afterwards gave me an information sheet and I was off to my room. The Room I was in was the standard king with city view. The room was bigger than expected. It had everything you need. A king bed, a large tv, enough space to put my belongings, a spacious 3 piece toilet with amenities and floor to ceiling windows which had view as far as the hills beyond. We had dinner that night at the hotel restaurant called Novelli at city quays. A separate review is on their trip advisor page. That night we ended up in the bar after going out exploring. I decided to have some gin and asked what they recommended. One of the nice bartender advised the short cross gin which I never tried and is now becoming one of my favourites. Am sorry I never caught your name. But Paul who was also working that night rang it through the till should know who you are. Paul was great too, he was kept very busy that night. Everyone was great. Special mention to Mary who remembered what I drank when I asked for another. Morning came and so did breakfast. There was a large variety of hot and cold food. From sausages, bacon and eggs, to toast, cheese and ham. Also plenty of tea, coffee and juices to choose from. Next time I come back I will make sure I book an upgraded room with a view of the river. Overall a fantastic night that couldn’t be faulted. Well recommend.

We did enjoy the stay. It is a good location. But there are a few things.. You have to pay to park across the road. There’s an empty parking lot right beside the hotel but I don’t know why you’re not allowed use it. The charge is 22 euro a day but you get a 50% discount. It means though that you cannot take your car out as it’s a multi story type and you’ll be charged again! Also it’s quite pricey for things. The restaurant has lovely food but is quite slow. We were also charged 8 pounds for a baby bowl of mash and veggies.. which I thought was crazy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t very clean. When the kids were asleep I turned on the phone light and it showed lots of stains particularly on the walls of the bathroom. I also had to clean the toilet on arrival. It had a visible stain on the toilet lid. It’s very secure and required almost three keycard swipes to get into the room at various places.
