Booked the room through Expedia and showed hotel staff confirmation through the Expedia app. Hotel could not find reservation in their system and refused to call Expedia to make things right. I had no choice but to pay to book the hotel again directly through the front desk. Absolute breakdown in the hotel’s systems and worst experience ever. Now I’m left having to waste my time calling Expedia customer service trying to get a refund because this hotel gave us terrible service. On top of it, they want to charge us more than what our Expedia rate is. Never again!

The hotel is very good, it has everything nearby.Parking is easy to put the car and it has a lot of vague. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. The room is well clean and well organized, for couples going to cut the city and only sleep in the hotel is very good. The reception has served me well. I recommend.

Estivemos de 01-04/02/23, fomos muito bem atendidos. O diferencial é o atendimento, especialmente do Hebany, garçom e da Roberia, recepcionista. Nos sentimos em casa! Nossa primeira vez no Espírito Santo e ficamos surpresos de ter praia e montanha no mesmo Estado e tudo pertinho, apenas tenham atenção ao radares na rodovia, são muitos.
