"The rooms are super spacious, the service is nothing to say, and the location is not bad. If you drive by car, you must remember to bring your parking ticket to the front desk so that you can pay the parking fee at the discounted price of the hotel guests, which is much cheaper than your own time!"
"The swimming pool is good. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The price of the dinner is high and the dishes are average. The room size is moderate. The wooden floor is very comfortable. The bathroom is large, and the water head is big."
"The customer is very satisfied"

"The location is superb. You can definitely see the sunrise on the sea in the morning. There is no obstruction. The sandy beaches outside are also very beautiful and well maintained. But the hotel facilities are a bit old, the bathroom rooms are relatively small, but there seems to be no better option. This is already the most expensive hotel in the entire area. Things are delicious. After all, Valencia, the birthplace of paella, is better overall than Barcelona."
"The hotel said that it provides a free 90-minute spa. We thought it was the same massage as the domestic one. The result was actually a hot spring. The staff explained that the SPA is not a horse. In addition, the temperature of the bathroom in our 412 room is unstable, and it is hot and cold. Others are okay, a free upgrade to a suite, invincible sea view!"
"Hotel with excellent service and facilities. Located in front of the sea and in a privileged area. Wonderful food. And much nightlife near its promenade. Rooms with all details, impeccable swimming pools with views of the sea and the Malvarrosa beach unbeatable."

Avenida de los Pinares, 151, Valencia, Valencia Community, Spain
"This Parador is located on the famous El Saler golf course, within a coastal nature reserve. Luxurious and contemporary, it has a spa and free Wi-Fi. The rooms of the Parador Campo de Golf El Saler are modern and spacious. All have heating, air conditioning and TV. Many of them have views of the golf course. In the spa you will find a range of exclusive treatments and massages. It also has saunas and a heated swimming pool. During the summer the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. The Parador has free parking. The restaurant of the El Saler specialises in local rice dishes, above all paella. The El Saler golf course is ranked in the top 10 in Spain. Alternatively, you can explore the Albufera Nature Reserve which is home to a wide range of plant and wildlife. The city of Valencia is just 18 km away."

Carrer de les Comèdies 22 - 24, Valencia, Valencia Community, Spain
"The hotel opened in 2020 and is nicely designed and has good decor. It is well located to access the city sights. It was a nice quite street - as quite as you can get during the Fallas! Lots of firework bangs and street celebrations in March. We enjoyed the festivities around the city. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. They booked tickets for us for the science museum and Imax cinema. They even called to check how to book the local bikes that you can hire and drop off all over the city. Thank you! The room was well appointed and comfortable. They provide free water in the fridge for guests - just not keen on the tetrapak carton from a sustainability point of view. Good walk-in shower. Nice that there was a kettle so we could have tea in the room. The breakfast was very good. Nice choice of fruit, yogurt, smoothies, toasts (with eggs/ham, avocado/turkey, salmon etc) and huge fresh croissants and muffins. Sets you up nicely for a day in the city. We had one dinner in the bar as it was full in the restaurant. The bar and restaurant are clearly popular with Valencians. We got moved around a bit by the waiter to accommodate a large party. The food was tasty and nicely presented and we enjoyed the welcome drink, Agua di Valencia."
"In one word, quality. We travel a lot to Valencia and have stayed in many hotels across the city but this place stands out form the rest. From the moment you arrive you can just feel the quality and the professionalism of the way the place is ran. Check in is slick and quick in the lobby area of the bar/restaurant. The rooms can only be described as perfect, every little detail has been thought about from somebody who obviously knows how to design a hotel. From the carpet in the corridors to the doors that are impossible to slam (a national sport in Spain) it all makes such a difference to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay. Full marks for cleanliness and as for the bed I would happily live in it ! The bar and restaurant get full marks too, well worth using. Laid back but very attentive and the food is good as is the wine list. We have found out new go to place on our regular visits to the amazing city that is Valencia. Keep up the good work !!"
"We were meant to stay at Cosmo (sister hotel), but due to Covid were moved to Helen bergen. Everything was amazing - the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and the dinner on our first night. We were coming from the airport about 11pm, when all restaurants were closing, so i messaged Tamara on WhatsApp and she placed the order for us, so the food was ready when we arrived. I would also like to mention Lena and Sveta. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, staff very friendly. What else can you wish for?"

Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas, 58, Valencia, Valencia Community, Spain
"It is about 7, 8 minutes away from the subway station. There are buses nearby. Breakfast is very western style, with all kinds of ham and bread. The holiday feels a bit old, but overall it's not bad. There are no convenience stores near the hotel. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. There is a gas station next to the hotel, it seems that you can buy things."
"The room was large and clean. Facilities are complete."
"Great value for money, you must stay here in Valencia!"

Paseo de Colón, 1, Puebla de Farnals, Valencia Community, Spain
"The hotel is clean, although sometimes you can smell a very strong cleaning product scent not very pleasant . The view it's good, right in front of the sea and the rooms are large with a fine decor. The shower has some lights in the ceiling to imitate the night stars but the main shower, was not functioning. Only the hand one. We were the one of two people standing in the hotel and they gave us the room where the shower didn't work. We ask the receptionist that told us the shower had just broke the day before (it figures) yes she gave us the opportunity to move room but let us know that the other rooms would be smaller... So we stayed in the same one. The breakfast it's a little limited. We have bread, croassaints, some coffee, dry bacon and tortilla , boiled eggs and then some fruit pieces who some were already rotten. Overall it's ok but I feel it didn't meet the standards for an hotel who charges not so cheap in a low season."
"The hotel room and view are lovely. Each room has a very private terrace. In the off-season it is a great way to be right on the beach at a reasonable price. The hotel's outdoor seating is a very cool place to have a drink. My husband and I traveled there as a way to get out of the city without having to travel too far. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very, very average. "
"Nice sea view and (unattended) sky lounge. Location perfect at beach an close to restaurants. Breakfast very basic, food insufficiently cooled, and filthy coffee cups. Hotel is also neglecting other maintenance (coffee machine, lightning just to mention two). Some smells on the bed room floors. Friendly staff but unable to respond to guest requests. Management not present. Same music all week long in public areas. All in all, too expensive for the current service. Hotel with great unleashed potential. Btw: tripadvisor lists this hotel twice -> see „Hotel de la Playa“ with different rating !!!!"

C/ Martinez Cubells, 5, Valencia, Valencia Community, Spain
"The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the station and Chinatown. There are also many large shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient to go out for shopping and eat. It is not far from the attractions. The nearest bullring is just a few minutes away from the hotel. Downstairs of the hotel is a variety of restaurants, bakery, ice cream shop, etc... The young lady at the front desk is also very nice, very patient and gentle. The sanitation and disinfection work of the hotel is also in place and it is worth living."
"In the four-star lobby, the room hygiene is also up to standard. We added money to upgrade the room with a terrace on the top floor, otherwise it is very depressed. The front desk service is also general, the service is about 3 stars. Maybe lived before the five stars have a contrast. The hotel is very close to the train station and the surrounding neighborhood is also very convenient. Breakfast is also good, can't order. Overall Samsung half"
"Looking at the decoration is just fine, that is, there is a big pipe outside the window. The noise is too big. After a while, the brain shakes and hurts. It is found that the whole room on this side is the problem. The fatal flaw is the sound insulation effect of the window. Yes, just do it for a night, no other feeling, the standard room is large, spacious, the room has no smell, this is quite good"

31 Linterna Street, Valencia, Valencia Community, Spain
"The hotel is close to the old town and within a 10-minute walk you can reach the central square, Valencia Bullring, and North Railway Station. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, the front desk service is enthusiastic, pointing out the sights in the old town of Valencia, it is recommended to go to the City of Arts and Sciences; the hotel breakfast is relatively simple in Western style."
"It's generally good. The only downside is that the garage is not easy to find. It is only ten meters away from the hotel, but waiter will give you a map and let you drive around."
"Several vincci hotels felt okay. At least very clean"

"Breakfast was good! However, it rained every day for two days in Valencia, and I was not particularly happy by the beach, but the hotel was good value for money, but bad luck this time, I did not see the beautiful beaches of Yangguan."
