I had a very pleasant stay. At the reception Ida welcomed me in perfect Dutch. Better than mine!!! She helped me very kindly with all the things I forgot to bring along. Later she double checked if everything was ok. The gym next door is brilliant. It has a salted, hot water, outside, 50 meter pool open all year around. The gym is part of the Metropolitan chain, presumably the best around in Spain.

I booked this hotel for my friends' business trips. They are very satisfied. The breakfast is rich. The hotel is located by the sea, and it was happy for my friends to exercise in the morning. They said that they would choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is nicely located across from the beach, the beach view was amazing and within walking distance to activities and restaurants/old town. Hotel staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. They spoke English very well (thank you) The room was very small and bare-bones. Pillow well used and bed small. No coffee pot or hot water for instant, and sp**** in amenities. No where to put luggage. Breakfast was just OK. ”Hot” items were not hot (eggs, etc). The bathroom was beautiful polished marble but extremely slippery even with a little moisture. The tub was also slippery and dangerous. There was a lot of noise from the grooming of the beach and picking up trash in the middle of the night.

As a Hilton Honors member that has fluctuated between Gold and Diamond status, I've stayed at a lot of DoubleTrees as well as other Hilton properties from the Waldorf-Astorias to Hampton Inns. This property, while not on the grand scale of say a Conrad or Waldorf-Astoria, certainly provides the biggest bang for buck of any hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of service and hotel decor, and certainly the best DoubleTree. First the rooms (I had booked two of them) are spacious and incredibly decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is well laid out. There is a bidet. The lobby of the hotel has Versace signatured marble floors and bathrooms, both sleek, clean, and well maintained. The check-in staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. the high level of English fluency was a very pleasant surprise although given A Coruna is a large city, I'm not sure why I would have been. The location of the hotel is excellent, within short walking distance (less than 5 minutes) of both the old town and the beach. There was also a laundromat within a three-minute walk for those not wanting to pay 3 Euros to wash a pair of socks. In all highly recommended.

We reserved by booking.com and because we were going to arrive late, called to confirm two bedrooms, one twin beds and one double bed. When we arrived there was only twin beds availability. The point is front desk employee was rude saying they couldn’t guarantee double beds because they are high demand, and that he didn’t know what the lady on the phone said or what we understood. In the end, the twin beds are together! The cleanness and accommodations are good and nice. This is an example of a really uncomfortable moment for the client that could easily be solved with kindness.

Just checked out from a lovely 5 night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend. The location is fantastic - right next to Pontevedra and a short walk to the marina and old town. There are plenty of bus stops nearby too. The hotel is spotless and the rooms appear to have been recently upgraded. Our beds were so comfortable! I also made use of the gym facilities twice during my stay and it was great.

Nicely located Hotel more suited to Business Travellers not far to walk into the Town or if you want the Beach. I had advised that my plane was going to be late and would be arriving early on Monday Morning but night porter was aware and I checked in without difficulty. Well kept room that was cleaned every day. Only negative was they used to provide free alcoholic drinks along with Tea & Coffee during afternoon and early evening but now only Tea & Coffee is supplied along with fresh lemon water.

The hotel is very good and staff is very well treated . Show the cleaning of the room and details Located in the shopping centre Marineda is the largest in Galicia and 10 minutes from the center also give you the opportunity to leave a little later

The hotel is located on the outskirts of A Coruña, but in a well-connected area, there are many bars and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are good, although they are small. The beds are also very small (in hotels, they are usually king-size, not). Although that is not a problem for us. There are two things that we don't like very much. One of them is that the gym has been broken for several weeks and we were not notified before departure. The next day, they gave us another option, which was good, and worse, they should notify the customer in advance. On the other hand, the breakfast was not very good. During the Covid era, there were few rooms. I know they had a wide range of products, but they were not four-star hotels.
