H.-V.-Perthalerstr. 11, Mitterolang, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"We visited Mirabell for winter/Christmas holidays. Our aim was to have ski lessons for all family but it has all ended up as something much more thanks to our excellent hotel choice. Starting from ski, we've chosen a ski school based on recommendation from the hotel at booking time. The hotel offers daily shuttle service to and from Kronplatz plus excellent storage for skis and boots in the basement in secure warm lockers. The hotel is a true 5-star gem which despite the luxuries maintains a very warm country atmosphere throughout, from the lobby to the bar, restaurant and the rooms thanks to extensive use of wood. Common areas as well as the room are very clean and despite freezing cold outside, you are very comfortable with a t-shirt inside. We have not used much of the wellness facilities but whatever, we've used (the pool - indoor/outdoor with two Jacuzzi areas and the kids sauna and steam bath ) were great and lots of fun. The kids loved going out from the indoor pool to the outdoor with snow around yet with very warm water while I loved the pool loungers which incline either way so that you can relax with your legs high (very nice after tiring ski sessions). The food (3/4 board) is amazing at all times. We had breakfast, afternoon snacks, deserts, salad and soup and finally, the dinner. I really appreciated the soup after returning from ski while dinner has mostly (except Xmas eve) been a la carte with plenty of choice. Our last night had "deserts from the buffet" and was literally hard to choose what to have (or better what not to have): everything looked so delicious! Kids menu was nice too but could be extended with pizza choice especially since we've been in Italy. Finally, the staff, despite that English is not so fluent among them, is always there to greet you with a smile and assist with any request you may have. In conclusion, we are all very pleased with our stay and if I went to South Tyrol again, I would definitely stay at the Mirabell again."
"We we were initially a bit put off by the photography of the hotel but booked anyway as we were keen to ski in kronplatz and took faith in the ratings and reviews. We had no reason to be worried everything was truly excellent. Good concierge, great food, attractive spa. Staff spoke good english and were very friendly. Really good atmosphere at the bar in the evening. It is not convenient for the ski fields but hotel bus service works well and it is nice to have walking access to village. Skiing at Kronplatz is also to be recommended though pistes can be busy at weekends. For Mirabell only suggestions are to get more professional marketing materials made and also to make the hotel ski bus run a little later in the evening to allow for some apres ski at Olang."

Via Del Municipio 6, Campo Tures, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"We had a dream vacation in the Tyrolean area of Northern Italy and Austria, and it started with our wonderful stay at Hotel Drumlerhof. Everything the others said in their positive reviews was true for us as well. I am writing this review to add that this is a hidden gem that apparently most Americans do not know about! While English speaking was limited among guests and staff, people were very friendly and worked hard to communicate and make us feel welcome. In particular, one of the family members (Franzie? I may not be spelling her name correcty) spoke English clearly and was very gracious and helpful giving us tips for hikes to take and things to do. Most importantly for me was the care and attention the owners and staff gave to provide gluten-free food. For the first time in my life I was at a place where I didn't have to worry about eating something I could not digest and I had lots and lots of tasty options to choose from! The family who own the Drumlerhof clearly care deeply about their hotel and restaurant and grounds, working hard and offering a wonderful vacation to their guests. They also employ terrific staff who seem to care as much as the owners do. Every detail was taken care of, from the lovely pool (with a glorious view) to the comfortable beds and energy efficient lighting and other features. You cannot go wrong staying here! It was absolutely wonderful."
"Beautiful and quiet hotel in the center of the town, 2 min walking from the bus station. To underline the eco-bio philosophy that drives the hotel. Room (we had the suite Sole) very spacious and comfortable, cozy bed, big bathroom big and immaculately clean. The food is fantastic, rigorously organic and zero km (often coming from their farm) and with an outstanding attention to details. Breakfast was superb, many different types of cakes, bread (baked in-house) fresh fruit and jam. We could have a cooked-to-order breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelette etc.,) and a selection of hams and cheeses. We opted for the half board and were served a delicious 4-course meal daily. Again, all produce and meats are local and sustainable. A special notice for the afternoon snack with cakes and strudel. Very nice wellness center (with a spectacular view over the Taufers Castle), with 2 saunas and 1 Turkish bath, heated indoor pool, 1 outdoor hot tub, on the fourth floor solarium Fee paying garage (but at an acceptable rate) with direct access to the rooms The owners, Ruth Innerhofer and Stefan are excellent host and always available for suggestions and for any guest request. All the staff is simply adorable. We will return"
"I recommend Drumlerhof Hotel with all my heart. It's a very nice and beatutiful hotel. It's very nicely and traditionally decorated. The rooms are confortable and spacious. The food is amazing. It's veeeery good. The service is very good."

Prack zu Asch 1, Riscone, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"We stayed in Feldmessner fort he first time and received great service from the booking till the leaving! Hotel is located 15 mins walking distance to the ski lifts at Kronpltaz, but you can also take a ski bus running 2-3 times an hour. Both did both and felt its a sensible distance to be happy with. Rooms were super clean and very well made with comfort and great interior design. Lounge and overall hotel look and feel were great too. There is a very nice bar downstairs, but its well isolated from the hotel and did not interrupt our sleep. The ski room was large and well equipped with some tools to do basic snowboard/ski service. The sauna area was quite large with dry and steam saunas (hosting 4-6 people each) and the relaxation room with some beds and sunbeds. All clean and great quality. Breakfasts were extremely tasty with fresh local products, squeezed orange juice and a juice squeezer with a set of raw vegetables and fruits letting you prepare something new yourself every day! This was one of the best breakfast experiences I had so far! There is a great swimming pool Cron4 located like 10-15min walking distance from the hotel, which I can highly recommend. We got a discount and paid only 2.5 EUR/p for the whole evening entrance! I can definitely recommend this place and hope to visit next year!"
"First of all I would like to mention that we were absolutely happy with the hotel itself, amazing breakfast, good spa, gym, reception stuff, waiters, cosy bar, excellent location, but our family holiday was spoiled by the absence of soundproof (room 211, old mini apartment with creaky door in the bathroom). We could hear every single word and move of our neighbors; also, unfortunately, during our stay a group of 20 men arrived and they did not allow us to sleep for two nights (shouting, singing, slamming the doors). I understand that it was not the fault of the hotel but better soundproof could improve the situation. So, our advice - take renovated rooms, they look much better than the old ones and, I hope, are more quiet."
"We stay in Feldmessner for second time, again we are pleased vith everything. Very good location of hotel, excellent room and very nice staff. Excelent butique hotel and we are pleased with everything. We will go there next year 100%."

Wiesenhofstrasse 41, Campo Tures, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"My wife and I just concluded a 10 day stay at this hotel and it was a pure delight!! We traveled by train from Rome to Brunic, (14 km from Campo Tures) and the owner was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and bring us to the hotel. The room was clean, had a good size balcony, pool towels and a pool bag and bathrobes were provided at no additional cost. We were offered a welcome glass of champagne at our first dinner. Every meal was delicious!! Every evening there is a soup and salad buffet, and then the meal that you selected the evening before. You have three choices for the first course, and three choices for your second course, and then there is a tasty dessert buffet with a wide selection of treats. In the morning there is a big breakfast buffet with a wide selection of foods to satisfy everyone's tastes. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, the saunas and Turkish bath were all clean and functioning. There are bicycles available to ride (locks included) for free. The owners, Ignazio and Analisa are very kind and available to assist you with any questions you have. The staff was very kind and hospitable. I didn't get everyone's names, but would like to send a special thank you to Naiomi and Paulo the barman. We will definitely be returning next year!!"

"I have room in new part. Rooms were clean and comfortable, however, glazed bathrooms is not a good idea, somehow I do not see the advantages in watching other people sitting in the toilet. I felt lack a kettle or glasses in the room. Good food, nice saunas. Well-kept surroundings."
