The location is good and convenient for traveling. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the entertainment city through the overpass, 5 minutes to the river, and 10 minutes to the free tram station. The hotel is quite satisfactory, equivalent to a domestic four-star hotel. There is a smoking area and even the elevators have Chinese translation.

It was the first time I stayed at crown promenade Melbourne. It is very conveniently connected to crown ******, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful .
The room was bright , spacious and clean . I intend to book another stay in the new year .

Gem of a hotel in Melbourne, with all the facilities you'd expect, pool, bar, food, access to parking next door, in the heart of the city without being too busy. The staff were exceptional and the nice touch's made our visit, just that little bit better. Complimentary drinks, chips, lollies, pretzels etc, was a welcome change. All in all, a memorable visit for my 60th birthday.

Park Hyatt
Good location - close to Collins Street and Parliament Station. The surrounding environment is mostly historical buildings.
Front desk staff provides detailed check-in instructions upon arrival.
The hotel is currently under renovation and there was some noise in the room.
There are breakfast service and food quality issues.
The wait time for restaurant registration was a bit long.
I ordered two fried eggs - well cooked and my wife ordered an omelet. - The chef was asked for the table number, unfortunately, there was no number displayed on our table, and no one told us the table number when we first arrived at the restaurant. So we told the chef and we'll get the eggs ourselves.
We went back to our table and we asked a waitress for our table number - it was number 40.
My wife went to the cooking station, picked up her omelet and gave the chef our table number. My hard-boiled omelette is still cooking.
I then walked over to the cooking station to pick it up myself. The chef told me that he had already made the omelette and his colleague had gone to deliver it to me. I turned around to look at my table, I saw a waitress prowling around with a plate, I quickly walked up to her. I looked at the plate (two fried eggs - well cooked) and I informed her that's what I ordered but the waitress said it wasn't what I ordered. I told her I just got back from the cooking station and the chef told me about the omelette, it's on your tray. But she said the omelet was not mine, she didn't listen to me, she didn't believe what I told her. But I saw her go to another table in the lower dining area (because I was assigned to sit in the top dining area), and gave the two fried eggs to someone else, (how many guests would order the same two hard fried eggs this morning Egg?). That guest and family didn't seem to order it, and they looked very confused when they received two hard fried eggs.
After a while, the same waitress brought us twice an omelette that was cooked outside and undercooked, which was not what we ordered.
I walked over to the cooking station and the chef talked. The chef was grumpy and kept repeating that he asked the staff to bring the eggs to my table. The restaurant manager was there and I asked the chef to calm down and please allow me to explain what happened.
The restaurant manager said it was just a matter of table numbers. I have expressed my opinion and hope the restaurant will improve better communication skills and customer experience. This restaurant does not have a table number on any table.
I had left the restaurant to make a phone call outside the building, and my wife continued to eat breakfast in the restaurant.
After talking to the restaurant manager before I left the restaurant, the waiter brought another omelette to my table again - (I already told the restaurant manager that I have to run errands, please don't make more omelettes, I don't want to waste food).
In my opinion, some of the staff in the restaurant lacked staff training, and the chef was impatient and irritable when I tried to explain what happened the first time. After speaking with the restaurant manager, I fully understand that she first found a very legitimate reason in a perfunctory way - showing indifference. She is very considerate of the staff, not the customers, so it might be difficult to improve this restaurant in this way. It's not a matter of table numbers, but of presentation and attitude. - From the whole process of registering for meals to leaving, only 3 stars can be given - the above rating criteria come from their attitude and behavior - the whole process cannot reach the Park Hyatt level. And the quality of breakfast is not very good.
Before checking out today, I had spoken to the front desk manager about what happened above and hoped he would pass this on to the hotel management team.
The best thing about this hotel is - old doorman - 5 star attitude and behavior. Warm and friendly! After the mess, the old man's smile and caring made us feel like it was going to be another good day.

The first time I drove a sports car, the parking guy trotted over to greet me every time and could remember my name. Later, my car was repaired, and this time I came with a car provided by the insurance company. I parked more than ten times for three days and three nights, and every time I was asked to wait, I couldn’t remember me every time, and every time I was asked why I was here, I was here to ****. Live directly next time crown.

The service is satisfactory, the lobby meets the five-star standard, and the service is excellent. During the check-in process, the room leaked, and the lobby staff failed to offer to change rooms, and they were offered to change rooms on the same floor after request. Generally satisfactory.

The only shortfalls - My room did not service on the first night and requests took more than 20 minutes after second follow up calls. However, I appreciated the Duty Manager organizing the amenities and ensuring my room receives service on the next day. However, the next day I placed a card on the bed to request changed linen. But linen did not get changed, glassware has been removed from the room and did not replenish tea bags. Took 3 times to get it right. Positive side - i love design, location and cleanliness. It is a very challenging time for the hospitality industry to hire the right person for the right job. keep it up good work - Housekeeping. I hope my next visit will experience better service.

I had never heard of the Next Hotel, but what a pleasant surprise it was. Everything about it was lovely. The beds were very comfortable, the blockout blinds Amazing!! & nothing as too much trouble for the staff. The location is perfect for all types of shopping, from the high end of brands, to the high street only a 10 minute walk. Having Mejico outside the hotel as well as my favourite Japanese Yakimono it’s definitely the perfect place to stay!

Gorgeous stay at this lovely hotel. It was my birthday and it was great to be able to check in early when we got there just after 12 noon. Our room was fantastic, the bed and linens divine and the bathroom huge with lovely gels, soaps etc. We had booked afternoon tea and it was superb with some more unusual sweet offerings. Cocktails and a cheese platter later that night when we returned from seeing some Comedy Festival acts capped our night off beautifully. We had a late checkout so plenty of time to enjoy the fantastic breakfast with everything you'd expect to be on offer. It looked like there was a delicious make-your-own pho-style soup for vegans available too. The staff were terrific. A number of them had little badges on that advised they were in training but you'd never know - service from everyone was polished, pleasant and efficient. Truly service to a high standard worthy of this lovely property. Yes, there's a big building site next door as a new underground station is being constructed - dont let that put you off, you'd never know it was going on once you are inside. No doubt that this is our new favourite hotel in Melbourne - a truly polished but warm and friendly offering to high standard.

We loved our 5 night stay at the Westin. The service from the doorman, the receptionist on check-in and check-out and the breakfast staff was all exceptional. The location is great - great for transport, ideal for theatre goers, and really great for a good night sleep. What amazingly comfortable beds with great pillows! The rooms overall were magnificent. Loved how big they were, loved how big the bathrooms were and space for the two of us was perfect.

It’s an old hotel and needs upgrading. Pool area is a disaster, dull and ugly. Very outdated decor. Hallway dark and gloomy. The bedroom was worn out. Bed head material was coming apart. Not a 5 star hotel and definitely not value for money. There are much newer and cheaper hotels in Melbourne with better amenities.
The one thing that was fabulous was the breakfast. Amazing variety, wonderful staff and lovely ambience. The location of the hotel is also great and convenient as it is close to amazing restaurants and bars. The pillows were also comfortable.

Location is great and near to the museums. Trams are also nearby to move around the CBD. The famous croissant is just next door. The breakfast have halal friendly options. You just have to state clearly you need halal so they don’t grill your bread with the bacon. To note that some of the items don’t have the names of the food. So do take note to ask first if you require halal options.

Front entrance welcomes you with a small Zen feel. The lobby is connected with the restaurant in an open floor space. Stayed in Standard King Room, was very spacious with small arm chair, desk, TV. The bathrooms are very modern with touch enabled mirrors.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely book again

The service is very good, clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, the room was a little smaller but it was enough. I also sent a bottle of red wine, which was very touched. The breakfast is also very good, in a location like the city center, great value for money.
