"Very few hotels, I think it is five-star, the price is not expensive, the breakfast is especially colorful, to satisfy your taste buds."
"The best hotel in the area. It is the best choice for MIRA travelers. Breakfast is good and room is spacious and clean."
"The room is very good, the breakfast is very rich"

"I stayed here when visiting my sister as it was conveniently located and I didnt fancy a 4 hour drive home that same day. Check in was smooth, the lady on the desk was pleasant and informative. In these uncertain times it was good to see a proper COVID-19 compliant hotel. Hand sanitizers, staggered restaurant times, compulsory masks etc were all there and there was plenty of information around the hotel with regards to this. The breakfast the next morning had a bit of waiting but I don't want to mark the hotel down for this as I understand the current situation restricts staff numbers. The fact that it is table service is also a lot more demanding on the staff, both Rosie and the other lady cooking the food were rushed off their feet and despite this still managed to be attentive to everyones needs. They were both a credit to the Premier Inn. Overall I am very happy with the hotel and I'd like to think the next time I am in the area I would stay here again. Hopefully in better times. "
"Stayed here in a family room on Sunday evening and when you arrive you are in the middle of a war zone - the car park in front is covered with thousands (no exaggeration) of mini laughing gas bottles and there are around 60 - 80 pick up trucks, vans and assorted vehicles racing around and blaring music until late evening. The hotel has installed speed bumps in front to try and slow them down and have only done this as it is a regular problem that occurs each weekend !!! Unfortunately the sole staff member ( Lesley who was really good ) tried to say it was unusual as there had a been a nearby boxing match but the staff at the breakfast venue / pub next door have all the blinds closed and said it happens weekly - This is not a place to stay especially with a family it is dangerous and Lesley even admitted she had closed off all the remaining rooms to avoid the " car park clientele" booking a room as they are in and out trying to use the facilities so she blocks the doors off She was a star and hats off to her bu we were a bit stuck after driving for 5 hours with children - The room was as always with premier inn great but the sleep not relaxing or as quiet as required - The morning staff offered to refund breakfast into my wife's card and we are still waiting as it hasn't happened All in all don't stay at the weekend unless you want to live dangerously !!"
"Staff were very helpful and outstanding service provided throughout assisting calmly with my grandmother falling unwell. The women were truly concerned and asked everytime we saw them about my nan They tried in evreyway to remove all further stresses away so we could focus on my nan. Recommend the stay at Coventry my junction 2 100times over "

"The castle hotel where Elizabeth I spent his childhood is really beautiful, the environment is beautiful, and the medieval castle hotel itself is classic and beautiful, it is worth visiting. Service is good, breakfast is good, as long as it is not a weekend, the price is super high, it is definitely worth a stay |"
"Great value for money. The breakfast place is beautiful, the room is average, next to a large park, very suitable for parents and children, free parking, overall recommended!"
"The hotel is really beautiful, but the details are not clean enough. Many places are grayed out. It is a very traditional British castle. However, I ca n’t sleep at night when I sleep at night."

"I'm a regular at Weston Hall Hotel as its on my doorstep, as I love the place. But I stayed over night for the first time on Halloween, & it was Spooktacular! Me & my friends enjoyed a fab evening listening to the evenings entertainment Natalie Nightingale, she was amazing!! So my first stay over.... Let's start with the general look; absolutely lovely, clean spacious & well equipped. Yes ladies leave your hairdryer at home, they have one at your disposal, along with ironing board, iron, TV, kettle tea & coffee, bottle of water, & plenty of plugs & mirrors to get ready, us ladies love that lol! The ensuite had a massive shower, perfect temperature, plenty of towels, & usual shower gel & soap. The entertainment & food is excellent, as is the service. The bed was the perfect firmness, & I had a great night's sleep. I can't say enough praise about ALL the staff, having that nothing is too much attitude, warm, welcoming, & friendly. I would highly recommend you staying over & enjoying great entertainment & food. I for one will be treating myself to a stay over more often, as it's lovely being pampered, & breakfast was sooo delicious! A big thank you to all the staff for looking after me as always"
"Western Hall, although weather and age worn, is a great place to stay over on a trip. For the best experience (from our experience) you need to book at least large room, ours was large double. Our experience of standard/small was not horrible, if you just want a bed to sleep in and a bath/shower in the morning. But in a large double you get a two seater sofa and table, which changes everything. Just to sit down and rest, chat or even eat in your room. Very relaxing! We ate in the bar, food was okay. Although it can get noisy, if there’s a group in trying to out talk each other..... there’s also a lounge to site and read, drink. The grounds are nice, especially if you have a dog, even a dog waste bin. Our only gripe, which is true of all hotels we have stayed in, is you can’t build your own meal/breakfast and pay just for that. It’s all pre set, if there are things in the meal you don’t want, they will remove them, but you still pay full price. Streamline for them, but not a true service for us!"
"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the lovely professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. It's so hard these days to find excellent customer service but this beautiful hotel offered just that. Everyone went above and beyond and made our stay so special. We booked the prosecco package with dinner bed and breakfast. The bedroom was beautiful and overlooked some beautiful grounds. The food was delicious. We honestly had the best time. Thank you so much we are already planning on coming back. Special mention to the duty manager I think his name was graham he was fantastic."

"Visited yesterday, 14th March 2020. My husband and I had Prosecco Afternoon Tea. The arrival welcome was wonderful and this set the tone for the whole experience. The table was beautifully laid with a lovely old fashioned China Tea Set. The service was first class and friendly. The food was delicious and had clearly been lovingly prepared and presented. A healthy variety of sandwich fillings and delightful sweet treats. We were offered extra sandwiches and tea which was fabulous. In case sandwiches, cakes, little Madeline's and chocolate treats aren't enough, then come your freshly cooked scones, cream and jam. These scones were light, fluffy and warm. Delicious. We didn't eat everything and the waitress (Debbie) offered to pack it up for us to take home. Attention to detail, attention to customer satisfaction and attention to the quality of what they are delivering seem to be priority, which is very refreshing indeed. Well done Badgers Mount, it genuinely was a pleasure to visit your restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place and will return."
"Wow what can I say but.... Amazing place to stay ! The staff especially Sharon on reception was an exception. As the outbreak of corona we were still able to stay at Field view as it is a separate apartment from the hotel. When we were ready for the meals they would bring them round at the time stated. Delicious meals with everything we ordered. The jacuzzi was clean and well isolated. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and shall definitely be back. Thank you to all staff who made this possible. Stay safe xxx"
"Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was on ground floor with terrace. Good sized room with comfy beds. More drawer space would have been nice as would a fridge! Bathroom was ok with a large jacuzzi bath. Again, more storage space for toiletries would have been welcome. Breakfasts were served prompt, freshly cooked and hot. All staff were polite and smiling (difficult in light of the world situation). Had one lunch and one evening meal. Both surpassed expectations. The food was excellently presented, tasted as it should and if you have the chicken pie be prepared for a very large portion. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend."

"The hotel is very good, the first time I went to Coventry in England for a room that was different. The rooms are old but the facilities are great and the lobby staff are very welcoming. The hotel has a Ricoh-sponsored stadium and the scenery is good. I will come here later on business trip."
"The hotel has air conditioning, let's emphasize that the hotel has air conditioning! Most places in the UK are not air-conditioned. The hotel is in a stadium. The interior of the stadium can be seen through the window."
"The environment is good and the room is new. The continental style breakfast is also good. It's highly recommended."

"This was a gift from our children for our 30th wedding anniversary, we had a Gin experience/spa, night stay and breakfast. Arrived and checked in fast. Room: Executive room was in the deal, ours overlooking the front by reception. Clean, comfortable but defintaley not executive standard, no double glazing, considering this is at the front this is needed as we heard people coming and going. It was a September warm night so woke up and unfortunately no fan in the room - this should be standard in the summer months, I did mention in reception but was told I should have asked... 2. Bar area We sat outside when we arrived and had a few drinks, fab view and we had lovely weather, drinks first time took 25 minutes as there were a lot of golfers, 2nd time was faster. Waitress broke up group gatherings but she could have done with some back up. 3. Gin experience - fab so enjoyable and Corey was very good, 5 stars to him! 4. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really good and service impeccable, they all worked really hard again 5 stars here. 5. Swimming pool - great social distancing followed. Only 7 of us in there for the hour, would have been nice to have been handed a towel /robe. Bad bits: 1. The room 2. When we came out of the gin experience we sat outside, there was a group of 25 golfers doing a presentation all round the same table... No social distancing. 3. My daughter told me afterwards that she had emailed the hotel in advance to tell them that we were celebrating a late 30th anniversary/50th birthday and asked if they could do something special - she received no reply(she got a standard rec. msg back) . I can see that others in reviews did have special treatment (advice is do for all or not at all). "
"Positive: Friendly staff at the reception, during an event and in the bar. Burgers were ok. Quite large gym, also used by golf club members. Equipment was already a bit old, but ok. Less positive: Unfriendly older waiter during breakfast. Had a coffee and a quick bite before going to the gym and was only allowed a coffee after coming back. Pretty annoying. Selection of food was limited, very common in the UK though. Wifi in the room was bad. Walls a paper thin, you could clearly hear TV/conversation and shower/toilet flushing. And not only a little bit. Bed sheet was 3x3m, very uncomfortable to sleep under. No high expectations on food in the UK in general. The coffee was a 3/10, Cappuccino costs extra and was not worth it. You could see the need for maintenance in many areas. Overall the place was not that well maintained. Shower head was mounted quite low, for people over 1.8m a bit of a challenge. Shower was located in a bathtub, so you had to climb in and out. Not that nice for older people. The small room was crammed with furniture and unusually large bedside lamps. Small windows, which did not close well. It was only possible to open one window a couple of centimeters, for the other one the handle did not work."
"Nice clean hotel and friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Bed was a bit too soft though. Needs a new mattress otherwise a good stay and would stay here again.Food was good quality but drinks a bit expensive"

"we had a family room and it was nice - only minor issue was the small cobwebs around the wall lamps. In a time of coronavirus and big claims about how deep cleaning is taking place its a bit concerning to find a surface area not cleaned for seemingly some time. But that's all I have to moan about. For the good parts, great helpful staff and even the modified breakfast service was great!"
"Coventry South is by far and away the best Premier Inn i have visited. Nothing was too much trouble and during these difficult times the staff made sure the visit was safe and enjoyable! It was a the perfect base for our visit to Warwick Castle and Stratford."
"Had the best night's sleep at this little place, nothing was too much trouble and all facilities available ion the room - tea/coffee making, TV, wifi, shower, toilet and sink with body wash/shampoo. Towels were decent as was hot water. "
