Meetings are preferred every year. The location is convenient, the hotel rooms are large, clean, and the breakfast is rich. The outdoor bar downstairs is very comfortable and the service is good. I will choose this hotel in the future.

Had a junior suite that smelled terribly. Explanation from the reception: yes, that is probably due to the bar where smokers are allowed or it could be the broken air conditioning system. At 10 p.m.we received a new room, a far cheaper 'doppelzimmer', where half of the lights did not work and the interior door did not close. Several drunk guests were staggering through the hallways which gave a very unsafe feeling. Unbelievable but this hotel allows smoking in the open bar, which means that half the hotel stinks of cigarette and cigar smoke. They advertise with 'view on the beautiful castle and the old town' but from our window we only saw a train station and dirty courtyard although we asked for the view on the castle... When checking out they presented us the bill: we had to pay for the junior suite! After much discussion, the price was reduced slightly: we agreed with the little reduction (not conform the website nor ***********) because we still had a long travel ahead and were more than tired of this discussion after a bad evening and night in this hotel. It's scandalous that this hotel dares to call itself a 5* hotel.

Hotel location is still a little distance from the train station, walking about 20min. You can take the 10-way car at the door to the end, 2.6 euros, 10 minutes. But close to the palace and the municipal square, next to the shopping mall, there are supermarkets, DM, pharmacies and Muller. There are few hotels with gyms in Europe.

I stayed there with 5 collegues for an exbhition and we were all very pleased with our stay. The hotel is only a few minutes from the tram station that took us directly to the Exhibition Centre within 15 minutes-ish. It's also within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, beer gardens, grocery stores, etc. The breakfast had a lot of fresh and delicious options for a very good price at 9 euros (2 collegues had to swap due to increasing their stay and their new place charged 18 euros). My room was spacious, modern and I slept very well. The staff was always pleasant and kind. We will definitely book it again for the next fair.

We stopped over on our way to Italy, the welcome and service were excellent. Rooms are clean, shower is superb. Food was decent. There is no airconditioning in the rooms though. Parking is free. Personalized welcome was very nice. Price was affordable

We booked a quadruple room, 2 singles and 1 double, but were given a family room 1 double and 1 small single bed. There is no human reception just a “key boy” machine to get your key on check in, so we had no choice but to accept it. The room was ok but the trams outside are very loud and run run all night, I wouldn’t recommend a street view if you are a light sleeper. The room was however clean, so it s a great city centre location and the breakfast was exceptional, such a huge selection of food which changed everyday 🫶
