Positive: 1- I had the luxury of staying here the staff helped me upgrade to a room with a better view. And overall the front desk people were very helpful. 2- plenty of watersport rentals near the hotel. Negative: 1- does not seem like an eco friendly hotel. The buffet manager did not let me fill my refillable bottle from the buffet water dispenser. They said ”this is not allowed and that I should buy a plastic bottle instead”. We are in the Red Sea in a beautiful destination and the hotel should be more keen on being more eco friendly and use less plastic bottles. How is this hotel in the desert does not have a water fountain or dispenser for the guests? It’s the most simple thing ever. 2- I prefer that there is no music around the beach area but this is my personal preference.

The hotel was Paradise, but Trip.com didn't pay the hotel, so I stood outside and waited for 4 hours ^^ Sad reality.... If you can take into account the 4-hour wait... If you do, you can pay first and ask Trip.com to pick it up later. Then you can double pay $200 for $100 for the hotel.) Maybe there is a system error, or all other hotels around the world are this way, but only Egypt It can be toxic sensitive! Be sure to know this before going, because 4 hours during a precious vacation can be really disappointing!

It was an excellent vacation at this hotel , everything was very very nice ( view , vibes , food , activities , services ) very clean , and the stuff is very friendly , professional and hard working , evey every thing was perfect , for sure it will not be the last time and i hope if i can stay longer

Just came home from a 10 night stay at Tropitel Dahab. I could never have imagine a hotel that would and did look after their guest so well. On arrival Marco at reception checked us in swiftly. The porter took bags to our room. The following morning after a superb breakfast we cam back to reception to check to see what help we could get to get our delayed luggage from Sharm airport. (Egypt air failed to transfer our luggage from Cairo to Sharm.Within 3 hours our problems were solved and we did not have to make the 1 hour taxi drive back to the airport. Again I must praise the professionalism and caring for the senior citizen guests at the hotel. Heated swimming pool. with plenty of sunloungers. I did not like the music around the pool as it was too loud. The beach was peaceful and beautiful. A life guard and security on the beach, all day every day. I stayed on an all inclusive package. It was excellent. The food was delicious. Great choice of soup, pasta, salad chicken, beef and fish. There is 1 shop located in the lobby. A few gifts to take home, and some toiliteries. I did tip all the staff that served me. as all staff work very long hours and not paid a large wage. Evening entertainment was just one evening. An egyptian dancer. I would like to have seen entertainment one or two other evenings. I would recomment the Tropitel to anyone who enjoys a peaceful holiday, with good food and excellent service. I hope to return to this holiday someday. I will cherich the memories of an amazing time spent in Dahab. Thanks to all the Staff for attention to detail, and service

The hotel is a bit further away from all the hustle and bustle of Dahab center, I find this very nice and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and relaxed. There is a television and air conditioning. You can see the sea or the mountains from your room 🥰 I saw and heard the sea, this was beautiful! The sea is literally 5 to 6 meters from the hotel and the mountains even less. The reception staff were super mega mega helpful which I admire! The breakfast was also delicious and a genuine 10 plus for all the hotel staff. If you are looking for a relaxed, natural vibe, I recommend this hotel! The suite is great! It has a wonderful ben and bath, I wanted to upgrade when I was there, but unfortunately I couldn't because the room was already booked. There is also a room to do yoga, and a kind of chill area with cushions where you can also eat and relax. Dahab center is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the hotel :) and of course I found the cats and dogs in the area super sweet, nice and cozy.
