Me and my family went to hang out on the beach and 2 young gentlemen named jacob and santi greeted us in super friendly way, gave toys for my children and took good care of us while we where there, I really enjoyed the service and food it was really good I couldn’t leave a place happier than how I left from there. definitely recommending St Regis to family and friends

This hotel is a selection of Leading Hotels. I went to Miami for star chasing, and the Sunny Isles where this hotel is located is just the coastline where my life lives. Great, if you have a chance to go to Miami, please go experience it. It is indeed a very good place to take children on vacation. Kudos to Aquarina! A beach hotel worth the money.

I went to the beach today, and the gentleman that helped me out were absolutely incredible. Lazaro was an absolute gem he was extremely professional and very helpful, every-time I needed something it took him no more than 2 minutes to accommodate. They had my bed ready within maybe 5 minutes of me arriving. My server Rodolfo was a sweet heart. Really awesome customer service he recommended me the ceviche as something refreshing with some pina coladas I couldn’t resist. Food and drinks were here so fast!! The employees are definitely living up to the name of the reputation of the Ritz. Great staff

Expensive, facilities are not as good as domestic

How can I say that I have been traveling to various good hotels in various countries for the first time. W may think too good but a little disappointed after checking in. The location of the hotel is not good. Breakfast is generally good for hotels in the United States. I also made up that the room facilities are really old doors and so on. The parking fee is $ 45 a night. Tipping is expensive, but parking in a good American hotel costs it ...
