The hotel is convenient for parking. You can enter and exit the parking lot with your room card. There is a microwave oven and a laundry room on the third floor of the hotel. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which makes life convenient. The bed in the twin room is narrow and not suitable for four people.

The hotel was very nice and the location was great. They have a sounder full workout room and the staff was so kind and inviting

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and had a very good experience at the Ritz in St. Louis. The hotel is located in a very nice area (Clayton) that felt very safe. A little bit of a drive to downtown and some of the attraction but nothing crazy. Service was very good from valet parking to housekeeping. The restaurant (Casa Don Alfonso) was stunning and the service/food was very good. We had some drinks in the hotel's bar (Lobby Lounge) and thought the drinks were overpriced with average quality. No music or ambiance Sunday night but that is expected. Initially we thought this hotel had a pool but found out that's not the case. They do offer passes to a nice aquatic center a couple of blocks away so we did that and had a good time. As others have mentioned the hotel is showing some signs of age, you can see spots in the carpet and walls. I had to ask for housekeeping to vacuum our room again as there were food residues in the floor of our room, not a pleasant experience. Overall a good experience, a step above your typical holiday inn vibe and level of service but definitely a nudge below other Ritz properties we have stayed at.

Stayed for almost a week for business. It was really disappointing. This is supposed to be one of Marriotts top banners and it felt like staying at a Courtyard. The inside felt very dated and more like a conference center than a top hotel. The room quality was very average with very worm out beds. The only saving grace was a decent fitness center. If you are looking for a top notch hotel I suggest looking elsewhere. Marriott just cant live up to the reputation of their banners anymore - they seriously need to reconsider and decide if they will offer cheap feel hotels at a higher than acceptable rates or if they will compete in the high level luxury service industry. There are better choices today.

If a trip with kids is your reason for visiting St. Louis, you could do no better than to stay at the Four Seasons! In-room dining exists and here, it is fast , friendly, tasty and fun! The concierge, Tricia, is hugely helpful with options and opportunities ! And the rooftop pool makes the kids feel so welcomed! The waitstaff even found a way to bring two joyful 5 and 3 year olds watermelon—which was not on the menu! Combining the over-the-top views of the river, the railroad, and the Silver Rainbow (The Arch) with the personalized service the Four Seasons is famous for will always make it our number one choice!

Not a great Four Seasons experience. We have stayed at many Four Seasons around the world, and the St. Louis Four Seasons was not up the usual standards. Our room overlooked an industrial park and a ”hotel” that had mattresses on the balconies. The lobby had flooding or a leak that was covered with towels for more than a day. The restaurant/bar attracted a large crowd that left debris and cigarette butts on furniture that remained there overnight and into the morning hours. The complimentary coffee was cleaned up at 8 a.m. on weekends, and one day, they never put out milk or cream. Each day of our stay we had to leave the hotel to get a cup of coffee with cream. This is more of a mid-range hotel experience and not worthy of the rate we paid.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I wanted to like this hotel, but the service i received made me hate it. i have a bad back and try to get bedboards (wood between the mattress and box spring) in the bed, and always call in advance to talk to the front desk about this. in this hotel, its almost impossible to reach the front desk to talk to them. I tried calling a few days before my arrival and pressed 0 for the operator. I held on for five minutes with no answer, and then was disconnected. This happened five times before i finally gave up. i finally called central reservations which is offsite (thank god someone answered there) and told them about my request. i called the morning of my arrival before boarding my plane and, miracle of miracles, someone answered at the front desk. the woman found the note, said she would take care of it and asked for my number and said she would call me back to confirm this was handled. NO CALL BACK. i then arrived in St. Louis and spent the entire uber ride into town trying to call the hotel. I called no less than 7 times, and each time, after pressing 0, sat on hold for over five minutes (each time) and then was disconnected. I had to go to a meeting before checking into the hotel so arrived at the hotel around 8 p.m. I asked the receptionist about the bed boards and after reviewing the notes, he said they didn't have bedboards and they hadn't been able to fulfill my request. I have a very bad back and have had multiple surgeries, so i was very worried that i wouldn't be able to move after sleeping on a soft bed. I asked this receptionist to have the manager call me, i wasn't happy that i couldn't reach the hotel by phone, and he told me the manager would call me the next day. OF COURSE, THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. the receptionist did call my room about an hour later and said that he was wrong, they had put a bed board in the bed. i thanked him and repeated my request to have the manager call me. He assured me this would be done, he had the note. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED then, to top it off, after i left (there was a line at the receptionist, and i was told just to leave my key in a box, they would check me out), i discovered that there was a charge on my bill for $60 that i had never authorized (i saw it on my credit card). I didn't buy anything, i didn't have any of their food, i incurred no charges at this hotel. I don't know what this is for, but i called and left a message on their billing extension to inquire about this charge. I wonder whether that person will ever call me back. while the room was large and was a mini suite with a separate sitting room outside the bedroom, i do not think i would ever recommend anyone stay there based on my experience.

The Chase was my only choice for a wedding hotel. Its gorgeous, they gave us a great room rate, including free suite upgrades for us and our parents, and the location can't be beat. Our guests really appreciated having both Forest Park and the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores of the CWE within walking distance. We even had friends take in a film at the cinema and walk to the nearby metro to visit the arch and take in a Cardinals game during our wedding weekend. The pool was another amenity that we and our guests enjoyed, even in mid-September. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed--even a mini fridge that proved very useful for storing flowers and leftover cake! The staff were also wonderful. Cynthia, the concierge, really helped me on numerous occasions, including saving me a tremendous amount of time in finding somewhere to do color copies. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to stay at The Last Hotel at the last minute for a concert in town this weekend. From the check-in to the valet parking option to our deluxe king room on the 9th floor, our overall experience at this hotel has been truly above and beyond. Our room was immaculate, spacious, beautifully designed and very clean. The beds and linens are of top notch quality and no expense has been spared in ensuring the comfort of the guest. Furthermore the hotel staff were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating if we had any questions or needed help with anything. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The final selling point of this hotel is that there is a gorgeous rooftop pool and bar. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely sunny 71° afternoon up on this private rooftop area that is only open to hotel guests. If you are truly on the fence about staying here or the splurge, I cannot recommend this place enough. It will not disappoint! We plan to make this our designated hotel for all future stays. Thank you at The Last Hotel!

This place is everything you want in a boutique hotel. A gorgeous historic building and lobby. Decor that is classic and modern- timeless. Wonderful, attentive staff. Our Jr Suite was huge with 12 foot ceilings. We used the text messaging to ask for an item, and it was delivered within minutes. This area of the city has had it’s ups and downs. There is a lot to see if you like to walk around and look at the downtown architecture. We were able to walk to Busch stadium. We opted for weekend street parking- it’s free after 7 pm. We wandered into a beautiful cathedral and downtown library. A lot to see and do within walking distance.

The location is very good, very close to the arch, the family likes hilton's bed very much, Ctrip's booking is super cost-effective, and breakfast is given as a gift. The hotel is not very convenient for parking. On the opposite side, parking is about 27 dollars a night.

Double charge you on your credit card and don’t release your funds right away. Poor customer service. No Refrigerator or microwave in the room. No social distancing in the hotel. Only thing they did have was good food.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location if you are looking to go to a Cardinals game, the zoo, or other downtown attractions. The area it sits in has multiple options for fast food or sit down dining. The Galleria mall is minutes away. The hotel staff was very friendly. There is a great sitting area outside with chairs and a fire pit. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathrooms are fantastic with awesome showers. I would request a room that does not face the freeway as you can hear traffic. It’s not as bad as I thought it would be however you can hear sirens and very fast cars in the middle of the night. There is not free breakfast or coffee in the lobby and the breakfast is overpriced for what you get. However there are many options nearby. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and one across the parking lot. This is why I gave four instead of five stars. We stay in this area every year and we will come back.

I spent 4 nights here on a business trip. The hotel is clean and comfortable and relatively new, with modern decor. I had a King bed room on the highway side of the hotel. Although there was some road noise, I set the fan on high on the air conditioner and barely noticed it. The bed was comfortable. The desk was spacious and the room had a large tv. The bathroom was large and had a roomy walk in shower rather than a bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful. I bought breakfast at the bistro in the morning. Options are very limited and the food is expensive. There is a Starbucks and a Red Robin next door and other restaurants nearby. The hotel has a large and well stocked exercise room; and there is a comfortable seating area on the back patio. It is a comfortable place to stay and I’d stay there again.

We stayed here over the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel and grounds are phenomenal. I highly suggest paying the couple dollars extra for valet parking- saves TONS of walking and time! The valet staff were very professional and accommodating. Upon arrival, (it was very late at night) we arrived and pulled up to the hotel- valet immediately came out and offered to assist; I asked for general hotel parking and was kindly directed toward the area- upon arrival to that area (not really close to the entrance- general parking lot is like $35/day)- we chose to return to front door valet for $40.... Parking is overall expensive. But, we were assisted in unloading our car and immediately taken to our reserved room. Hotel is very impressive, the lobby is beautiful- and the property is rich with history (former actual station); the room was nice, very clean, and quiet- despite the multiple wedding events occurring over the weekend. There are many restaurant and food service/delivery options available. The staff was the BEST! The grounds included hourly light shows over pier/Koi fish pond; Landry Seafood onsite, along with- Ferris wheel (my kids loved), putt-putt golf, small slide/park area... It was really a great experience to stay here. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has multiple on-site entertainment options (along with an aquarium)- minutes SAFE walk to multiple major attractions. Bed was incredibly comfortable. We stayed long enough to need extra towels- I notified/requested the front desk for additional, and they were delivered to our room within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we were unable to locate the TV remote- called the front desk and was immediately delivered a new remote for the TV. We did not have any major issues, but even our minor needs were met with utmost speed. I highly recommend this hotel for family and couples.

With this hotel being part of the Curio Collection, we were greatly disappointed in the overall condition of the property. It is very shop worn and in desperate need of some serious TLC. We saw missing mosaic tiles on the floors, torn carpeting, damaged walls, broken trim and a host of others issues. The sofa in our room (3024) was dirty with torn covering on the cushions. We had to turn one of the cushions over so we could use the ”better” side. One of the bedside lamps needed repair (it was fixed), while the cold water stem for the bathroom sink leaked (not repaired). Housekeeping needs to be better. We arrived on a Monday and the hallway to our room had candy wrappers on the floor that were not cleaned up until Wednesday when we left. The room next to us had used glasses set by the door that were not picked up for two days. Regarding being recognized as a Hilton Honors member, we were supposed to receive bottled water. Nope, not at all, nor did anyone else checking in. If the bottled water was supposed to be in the room, nada. Signage needs to be improved. As first time guests, we had difficulty determining the location of the hotel's parking, even though it was next to the property. With multiple entrances, none pointed to the actual location of the registration desk. Inside, it was hard to find an elevator. There was a hotel map just outside of the registration desk. We were informed by an employee that the map was inaccurate because it was prior to the 2015 remodel--SEVEN YEARS later and the sign hasn't been changed???? Overall, we liked where the hotel was located and may consider returning to St. Louis. But for this being a premier property, we will definitely consider putting our premium dollars elsewhere.
