"The hotel has a shuttle bus from the airport. It is quite good. There are several American pizzas around the fried chicken restaurant. There is no Chinese restaurant."

"We stayed here for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday. We usually stay at The Hyatt Place and like it, but we thought we'd give this a try. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette has a sink, full-sized fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. They provide dishes, utensils and even paper towels. We had a queen bed which was the only choice I had when I made the reservation online. When we checked in, I asked about this and was told that there is only 1 king room in the entire hotel. Rather odd. There were lots of lamps and there was a curtain near the bed that could be pulled if one person wanted to read in the sitting area while the other slept. The bathroom was clean and fresh-looking. There was a shower (no tub) with an upscale surround. The vanity was a good size and also had two drawers and a shelf underneath. So there was plenty of room for our stuff. The lighting in the bathroom was very good. I could actually use it to put on my makeup -- didn't have to go and sit by the window. Breakfast met my needs -- yogurt with mix-ins and tea. But my husband likes to have fresh fruit salad and they only had whole bananas, apples and tangerines. They also didn't have Raisin Bran for him. There were cold water pitchers in the lobby and a bowl of Quaker Oat bars. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours. The hallways were well lit and the stairways were clean and painted."
"I can not tell you how many hotels across the country and the world I have stayed in. Nothing compares to the hospitality we received here after the first hotel we checked into was enough of a disappointment that we had to leave. We could not have found ourselves any luckier to have stumbled across Home2. The staff were amazing, the rooms and lobby were clean, the breakfast was yummy and just perfect for us. One of the best parts for me was all the friendly dogs greeting my little Tula with their responsible and also very friendly owners. After 3 days, my friend and I did not want to leave. We felt like we had acquired a new family, distant relatives that we had never met before but took us in and took good care from us until it was time for us to say goodbye. Thank you Dollie, Zack, Kelli and the rest of the wonderful staff! You left a lasting impression. Laurie & Lorraine @ LL2RoadTripReview"
"Our stay at this hotel was unplanned - we got off the highway earlier than expected due to a snowstorm - and we were very pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Saratoga. The staff and management are truly exceptional; they were friendly and helpful from start to finish. From a phone call to our room asking if everything was okay right when we walked in to someone actually cleaning the snow off of our car before we left (!), the folks here went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our suite was sparkling clean and spacious for our family of 5. There are actually real dishes and a dishwasher in the kitchenette. Recycling containers are everywhere and there were real dishes at breakfast too - love that commitment to being environmentally friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and would go out of my way to stay here again!"

"The room is super large, two large beds of one meter and five, breakfast is also very rich, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs taste good. Bread, yoghurt and cakes come in a wide variety. Oatmeal is also quite suitable for the taste of the oriental."
"Sister, your grandmother is dense and dense, how dense is it? Is your grandmother grandmother? Your grandma and grandma are not so busy? Look at the densely to see if you look at it."
"The room is spacious and very new. It is very convenient to be located next to the airport, very quiet at night, very safe"

"My wife and I came for a procedure in Albany and the nearest hotel was the Homewood Suites by the Crossgates Mall. As soon as we came in after being fatigued by a three hour drive from Flushing, NY, we met Ja’Ann in the front desk. Not only was she kind, friendly, knowledgeable and caring she instantly made us feel like we were home at Homesuites. Here’s the reason why! One, my wife was allergic to feather pillows and prior to us reaching our room it was changed due to her. Two, knowing we needed hot water for her ailing pains she took it among herself to leave front desk to go and get us the hot water we needed twice (two different occasions). Three, sounding repetitive just her customer service. She deserves more than a raise but Hilton’s highest award. Thank you and continue during an exceptional jobs."
"Lost power during a storm and with an older parent in the house we decided to come to the hotel for a few nights. Got to enjoy the complimentary breakfast on Friday before heading off to work thanks to Shantasia and Elvana Albine, and on Saturday before heading home on Saturday thanks to Melissa and Cherrele. Social distancing and masks were completely respected. Felt perfectly safe. Would come again and would recommend to out of town visitors."
"Friendly and very welcoming. Superior service. A joy being here. Charnele and Shanta and Albina doing food service were all very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Pool is clean and crowding is kept to a minimum. Loved having access to it especially in these times. "

"Overall, the staff, hotel and room are great.  Suggestions:  No bath matt towel, I didn't notice the hair dryer in the closet until checking out.  Luggage cart wheel flat so very difficult to push and steer.  There's a constant high pitch humming sound I think is coming from fridge.  Shower water pressure could be better.  Peep holes in the door need the swivel cover.  Alarm clock difficult to read display.  Religious books in the night stand drawer are definitely unnecessary.  Smoke detector has a flashing light that is distracting as I am trying to fall asleep.  Toilet seat does not stay in the up position.  Even after finding a nickel to adjust fridge temp lower, it still froze my food, unless the bottom is supposed to be the freezer portion, but it's not labeled that way, so have to experiment trial and error what area gets frozen or not.  The gym was closed even though other hotels have them open. I would stay here again, but for the price point these things should not be an issue."
"I stayed here in the second week of January and the first thing that struck me was the extremely well trained staff. Matt at the front desk knew area restaurants well and me and my colleagues quite enjoyed trying a one of his recommendations each day. The hotel food bar is quite nice for casual dining. Working through some late night working sessions Amanda learnt what each one of us preferred and the rest of the week we were on autopilot. The snacks and beverages arrived individualized to taste. I travel a lot and its not usual to find a good facility with great staff. I recommend this place and will be staying there again for sure."
"My husband and I moved to this hotel from a neighboring one that shall remain unknown. This hotel was a very welcome change from the other one we stayed in. This hotel was clean and well maintained, with very professional staff clearly trained in customer service. The room was elegantly furnished, roomy, and very comfortable. The traveler amenities were very nice--indoor pool, small workout room, Bistro (though pretty pricey for breakfast) and a little shop for quick snacks and items you might have forgotten. Very convenient to major highways and UAlbany. Worth the price."

"My family vacations in Saratoga every August and we were looking for a new hotel for our group to stay. My mom and I drove up and stayed 2/22 to test it out for a night before our trip and we were very happy. Our first impression was that the hotel was clean and we were greeted right away. The breakfast area had plenty of seating with a TV and fireplace and a door that opened onto the back patio which had a grill and will have a fire pit and furniture in the summer. Rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was free and had a great selection (eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc.) They also have a small "store" with snacks, frozen meals, and ice cream treats in case you have a craving and don't want to drive anywhere. The location was great too! We timed it was around 10-15 minutes from Saratoga Race Course and there were plenty of places to grab a bite around the grounds (Panera, Starbucks, Dunkins, Five Guys, etc. along with other local eateries). There was also a Price Chopper and Cumberland Farms very close for groceries, snacks, and gas. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and we are looking forward to returning to this hotel for our trip in August!"
"In October 2019 I stayed at the Fairfield inn in Malta, NY. The room, which had a rate of $109, was a suite with a separate bedroom and living room area. The bedroom had a king-size bed with end tables on each side and a cabinet with a television and three drawers. There was also a large mirror and a bench. The bedroom and living room areas were separated by a half wall. The living room had a desk with a chair, couch, chair, coffee table and second, larger television in a built-in cabinet. There were also two phones, one by the bed and one by the desk. Between the living room area and the bathroom was a nook with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom had ample counter space, a shower and bath tub and a large, low mirror. Breakfast was included and check-out was at noon, which is later than at many hotels. The suite was spacious and a good deal for the price. When previously visiting the area I had stayed at another chain hotel but its rates at that time were higher. I would definitely stay at this Fairfield Inn again. The only issue that we had was that the hotel is not visible from a main road and difficult to find, particularly at night. We are not from the area and better signage as you approach the hotel would have been appreciated."
"This is a very modern hotel, superbly appointed, and located just off I-87 9 miles or 15 mins South of Saratoga Springs. The cooked breakfast was great and real china, glass and silverware were used. Very friendly, comfortable, a wonderful hotel."

"Our family travels through Albany pretty frequently so we stay in the area often and have stayed here 4 or 5 times in 2019 and every time was a great experience. The rooms are spacious, well cleaned and well stocked with everything you could need even traveling with 4 kids. The pool and fitness room are fantastic and the outdoor basketball and fire pit are the perfect extra touch (weather permitting of course) However what I think makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is professional, great, understanding and extremely helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Donna who pretty much every time we are there has in some way or another gone above and beyond to help make the trip easier, more enjoyable and just all around better!"
"Two weeks ago we stayed at this fairly new hotel and were happy enough with our visit to book a 2 bedroom suite when we returned with my sister this past weekend. The suite was a good size with two reasonable bathrooms and a tight but usable kitchen. We had a busy weekend with several events. Housekeeping was definitely sub-par. The bathroom was mildewed and the lights were shorting out. The kitchen was filthy- dirty dishes and utensils. We reported the lighting issue Friday. Housekeeping came late Saturday did not vac or take trash - they made the beds and left towels. We complained Sunday bc the housekeeping never came even when we asked. We were told they don’t do a major cleaning until a guest leaves. Well we know they didn’t do that before our stay this week - that’s for sure. In a long career of business travel my husband has a super high loyalty status and have never had such an awful hotel experience at a Marriott, especially after speaking with someone. We will not stay here again. "
"This hotel has been great in both efficiency and execution. Guest services in particular have been fantastic! At this time I would especially like to thank Vincent and the rest of the team. I’m here for weeks on end, in a great location, with free breakfast. I highly recommend staying should you be in the area. As of this writing on 10/23 I’m in room 109. "
