Via S. Reparata 33, 50127 Firenze (IT), Florence, Tuscany, Italy
"Hotel is in a safe and central location. When we arrived the person at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful in reference on places to see and how to get there. He even helped us in booking train tickets to Venice. The room was very clean and the breakfast was simple but adequate. Highly recommend. Nice place and relatively inexpensive."
"This is a hotel with both pros and cons. Centrally located in Florence, it's nice to be close to tourist attractions, but it's an old building, so there's no elevator. Breakfast buffet was ok. The staff is neither friendly nor bad, so it's just a Florence hotel. I went to one of the centers and thought about doing a new hotel near the Florence airport. I attach a picture of the scenery from the room."

Via Luigi Carlo Farini 2, Florence, Tuscany, Italy
"We booked this hotel through Travel Zoo/Trip Master based on its location in Florence. We were trepidatious due to the previous hotel we stayed in on this trip. Fortunately, The Hotel Arizona was not only a pleasant surprise, but truthfully a great place to stay in Florence! It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance to the city center and all the amazing Florentine sites and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and a breakfast spread is included. We will stay here again on our next visit!"
"Lovely staff, very hospitable. The breakfast in the mornings was just what we needed before a packed day of exploring. The rooms are small but have all you really need. Walking distance to everything you want to see in Florence."
"Nice hotel in safe area. Easy to walk to all the sites in less than 20 minutes. Our room was on the top floor which seemed a little stuffy and only had a skylight/tilt window on the ceiling (which was not the easiest window to open) but we managed. The lobby is welcoming and breakfast area is well stocked and clean."

Piazza Della Repubblica 2, Florence, Tuscany, Italy
"We recently stayed at the Hotel Olimpia for three nights this past July. The hotel itself was small, yet had everything that we needed. The air conditioning worked well, which was wonderful as it was very hot in the city at that time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The best part of this hotel was the location. It was right in the centre of Florence, only minutes from the Duomo and from the main river. The Piazza was full of life at night, with great cafes, music, and entertainment steps from the hotel. At night, you could sit in the little dining room and listen to the bustle of the city from the open windows. Breakfast was also included with this hotel. Although there was not a lot of variety, there were breads, cheeses, assorted meats, etc. There was definitely enough to find for everyone, and was a nice way to start the day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel in the heart of the city!"
"This was literally the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, and I have been in different types of hotels in many countries and continents. To begin, the elevator is scary, does not work well and is very dangerous. The two times I tried to use it, I saw people trapped inside and not being able to get out, not to mention how difficult it is to operate it. Secondly, and I am going to be as precise as I can in order to give an accurate description of the experience me and my family (wife and 1 year old daughter) had: this was by far the most unpleasant experience in a hotel mwe have ever had. After ringing the intercom and asking for the details (price, accomodations, etc) we decided to stay here. Bringing with us our 3 large baggages, our baby stroller and 2 backpacks, we finally got to the fourth floor where this b&b is located (difficulties with the elevator included, as I mention before). We were there received by a very rude man, who told us in a very unpolite way that we needed to pay right there in advance, and then he yelled us that we needed to sign some sort of form (which is ok, I consider this a standard procedure). Considering that we were with our baby, and that she got scared with this guy's attitude, I told him that he was being rude, and that this was not the right way to treat customer. Inmediately after saying this, he got furious and yelled us that the room was not available anymore and ordered us to get out of there. We could not believe what was going on, so we asked if he was the owner, and he said yes, and told us to get out again in a very rude and violent manner. It was around 11 pm, and we were tired after driving all the way from Rome with our baby crying. I think this was probably the most humiliatng experience we have ever had, and I definitely do not recommend anyone to stay there. Maybe it was just bad luck, maybe this person was tired, not having a good day, who knows, but never, under any circunstances anyone should treat a customer the way this person did. It’s a shame that in such a beautiful city as Florence there are places like this. Totally awful."
"I never read reviews as people like what people like. This hotel is very basic. BUT the rooms are clean the staff are kind and so helpful and the location is so central. Yeah it has basic amenities but how long are you really staying in your hotel room for?? We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Thank you x"

"Carefully write a review of the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence, three nights in Florence, 2 nights PORTRAIT, 1 night to experience the seasons, give the following suggestions: 1) Service: Say service first, personal feeling, PORTRAIT service is more cordial and enthusiastic. There is WELCOME DRINK at the door, with beer and red wine and other drinks. There is a doorman from Russia who is very enthusiastic and can really describe himself as a guest. If you leave, you will also ask if you want to bring bottled water. Four seasons, no one can say bad, but it is very standard and professional, but there is no temperature. PORTRAIT won. 2) Location: The four seasons are far from the attractions, but not far away. The distance cannot be said to be a weak item. The hotel has a garden, but it is not very big, but it is okay (refer to the size of Shanghai Garden Hotel). Moreover, mainly, the garden layout is not very special. PORTRAIT is on the edge of the old bridge, the most central location, everything is convenient. PORTRAIT won. 3) Price: Four seasons more than 7900 35M2, no early; PORTRAIT 4500 one night / 4900 one night, 40M2, but the hotel gave me a rise, lived 53 room type, including 2 early. PORTRAIT won again. 4) Room decoration: the room, the four seasons are European style, or the law-abiding; PORTRAIT is more modern, also comes with a simple kitchen cabinet, you can eat yourself. Personally, the style is like PORTRAIT. 2 bedding products are good. 5) Four seasons, because the price is much more expensive, my heart naturally demands him. Service I scored 4 points because it was not special and the price was not good. The Michelin-starred PALAGIO restaurant has also tried, and can only say that it is okay, not surprising, and quite satisfactory. 6) Four seasons should be expensive in many additions? For example, I saw that there is still a hairdressing. It is estimated that the SPA is also very good, but it is not used. In addition, there are swimming pools in the four seasons, but it is not big or open. PORTRAIT does not have a swimming pool. The above hopes have a reference to later people."
"I came to Florence for two days and two nights. For some reason, I booked two different hotels, namely Impression Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel. I have given praise to these two hotels! Let me talk about the Four Seasons Hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel covers a large area. The hotel also has a map of the hotel. The hardware is more complete than the impression. There are outdoor gardens, outdoor swimming pools, hall shops, and buildings in hundreds of years. It has rich cultural and artistic connotations and warm reception. ! Toiletries are branded, the room is four meters high (the room I live in), very comfortable and luxurious, the rooms are well designed, although 40 square meters, but it looks great. 6.7.8.9 months is the tourist season, the hotel stay price is more expensive than other times; In addition, the overall comparison of the price of two hotels, the four seasons will be more expensive than the impression hotel, after all, the four seasons brand is here. Say the impression of the hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to the scenic spot: 20 meters to the old bridge, 30 meters to the Uffizi Gallery, next to the Democratic Square, you can imagine the convenience of accommodation! Hotel daily necessities are branded, the room design is exquisite (I live in a room without a shower room), if you can book a room in the street (6.7.8.9 months is the tourist season, the price is expensive, other time is not expensive) the scenery is better ! The difference between it and the four seasons is that the four seasons will be a little further away from the scenic spot, but the Four Seasons Hotel is very large, with a swimming pool and a garden, it is a different experience! So staying in Florence depends entirely on the location you want to live in and the features of the hotel you want to experience!"
"This season has been ranked as the top of the global hotel by Fortune, deserved. Built by the Medici family in the 15th century, the hotel’s residence is home to a large collection of works from the 15th to the 19th centuries. Nearly 50,000 square meters of Gherardesca private garden, Baroque style, scattered with a large number of sculptures. Every night drink time, the manager who claimed to be the artist came to greet him. For the first time, he painted a self-portrait for the child. The child used the "four seasons" as the title to draw a comic book rebate. Last night, he came to the children with a 2-minute stick figure pk. Great. The sound of the Soul singer sing can't be heard... Finally, the bathroom in the room is oversized."

Via Imprunetana Per Tavarnuzze 19, Villa l'Olmo, Impruneta, Tuscany, Italy
"We travel to Italy very frequently & always seek accommodation which offers a view from the room (country/sea/city) as it plays a big part of our relaxation... we were clearly reassured this upon booking, that the room we would be assigned would have a view onto the hills. This unfortunately was not the case, as we found out on our arrival. Long story cut short, the manager tried to remedy the situation by offering an alternative room/apt from the second night from our 4 night stay, which had a view and also offered us a reimbursement on part of our stay. HOWEVER, we felt cheated by the hotel. We travel purely for relaxation and this sort of hassle robs us from our tranquility. The hotel has great potential: the apartments we were assigned were spacious, but lacking in basic items such as porcelain, cutlery etc which we realized when we wanted to make a cup of tea. There are no real black out curtains, and no insect screens, which makes it a mosquito playground!! We also have stayed in cleaner properties. The breakfast was quite mediocre... I would suggest the hotel to purchase the bread from a bakery instead of ‘trying’ to make their own as the result leaves much to be desired... The pool is lovely as are the general common grounds and view onto the hills/valley. The bottom line... for the price of the room (€250 nightly) this property needs a lot of work done to it to bring it up to scratch! "
"We stayed here for 4 nights. Very nice room, extremely well kept. Great property with large pool, vinyards, olive groves, and a beautiful view. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location. We took the shuttle in to Florence. It takes only abut 15 minutes and then you don't need to worry about finding a place to park in town. Also took a few days to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside, visiting wonderful towns like Montefioralle and Greve in the heart of Chianti wine country. Villa Olmo served fantastic breakfasts everyday and their restaurant is out of this world. Try the Veal Cheeks. Amazing. We'll be back. Highly recommended."
"What a gem of a property in Impruneta. The drive through Tuscany was breathtaking, and once we arrived to the hotel, perched above the vineyards, you had to pinch yourself that you weren't dreaming. We had a two bedroom apartment that was perfect for two couples, although there's just one bathroom. It was fully equipped so all you had to do was run down the street to the Coop (market) to fill your fridge with supplies, especially napkins. I love that Florence is just a 20min drive away. Great job, Villa Olmo!"
