We booked a twin room and was upgraded to a garden room which was a lovely surpise! Everyone in the hotel is very polite & helpful, amazing service! The room itself was very clean but average (reminded me of being in a marriott hotel in the room). We hardly got any sleep as we could hear people above us walking around / banging and doors slamming in the middle of the night and at 6.30am people were talking next door. The walls seem very thin (this is why I'm giving it a 4/5). Breakfast selection was limited espically for £17.

Excellent stay all round at this hotel Room nice, comfy bed, nice staff. Good quality toiletries in the room and a good central location. Only comment negative I would make was the car park was quite small and as a result I left my car there and got a taxi to go out for dinner instead of losing my space. Would stay again

We had arranged a weekend with friends in Nottingham and had booked 2 rooms. First morning the housekeeping staff came as we were leaving, for the day out we had planned. When we returned we expected our room to have been serviced, no towels at all in the room and no made bed. Nothing on the tea/ coffee tray had been replenished. When we rang reception to get some towels no one answered so after a long day we had to go down to reception to get them to get us some towels, after waiting nearly 5 mins while the reception staff ignored us we were told someone would bring us some towels. Next morning our friends went down to breakfast early before us, to be told it wasn’t included in the room - it was, and rather than check the booking they were very rudely told that they couldn’t have breakfast. They were not even offered the option to pay for a breakfast. They ended up going elsewhere for breakfast much to our embarrassment after we had arranged the weekend and booked the room. After speaking with reception they confirmed that breakfast was included and gave us a card saying we were entitled to breakfast - much use that is as our friends had already gone and had breakfast elsewhere and we were not offered a refund on our booking.

Hilton Nottingham is one of my favourites. Lovely staff, clean rooms of which most are newly refurbished. Nice restaurant and bar. Handy for the city centre. If you need accessible rooms, advise you to choose one on the first 5 floors as floor 6 is only accessed by stairs from the 5th. Always a great stay!

After some initial problems finding my reservation, we had a lovely stay at the Burleigh Court. Dinner in the restaurant was a bit slow, but the quality was good and the service polite. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options for those not into the full English breakfast. The hotel is situated in a quiet corner of the Loughborough University Campus with lots of green space around it. We really enjoyed our stay.

I went to see a child studying at Loughborough University. I saw this hotel on Ctrip. I placed an order directly. I was a little worried. I didn't expect everything would be convenient after I arrived. Then I continued to stay for another day.

Hotel is very conveniently located for city centre, right next to Lace Market tram stop. A ten minute walk from railway station. Five minutes walk to Old Market Square. On the edge of Hockley with loads of restaurants and bars within a two minute walk. Car parking available in Lace Market Car Park opposite. Discounted price was £10 for 16h00 until 10h30 the next morning. Good value, particularly given its location.

The hotel location is very convenient, just six or seven minutes away to the centre of Nottingham. There is a big Asian supermarket directly opposite the hotel, and the city rail station is next to it. It can be said that it is very convenient for travel. The rooms and bathrooms are quite large and it is quite good.

Breakfast is especially good, you must try it. The hotel is located in the city center. There is a Chinese supermarket opposite the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. You will definitely order again next time.

A very modern, clean hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a great hot and cold buffet selection -the scrambled eggs are recommended! various freshly baked breads and pastries also available. We stayed in a superior room and there was a £10 per Night extra charge for a child’s camp bed which isn’t mentioned when booking. The room was clean with 4 Nespresso coffees which were refilled everyday although they kept refilling with decaf! Two bottles of water on arrival are not replenished and no fridge in the room. Surprisingly the bar and restaurant isn’t the best for families. They lacked any children’s menu so food options are very limited for younger children, we opted for a ham and cheese sandwich that the kitchen made especially. Overall a great stay and we will stay again despite these small issues that could be easily improved.

The hotel is located in the university grounds and is a lovely hotel. The booking in process was painless and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The room is nicely furnished and the bathroom a good size.Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. It would be nice if they could offer hot chocolate as a breakfast item for those who don’t drink tea and coffee .The bar area was pleasant although the prices seem to be on the expensive side,a double gin and lemonade plus a zero alcohol beer at over £20.A nice play to stay and would stay again

I came to the Crown Plaza, Nottingham for a conference early June. The hotel itself was nice, modern and comfortable. My room was not adequately cleaned as there were hairs in my shower upon arrival, unreplenished hygiene products in the bathroom and the toilet uncleaned. The room Itself was small, but fine for sleeping in. My TV did not work, but as it was one night this wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and lunch were great, formal dinner however was awful and poor, not worth paying for. Servers were unversed in allergen training, and the allergen and dietary requirement food options were awfully poor. The manager on duty however, was apologetic and wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was the staff (excusing F&B teams poor allergen training and food options). Particularly Abigail, Malakai and Zak on the bar who were so warm, polite and accommodating. Wonderful service throughout and a credit to the team. Thank you three.

The room was small but the bed was very comfortable. It’s a good location and the pool/ spa area is an added bonus to staying here. The breakfast was reasonable- not the best but not the worst! The staff at reception are very welcoming and friendly and the hotel is generally very clean and well managed.

Hotel location is very convenient, being within 10min walking distance of Nottingham station. The room was spacious and clean. The staff had missed out on the hairdryer but delivered it up promptly once we had informed them. Note that the keycards don't work very well. We left a keycard in the room and brought the other card out but found that the room couldn't be opened... This seems to be common as there was another lady at the concierge facing the same problem. The room cleaning was... Interesting, if you could call cleaning in a way which makes you question if anything had been cleaned cleaning. Sadly the hotel did not provide room slippers. There was free orange juice and water at the lobby though.

This is the chain hotel with providing standard services and facilities. The room is clean, big and quiet. The bathroom is clean but a little bit old. The breakfast is impressive. All staffs are young, helpful and friendly. The location is good, 10-12 mins walk from Nottingham Station. The pricing is good. There is a bar at ground floor if you have sleeping problem.
Refreshing water bar has been setup at the reception is impressive.
The check-in is at 3pm daily, it would better if can be set earlier.
