"With a panoramic terrace offering views of Rome, Residenza Di Ripetta is between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. Its spacious suites and apartments have satellite TV and air conditioning.
Set in a former monastery with a peaceful internal courtyard, the Di Ripetta features high ceilings and authentic arches. Some accommodation offer a simple hideaway cooking area or a kitchenette.
The attentive staff provide a generous buffet breakfast, including both hot and cold food. Snacks and light lunches are available at the Cafè di Ripetta, and guests can relax in the courtyard with a cocktail. Wi-Fi is free in public areas.
Flaminio Metro and the Ara Pacis Museum are both a 5-minute walk from the Ripetta Residenza. Via del Corso is just 100 metres away. The property is directly connected to a private car park."

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I visited with my 14-year old daughter last month, with 5 nights in Rome at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. Based on reviews, price, and location, I booked this hotel -- we could not have been happier. Our room was spotless during both of our stays, as were the common areas, restaurant, etc. The hotel is perfectly located -- right in the middle of the historic center and walkable to everything -- Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon all a 5-10 minute walk. Whenever we needed a taxi (e.g. early morning tours that were a 25 min walk away), the front desk staff (Lyuba, Davide, Iustin) were helpful and the taxi was never more than a 4 minute wait (more about staff below). The hotel is on a road with restaurants, a few small supermarkets, a wonderful local pasticceria, and a 4-5 minute walk from Piazza Navona -- a beautiful, huge piazza with stunning fountains, surrounded by endless restaurants and bars. There's a pharmacy right off the piazza if you need anything -- I used it to get COVID tested to be able to fly home. It was fast, easy, and reliable.
The hotel breakfasts were fantastic - typical European breakfast with meats + cheeses, yogurts / cereals / berries, all kinds of coffee drinks, breads / rolls / croissants, warm foods (e.g. quiche, sauteed spinach, eggs, etc.), and endless baked goods. The staff wore masks at all times, and most guests wore masks while up and about at the buffet, taking them off while seated. The tables were set beautifully and the entire area was spotless -- it was easy to see how hard the dining room staff worked.
The rooms were great -- extremely comfortable beds, terrific linens, wonderful shower, all modern and new. Be aware, even with the window closed and on a higher floor, on the front side of the hotel the street below is busy and there's a restaurant / bar with outdoor seating in front of the hotel -- if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear sounds (people + traffic) late into the night. My daughter didn't notice at all -- I heard it all night. Our room during the beginning of our stay was on the rear of the buidling, opening into a small courtyard -- it was lovely, quiet, airy, and had a wonderful balcony (4th Floor). If you can get one of those rooms, I highly recommend it.
The front desk staff: ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. As a mom traveling alone with a young teenage daughter during COVID and the instability in eastern Europe, I had concerns before traveling. Lyuba, Davide, and Iustin were attentive, helpful, accommodating, and informative. Whether it was checking us in early when we first arrived from the airport, arranging taxis, storing our luggage while we traveled to Florence, or helping figure out COVID testing to return home, they were on point, efficient, and kind. The afternoon before our flight home, I realized that the Rome Marathon was scheduled for the following day. They helped me trouble shoot while I was out with my daughter, trying to be present with her while simultaneously communicating with them via WhatsApp to figure out how to get to the airport the next morning. Requesting a taxi 1/2 hour before heading to the airport would have been disasterous, as they were closing all the roads, and no taxis would have been available. The staff arranged a private driver (worth the cost) and were in close contact with him and his dispatcher to make sure we were all apprised of which roads were closed. My daughter and I did have to walk 10 minutes to the river with our suitcases and cross to the other side, as all local roads had been closed, but it was actually a piece of cake. Our driver was waiting for us exactly where the hotel staff said he would be, and from there it was easy getting to the airport. If the staff hadn't been responsive and seriously on top of it, we would not have made it to the airport that day.
The highest recommendation for the best hotel experience!" "Just home from a 5 night stay and we loved this hotel. We arrived in the city well before check in time of 2pm and when we went to desk to request even for our luggage to be held for a few hours, the lady went one better and was able to check us in. From there the gentleman concierge brought our bags up to our room for us...a very nice touch. The room was lovely and clean and cleanliness was something that seemed very important here - noticed staff cleaning very regularly. Every staff member we encountered were supremely polite, even when you just bumped into them on your floor or in the lift. Breakfast buffet was delicious everyday with a great selection. Our favourite part of the hotel was definitely the rooftop bar - gorgeous views and felt like a private oasis in the middle of such a bustling city. Iachopo (spelling probably wrong!) was the gentleman who we dealt with most days and he was a pleasure to deal with, highly attentive. Finally, all the major attractions are within 20 mins walk approx. Highly recommend going across the River to Trastevere for some food and drinks in the evenings. Will definitely be back!" "I have had three wonderful nights here, and without doubt it is the best City hotel I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. It’s location is absolutely perfect for whatever you wish to see in Rome. Absolutely everything is in easy and safe walking distance . For instance I was at the Olympic stadium to watch the Rugby. From my seat to my room took exactly an hour on foot, and I’ve never been to the stadium before . All the historic sites are genuinely minutes away here. The staff are unfailingly friendly courteous and genuinely, helpful. The decor in all the public areas and the room is wonderful. My room was fantastic . The breakfast buffet was the best selection and highest quality that I’ve had in a City. My particular favourite was the roof terrace . It’s outlook is stunning, so romantic. So beautifully laid out, with really great service. The food is fabulous too. I had an indulgent few hours basking in the afternoon sunshine when I first arrived. Don’t go anywhere else. I wouldn’t"
"A perfect experience, definitely not lost to the Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, every detail is perfect and exquisite. The bed is big enough and the bathroom is super luxurious. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and is rich and exquisite, overlooking Rome. Location is also good, walk to Plaza de España for 5 minutes. With an 11-year-old child, there is no extra charge at the hotel. In short, it is a memorable and memorable life!" "perfect. Service nice, hotel facilities are excellent, b&o TV is cool~~~~"
"Wow! What an amazing surprise in the Eternal City! I have been hunting for an exceptional Roman hotel for the past few years and while I had previously gotten close, the De Russie clears all the bars with ease. From the first interaction with the Concierge, the staff is warm, friendly, solicitous (without being pushy) and accommodating. The staff is truly proud of the hotel and take their jobs very seriously. Dinner in the Garden is amazing! Breakfast in the Garden is even better! The food is incredible! I am so glad I selected this hotel!" "We stayed at this hotel for a few nights in January. From the bellman to the front desk staff, bar & restaurant staff and even the cat who greeted us at front desk…the service is outstanding! Our room was overlooking the beautiful gardens. Such a peaceful place right in the heart of Rome. I would definitely come back!" "The breakfast is very good and rich in variety, with comb honey available. The hotel is in an excellent location. There are many famous shops on the street. It's about 5 minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps. You can see the monument of People's Square on the balcony."

"The St. Regis is everything you expect of a five star hotel experience. We were last in Rome and the St. Regis in 2017 and, if anything, the experience has only improved. During the intervening years the hotel completed a major renovation that, while modernizing the rooms, managed to retain the Old World elegance for which it was so well known. The modern lighting that allow you to brighten or dim each room is particularly pleasant. As always, any hotel experience is not determined by the decorating and room amenities, but by the staff. Here in Rome you will find staff members who have been with the hotel for more than thirty years like Guilio, the concierge. We especially enjoyed starting our day with breakfast prepared by Cristiano, who remembered us from five years ago. Tourism in Rome can be hard work and a day spent walking on cobblestones can leave you with aching feet and ankles. Returning to the St. Regis at the end of the day is like returning to an island of pampered luxury. It’s really something to look forward to." "This hotel is luxurious with classical decor and architecture. Perfect! The public areas are so inviting and stunning with their design. The room was immaculate as we had a suite. Very spacious too! Service is off the charts. One observation I made here is whoever is in charge of hiring does an unbelievable job! Seriously, every single person we interacted with was genuinely friendly with hospitality foremost on their minds. My wife and I felt like a king and queen. The bedding was fresh and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing as well. It is an enormous breakfast buffet with eggs and omelets cooked to order. Love the smoothie machine where you make your own. This is a five star experience all the way and have to say it is one of the best if not the best hotel we have ever stayed! Hopefully, we can return again! Highly recommend." "From the moment we walked in until checkout we were treated with nothing less than customer service PERFECTION! From the chef at the egg station at breakfast to the amazing Concierge Mario, to the restaurant managers and waitstaff ... I get the sense that the management and staff there are obsessed with the customer's experience. The staff there delivers nothing less than an amazingly warm, welcoming and memorable experience. The breakfast is truly amazing (so don't miss it!) as is the lunch and dinner in their main restaurant. Our suite was beautiful and immaculately kept. I can't see any reason to stay anywhere else in Rome! Grazie, St. Regis for making our stay in Rome that much more memorable! "
"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property! 1. Location: Away from so many busy touristy areas, while being close enough to walk anywhere. You feel like you are at home the second you walk in. They know who you are. 2. The rooms are fabulous, with modern design with elegance. 3. BREAKFAST: If you have had breakfast in Italy before, especially coming from America, you already know what to expect... but have you had JK Places? They have such a FABULOUS variety of breakfast foods, including yogurts/green juices/eggs/egg whites/fruit (best mango I have ever had) and more. Much more ideal than your typical croissant and coffee breakfast elsewhere. 4. Service is top-notch! I have never had a client dislike a Place property, but having recently been myself to experience it... I am confident in saying you cannot go wrong by choosing this location if you like smaller boutique hotels with all the amenities! \ - Custom Travel J" "My wife, daughter and I recently returned from a 4 night stay at the JK Roma over the thanksgiving holiday. My wife and I had stayed here before and we knew we had to return when taking our daughter for her first trip to Italy. It certainly lived up to our memories our our first stay here. This is just an excellent boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Rome. The rooms are immaculate with some of the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen. The breakfast and bar in the hotel were excellent - my daughter was thrilled with the options. The fresh orange juice in the morning was particularly memorable. The concierge service was excellent - they helped us secure some of the more difficult restaurant reservations during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a world-class boutique hotel in Rome." "From the moment you walk in til your last ciao the hotel staff are incredible. No ask is too much and they are all willing to help. We had booked our 20th anniversary trip in 3/2020. Since the initial booking the hotel was incredibly accommodating on several rebookings due to Covid. Once we were finally in Rome our four nights at JK were perfect. The amenities are plentiful, plush towels, luxurious toiletries (no need to pack your own), turn down service, room service, and there are many more. Really just a wonderful place to stay and celebrate our love."

"This review is the same i posted on booking.com - to which the hotel, kindly replied. Only reason for not putting a 3/5, but a more generous 4/5. Liked · Spacious room, clean and very quiet. The environment and feeling is one of a luxury residence, but they should not pretend to be more. Services and staff ruined the experience (with exception for two ladies at the floor who tried to help with covid-testing and prints of documents). Staff at the ground level is far from educated to deliver a quality hospitality service. Random indications, judgemental as they were not there to work for you. Disliked · Facilities - this location is not fit for anything else other than sleeping. No room for proper business meetings, no services and no space for it. No parking facilities and the expensive valet service is very slow (up to 50 min!!!). Room service by Zuma is ridiculous. Expensive and not worthy. Breakfast gets next to 0. Poor, inaccurate, slow. They basically took orders and (I guess) call the bar downstairs... and bring you random items." "Amazing location, we walked everywhere. We stayed in Suite 1 and had a lovely view. Every day there was classical music being played on the street and we could watch and listen at the window. Staff were all very lovely and professional and were good at English. Every night we would come back to our room and fresh chamomile tea was waiting for us which I thought was a really nice touch. I also really appreciated the amount of bottled water we got as I drink a lot of water. The breakfast provided was basic but I had no problem with it, same breakfast you get at any hotel. I found it strange that no smaller face washers were provided, only larger hand towels and would have expected some sort of wine on arrival for it to have a luxurious feel. We also found in our room we could hear water trickling I think a water pipe was behind the wall. Only small inconveniences tho, overall it was lovely and we will definitely stay there again." "FENDI's first concept hotel in the world is more like a lifestyle experience hall. A full set of Fendi Casa, Karl Lagerfeld photography works, unique lamps, fur stitching, artwork... Because the hotel has only 7 suites, and they are all located on the same floor, it feels more at home, and the public space is more like a big house The living room, corridor, living room...a bit of living under the same roof, the decoration details are very exquisite, and it beats the Armani hotel🤘
The only problem is that there are no children's slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the bar on the top floor is like a nightclub, and children are not allowed to enter..."
"The hotel is beautiful, in a great location and although pricey the service is superb. The room was very nice, with a fantastic terrace. I must say, having been lucky to stay in many lovely hotels across the world, I have never experienced quieter air conditioning - very impressive, particularly in a building of this date! A huge shout out to the amazing concierge service. Christian in particular was pivotal in making our trip to Rome what it was. A mark of a fine hotel is the service they provide and, from weeks in advance, the concierge were on hand to assist us plan our trip (essential to experience everything you want to in this amazing city). The only negative is the spa, I would unfortunately advise any other guests to avoid a treatment. The massages are incredibly expensive, which could be justified given the location, but the ‘deep tissue’ massage was nothing close to it (and shouldn’t be named as such given it is a specialty) and, to add insult to injury, they did not last 60 minutes as they started about 15 minutes late. I can see other travellers have unfortunately had similar experiences. Other than the spa - truly fantastic hotel for a wonderful break in the eternal city!" "I took my husband here to celebrate a special birthday two years late due to Covid! The location is perfect every sightseeing spot in Rome is no more than 40 minutes walk away and we only took a taxi once in 4 days. My feet are wrecked though! We had a beautiful room and we’re given a free upgrade. The service is excellent and very discreet. I only had to call housekeeping once as and they were with me within 5 minutes. Excellent breakfast, nice bars. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we didn’t want to miss out on the atmosphere of Rome. Concierge was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again but will have to save up!" "The hotel is modern, clean, and beautiful. It's in a great location (right on top of the Spanish Steps!). The customer service was the best part, everyone was so friendly! It is on the pricier side for the size of the room. It was the smallest room out of all the hotels we stayed in Italy, but the customer service definitely makes up for it! Will recommend and stay again if we get a chance to return. The spa was a great size and actually had amenities. Although the massages were not the best we ever had, they were very friendly . We were able to shower in our private spa room before leaving (something lacking in the spas back home)."
"Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again." "The best hotel in Rome, Italy, in the Plaza de Espana, the Plaza de Espana is downstairs. Shopping and shopping are very convenient. The only drawback is that private cars can enter and leave the area within a limited time, taxis and hotels' own cars can. The hotel specially upgraded the room type for me, the room size is right, the bathroom is large and the facilities are advanced. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have Chinese-speaking service staff. The menu on the first floor restaurant is English and Italian. I ca n’t read and ca n’t understand Chinese, which is a bit awkward." "The location of the hotel is really good, just on the Spanish steps, the first-class convenience of famous shopping, go to the Spanish Steps scenic spot for 1 minute! Hotel service is warm, hotel facilities are perfect, breakfast is good! The room I stayed in was rectangular and easy to use! In addition to the European tourist season (6.7.8) room price is expensive, other times I saw Ctrip quote price will not be too expensive! Come back next time! (The cloakroom is behind the bedside wall, no other photos are taken)"
"The Opera Hotel is set on on Via Nazionale, one of Rome's most prestigious streets, near the Opera House. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi and overlook the street, and breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace.
Roma Termini Train Station is a 10-minute walk away, or just 1 metro stop away from nearby Repubblica Metro Station, on Line A. The surrounding area offers many restaurants, cafés, and boutiques.
Each room at The Opera is equipped with air conditioning and a plasma-screen TV. The style is modern, with soft carpeted floors, and stylish furniture and furnishings."
