The only disadvantage I had was the checkin that I was informed by phone that as it was 14:00 and I would arrive early in the morning could extend my checkout from 12:00 to 17:00, because I went to a party that would only be the night. After a lot of insistence, they accepted the extension by means of additional payment. The second time the room smelt of cigarettes- I asked for another and there was no problem getting it changed. The rooms are modern and clean. There are lifts to the 10 floors. Check in was quick, though there was an error readily rectified in that the room had already been paid for. The hotel is quiet . The bed comfortable . There is a quiet air conditioner. There is a room safe. WiFi is free though slow. The fitness studio is small, modern, with enough machines to suit most. I found the buffet meals to be rather like school dinners . There are signs in English. There is a lack of variation in the menu. It is difficult to eat elsewhere unless you want an expensive taxi ride. Breakfast was buffet style , with choice , coffee on tap. For a airport hotel the accommodation is on par with those in the UK, though the food lets the place down and you are then rather isolated .

This is a good hotel for the airport of Belo Horizonte. C and an efficient airport ship very common. The hotel has a beautiful design even if it needs recovery. The rooms are good and the bathroom also. They could give more things in the bathroom. The staff was comfortable. Only one at the reception spoke English. C and a beautiful pool. I was diluted only the dinner that could be better when you think how far the hotel and the center are. Low prices

Fine hotel , clean rooms , very friendly staff serving and giving info Breakfast in a nice resto , is connected to a pizzaand food bar which was very good for decent meal Also there very friendly staff Lies in the small town , near a lake , nice views but nothing much to do

The room was clean, the shower was strong enough to have a good bath. The breakfast was good enough too. The facilities seems new and in good conditions. The rooftop provided a good view of the city's lake. The hotel was in front of a bus stop, so if you are relying on public transportation to reach Belo Horizonte, this place is perfect. My only complain was that the gym was very poor in equipments

The hotel is a wonderful hotel , quiet to spend with the Curti family every moment , I enjoyed every landscape wonderful foods good place for a good night romantic I will return again more times nothing to complain about everything great .
