I love this hotel so much and always enjoy my stays here! From the moment I stepped out of my car until I stepped back in, the staff made me feel like a Ritz Carlton should make one feel pampered and cared for! The little touches, such as the guacamologist in the lobby to the world's best shot of margarita this side of the Pecos, you are transported when you enter the lobby and acknowledged by your name by everyone, as it should be. My luggage and the valet were waiting at my door when I stepped off the elevator, and my Titanium status had earned me an upgrade to a fabulous Junior Suite. On the table in the living area was a welcome note with my handwritten name on it and a box of artisan truffles to enjoy as I settled in. This was the evening of an unfortunate power outage in the hotel, but the staff did not miss a beat. The generators kicked on to keep the common areas lit, and an elevator worked for guest use, so we weren't stuck in our rooms. The Ritz Carlton Club was still operational, and the staff laid out beautiful dinner and dessert buffets by lantern light. It was almost a shame that the lights did come back on just over an hour later; it had been that enjoyable. My mobile key wouldn't open the gym door the following day, so I called downstairs as the app prompted me to ask if it could be reset remotely. The desk clerk said not to worry, she would come to me and was there with a new key within two minutes! The gym was excellent, with so many machines and spaces for everything, including a semi-private area for yoga/pilates. Breakfast was great; I especially loved the fresh-pressed juice options. I had mentioned my love of the oatmeal at check-in, and the next day, the chef emailed me the recipe! I wish all Ritz Carltons offered this level of service and excellence, but until they do, I'll continue to proclaim the Dallas location as the best in the country!

Stayed here for five nights over Christmas and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were awesome and the hotel is in such a good location in Uptown with so many other restaurants and bars around like Nobu, Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar, etc, and is a pretty short walk to American Airlines Center and The Sixth Floor Musuem at Dealey Plaza. The room was huge and was very modern, and they had done an amazing job decorating the lobby for Christmas. The gym was great too with all the equipment you’d ever need and also nice touches like chilled water, Gatorade, power bars, etc all complimentary. We enjoyed a few drinks most nights at the main bar which was really good too, and on our last night ate at Fearings Restaurant which was faultless.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few things made it not a 5 star. The breakfast was just average - cold toast and hash browns - felt rushed to eat. Housekeeping took away 1 robe and never replaced it. Few other slight issues with room service. Never received turndown 2nd night after retuning to room at 7:50 pm. Had to then ask for ice. Bathroom sink area is very tight and rugs keep “catching” on the door. Highlights were Mary at concierge desk, Jonathan the driver, and the “hotel” cat.

The room is very big and feels like home. There is a room ter every afternoon. I couldn't help but ask for a few more soufflé cookies. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights, the service is very good and there is a very nice lady who has worked here for 33 years. I like this hotel very much, except the side is very deserted.

This property was the old Four Seasons resort and now a Marriott Ritz Carlton. The front desk advised they will be undergoing a major renovation soon. Until then, even with rooms that are a little dated decor-wise, the property still provides a first class experience from room comfort and cleanliness to the friendly and accommodating front desk to their in-room dining experience. I made two separate last minute reservations and ended up with upgraded rooms both times. The front desk was really helpful with my late check out requests. In-room dining for breakfast was fresh, nice portions and able to make substitutions with ease. If you need to be in Irving, TX for work or pleasure, this is still the place to be for a stay with a nice touch of luxury.

According to the feedback, the hotel is very good. The children live there and have a good time. The various services are very good. The only thing is that the hotel does not have a direct pick-up and drop-off service. You need to take a taxi outside. Very inconvenient

I have been meaning to write this review for a few months now… I travel for work and I spent almost 2 months at this hotel back in March. It’s located in a fun area in legacy west, right next to shopping and good restaurants, everything walking distance. The rooms are nice, the pool was beautiful (I didn’t get a chance to get in since it was winter), and the gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to. The breakfast was completely delicious it varied every day and they make the best croissants from scratch! Breakfast downstairs on the weekends was my favorite!! What an excellent stay and what a wonderful staff -from the front desk, the bar, the restaurant, to the breakfast area. Thanks to Tyler, Mark, Casey, Jenna, Katie, Koichi, Marcia, Geslsey, Kim, Meron, and specially to their lead Ainsley, for taking care of all of my week folios and just for looking out and making sure I was having a pleasant stay. I hope to be back soon!

Hotel was great, staff was outstanding with a great bar and breakfast. The location at Legacy West is one of the best inclusive areas you cab stay in in the area with DelFrisco, Flemings, and many other restaurants and bars in walking distance. Along with high-end shopping Gucci, Loui Vuitton, Tiffany's and many more. Location Location Location!

Save your money, this is really poor value for the price. Stood in line for nearly 15 minutes to check in— it appears there’s only one person handling all concierge, check in and guest relations duties. Rooms do not have coffeemakers or coffee. I was told they were taken out during the pandemic. But there aren’t any other complimentary alternatives and honestly I’m not really buying the hygiene explanation given that there aren’t any mask or distancing rules or other visible Covid safety measure being taken otherwise that I can see. Wi-Fi is also not complimentary which was not stated upfront so I was left scrambling trying to figure out how to get online right before a work video conference. The in-room phone was not functional; regardless of which button I pressed, I got a busy signal. So ended up having to look up the number on my phone— nothing else in the room provided contact info for the front desk— and being placed on a lengthy hold. When I expressed surprise about the charge for Wi-Fi the response was that this is common among luxury properties which felt dismissive and also not borne out by experience— I travel extensively at this class of hotel and at the very least they let you know in advance what the Wi-Fi situation is. Really disappointed with this experience.

This hotel is in a spectacular location. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! I can not wait to return. Fantastic customer service, extremely clean, and perfect location. The rooms are nice and extremely comfortable. The only thing I was not a fan of is the the restroom barn door style. If the door was completely closed to one side then you could still see through the crack of the other side. Also, they charge for Wi-Fi. However, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. I would recommend it and God willing will return.

Incredible customer service and a beautiful property. We've already booked our next stay there, we had such a wonderful time. Convenient location, beautiful pond with walking trail and lots to do nearby.
