The atmosphere, the venue: amazing of course even if the surroundings are not awesome. The wine list and the bar menu are very nice and various. Waiter was professionnal and decent. However: we felt not welcomed as we walked into the bar area: they looked at us as if we were aliens in the wrong place: are east asian customers so unseen? just felt surprised by some staff member. However #2: at 2pm we ordered drinks and asked for one kind of appetizers or snack or cold cuts to share as it's possible all over the world in any 4* hotel worth it; here, the answer was: sorry the kitchen is closed and cleaned up. What? Excuse me? Are you kidding me? That was my thoughts. After flying, driving miles to the place that was their only answer: I still can't believe it. Despite the apologies, the experience was seriously spoiled by this point. That is only my personal experience : otherwise, I highly recommand the place. Very good value.

We did not intend to stay the night in Perpignan, however, industrial action within the French airline industry caused Ryanair to cancel our flight till 11am the following morning. Arriving at the hotel at 10pm, extremely tired was a challenge especially since the hotel kitchen did not have much food left. The staff were obviously stressed, having to deal with 50+ guests that they did not plan for. Special shout out to Mamoud who was called back to work on the night, stayed till 3am and was back for breakfast service with a smile! We had a good sleep in a comfortable bed and breakfast was very good.

A very pleasant site. A mild problem, and that booking did not register the order of two beds and put us only one, but they resolved it very quickly. A very good attention. We will surely repeat if we return to the area. The only thing I find exaggerated is the price of breakfast 16€. But at least you have the option of an express breakfast for 7 that is very good. It is a cozy and decorated hotel very cocktailed

Stayed two nights en route to UK from Spain. It was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, professional, friendly staff, comfortable room. We had a really good meal in the restaurant first night. The weather was so hot it ended up too uncomfortable to walk the 20- 25 min walk into town which was a shame but nonetheless a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic in between of the city centre and the station. The room was quite tidy and clean, there is a room service everyday. And the breakfast buffet never empty, the employees keep refilling the trays with croissant, pain au chocolate etc. I had enjoyed my stays there
