In addition to the glass museum in Tacoma, there is nothing else in the city, the hotel can walk to the glass museum. Breakfast is typical American, good. The room is large.

American breakfast, tastes good, you can make your own breakfast cake, Milk coffee chocolate milk tea bags can be freely selected. The interior is clean and spacious, and the outside environment is quiet. The reception is also polite, great hotel

Everything went well, just customer service at the night of our arrival. She wasn't very pleasent with the registration process as well as the lady from the breakfast. They need to put a smile in their face and be more courteous with guests.

The room we stayed in was separated from the room next door. I don’t know if it was because of this reason, so it was very soundproof. The sound of the TV next door was clear, and the indoor telephone was bad. For five days, they were not repaired, the breakfast was more general, the room was more spacious, and the location was convenient. It was close to Costco and the surrounding hotel banks.

This place is a sh!t show! Do not stay here, even if they paid you too! No hot water or heat since December, the manager says someone will call you about your stay 3x and I still haven't heard from heard from them, holes in walls, no hot water, manager says building has a heating issue after we paid. They just wanna collect money and not fix anything.

I have never dealt with such negligence and unprofessionalism in my life. Such a poorly run establishment with people who simply don't care. My husband and I came to Hotel Thea for a 3 night stay for our 1st wedding anniversary. We were greeted from the beginning with issues. 1. We were given the same room as another couple, so after we settled in, they were given the same key card and tried to enter the room at 10 pm. If it wasn't for the extra lock they would have barged in on us. The front desk proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong room, even though they gave us that room, and the number of the room on the key card to prove it. There was also a BRA in the room when we came in! I'm betting it wasn't cleaned. 2. Overcharging us over $300, luckily we noticed and went and complained. Turns out they STILL had wrong information in their computer, relating to the other couple. 3. We came back from a day trip on the 3rd day of our stay to our room completely empty. They came in, removed our things and dumped them in GARBAGE BAGS. they somehow still thought we were the other couple, who only had a one night stay. They threw away multiple things, food in the fridge was ruined and we got a pathetic ”sorry” from the front desk as we took our luggage and expensive items back, and unloaded them from the garbage bags. We were LIVID. 4. To make matters worse, after they agreed to give us a refund (thank god) we had to figure it put ourselves because we used a third party website, hotels.com. it took over an hour to get to customer service and get the refund, while the useless front desk woman and manager at Hotel Thea said they simply couldn't help us. In fact the manager was unavailable to us for the rest of the day due to ”meetings.” The picture shows 2 of the garbage bags after we unloaded some of our things.
