I have stayed in top 5 star hotels all around the world in major cities and the service I received in this hotel was unparelled. Excellent service and all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. All of my special requests were attended to immediately. I was in a foreign country, not fluent in the language and I was in the middle of a personal crisis and trying to get back to the United States. The Gran Odara was strategically for my stay in Cuiaba the best option. The attention of the staff was very good and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and big with a lot of space. They respect biosecurity protocols and have disinfectants at every place available. Unfortunately besides the great equipped and comfortable hotel, service is a bit slow and needs to improve. Making mistakes and claiming that the error is the guest's fault is definitely a no go.

Chegamos do aeroporto, no hotel, às 20:40h. Surpresa! A reserva de dois quartos foram simplesmente vendidas a outros hóspedes que chegaram antes. Solução sugerida: que voltássemos para o aeroporto e ficássemos em outro hotel da rede ou aceitarmos “os dois últimos” quartos inferiores ao contratado no hotel reservado. O mais revoltante foi constatar que outros hóspedes chegaram depois e foram hospedados. Como? Se nos informaram que conseguiram os dois “últimos” quartos? Faltou mais do que profissionalismo—faltou honestidade e ética. Essa rede nunca mais.

Voilà une excellente adresse à Cuiaba (Cuiabrasa tellement il y fait chaud) si vous êtes de passage dans le mato grosso. Les chambres sont confortables et la climatisation est silencieuse et efficace. Le service de voiturier est gratuit et l’ hôtel possède un parking fermé et sécurisé à quelques mètres de l’ entrée. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux et de qualité. Les jus de fruits sont naturels , les viennoiseries sont fraîches et renouvelées fréquemment. Pour ma part, l’ accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et sympathique. Malheureusement, personne ne parle anglais à la réception et il est donc nécessaire de maîtriser un minimum de Portuguais si l’ on ne veut pas utiliser les traducteurs informatisés. Il faut avouer que le quartier ne présente aucun intérêt mais à quelques centaines de mètres on trouve d’ excellents restaurants et autres churrascarias. Je recommande cet établissement sans réserve.

It is a 3-star hotel, but well functional to stay in Cuiaba All staff very careful, good breakfast, good room and well located city.It is worth the accommodation even because Cuiaba is very close to Chapada dos Guimarães, an imperviable place.
