"Located in a busy area of town, the hotel provided parking a lot at the rear. It was much appreciated. The staff was warmly welcoming and gave advice and directions. The area is walk-able and we found nearby restaurants. Our room was spacious and we slept well."
"We really loved staying in this hotel. Lovely comfortable bed, very clean, wonderful staff service, terrific breakfasts. The location is perfect being close to Skanderberg Square and many restaurants. Highly recommended."

"Central location, free parking service, relatively high-end hotel in Tirana, compared to the domestic five-star hotel, or a little worse. There is a hall on the first floor of the hotel. It is very tall in Tirana. The price is slightly lower and the price is not high."
"Probably the best place to stay in Tirana"
"The best on offer. Nice rooms. Expensive meals. "

Street Ibrahim Rrugova, Building Sky Tower, nr 5, Tirana, Tirane, Albania
"Sy Hotel is well-situated just outside the city centre. A short walk got you across Lana River and into Rinia Park with its pedestrianised shopping-dining Toptani street. Then a block away was the large city square. We were on the 14th floor and had good view of Tirana downtown from our floor to ceiling window. We had easy access to the 16th floor where the breakfast was. It offered an even nicer view of Tirana. Breakfast fare was average. However, at the time we were booked, construction was going on at the terrace so there was some noise after they started at 9:30 am. The rooms are large, which made the lack of a sofa and coffee table quite obvious. Also, very strangely, there was a column inside the bedroom. Nothing watchable on TV. The toilet-bath was also spacious. They only had shampoo - there was a ceramic dispenser in the sink but you were unsure if it was hand wash, body wash, or face wash. Assuming it was a body wash, you had to carry the dispenser to the shower stall, which was inconvenient. We liked that there was a window between the shower area and the bedroom with blinds that you could open or close. And it had a bidet which my wife appreciated. My wife needs a fully blacked out room to go to sleep but the curtains didn't quite reach together or if you did, it left two sides with slits, forcing her to use eye shades. Another funny thing - to get to your room, you had to take the lift that was on the other side of the building - in fact it was a different wing. So when you had to leave the hotel, you left from the other wing. But you had to bring the luggage to the other side again to check out. We found that rather awkward."
"The sky hotel has a great vantage point of being in the heart of the city and having magnificent views from the top floors by day and night. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The lin-house laundry was efficient, cheap and did a great job to 6 pieces of clothing. The beds were comfortable and although there was some noise at night it was a very minor annoyance."
"Sky Tower Tirana is one of the best hotels to be found in Tirana. The hotel provides a quiet stay, no more noise and ample comfort. Also Sky Tower provides a very beautiful view of the Albanian capital which makes breakfast even more special. As far as the restaurant was concerned the food was good but served a little late."

"My two-night stay in this boutique hotel, which is tucked away in the side street in the very heart of Tirana, has been overwhelming in all possible respects - from the impeccably clean and specious room and bathroom to the lovely hotel interior. However, what has conquered my heart is the friendliness of the hotel staff. My special thanks go to Ermal - the receptionist, the waitress and Berinda - the top chef who would make my mornings with her welcoming surprises. Thank you for having your huge share in making my stay in Tirana so special and unforgettable."
"Really enjoyed our stay in this little boutique. Excellent location to be able to walk to the market or various places to eat. Room was quiet and we got a good night's sleep after flying for 16 hours. Staff was very pleasant and we had lots of laughs trying to teach me to speak Albanian. Breakfast was great. Excellent presentation, fresh eggs and even enjoyed a cappuccino. Highly recommend this Boutique!"
"Our last night of the seven day tour was in Tirana and tour operator had chosen this amazing hotel that my guest from eleven different countries had really enjoyed. Most of the hotels in Albania are built last ten years, but what makes the difference is normally the staff and quality of the hotel and for sure this hotel has it all. Great place, friendly staff and great location for visiting Tirana."

Ismail Qemali Str, Building No 11, Tirana, Tirane, Albania
"Grand Hotel & Spa Tirana is always very clean, elegant, quiet and full of the nice atmosphere. The general level of the services offered to the guest is traditionally excellent. Location of the Hotel Grand is the best one - all the important tourist attractions, business targets and institutions you can reach by foot in a few minutes. Rooms are large and very well equipped, including the Wi-Fi access. The staff is really very polite and helpful. Hotel Grand is very well known by the high level cuisine based on fresh fish and seafood. My long term experience simply confirms that Grand Hotel & Spa Tirana is the best base for the private and business trips to the Albanian capital."
"This small hotel is well situated, and, effectively, includes a spa, with a (small) indoor swimming pool, a sauna and massage rooms. In its name, however, we doubt the word 'grand', old-fashioned and short of meaning, is warranted. The restaurant serves some international food that hardly reaches standards, and the breakfast buffet is quite reduced. Apart from that, the room was quite new-looking, well set and spacious enough. Curiously, the bed, quite high, needs some climbing on. Service was faultless."
"The hotel is well located not far from sights and restaurant, with greenery in front , a pleasant terrasse where to sip coffee. The rooms are very traditional but comfortable. The gem is the day receptionist. With her nothing is impossible! I cannot speak about breakfast because i have cholesterol restrictions and breakfast food is notable to be bad for this problem but it seems to be a nice spread in a dining room overlooking leafy landscape."

"This was the end of our tour thru the Balkans and Tirana was our last stop before returning home. It is a small hotel located near most of the government offices and is in a very safe area. The room itself had a large double bed, a desk with a lamp, a functioning safe [easy to use in an 8 language instruction sheet] a wonderful bathroom with a raindrop and handheld shower with a marble floor and a heater in the shower. Toiletries are provided but there is no coffee or tea service and the minibar has no beer or alcoholic beverages. Although the shower is wonderful, the marble floor can get very slippery and there really should be a mat or decals to prevent a nasty fall. There is a widescreen TV and a large armoire in the room. The lobby is small and there is a bar to drinks off to one side and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast is located in the basement and is comprehensive. I would recommend."
"Stayed in this boutique hotel as our last stop on a Gate1 tour of the Balkans. Well situated just off a main street (so quiet) bit just a short walk to sites and shops. Rooms are not large but there are several surfaces (coffee table/desk) for luggage. Safe, toiletries but no robes, slippers, kettle or iron. Blackout blinds on the window for a good sleep. Breakfast is adequate and do try the yogurt and fruit compotes. Bar area (not sure they serve any meal other than breakfast). Front desk was very helpful arranging transportation to the airport for the equivalent of 20 euros."
"This hotel, which is located on a side street, is a place to consider if you are looking for a quite hotel in the heart of Tirana. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel accommodates tour groups so breakfast can be very busy. I recommend checking with front desk in the evening to determine the departure time of the tour group in the morning so you can plan your breakfast time accordingly."
