Top 10 Denver Pavilions Hotels

Now if this was not the Ritz and just a regular 5* hotel, perhaps I'd give it 4* but this is the Ritz! The room was fine, the staff were fine, the fitness centre was fine but nothing (and no one) was exceptional. Okay, not nothing. The food I had during my conference there was incredible! It was better than any other meal I had outside in the city. Here's my main beef. On the website, it infers that there are complimentary steam rooms by the fitness center. However, when I inquired, I was told it was $70 for a day pass! Even when I showed the front desk the website wording, they still wouldn't let me use it for 30 min. (I'll add that at the Four Seasons the previous week, I was welcomed to use the spa's steam room on a daily basis for free). See attached for the before and after wording on the website and you'll see what I mean.

Very expensive, very nice and worth it. The hotel walks downstairs through the corridor to the airport. The rooms are spacious and soundproof. The light rail downstairs can reach the city center.

Our group met Leo upon arrival at the maven hotel. He was a great resource for local knowledge on restaurants and things to do. He was extremely friendly and a very hard worker. The hotel was very nice too. Staff was helpful. Tons of things to do within walking distance.

Hotel location is very good & #128077;, in the city center, the service staff is very good, quality service, environmental health is also very good, the best choice for travel in Denver!

The hotel is charming but must the nickel and dime every cent from a customer. Parking is at a fee. Internet is at an additional fee too!! As much as the room cost internet ought to be included. And why charge for parking anyway? Anyway, the hotel room was clean. No microwave but has a small fridge tucked away in a cabinet. Their channel line up is extremely limited so don’t expect much in that area too. Everything closes early causing the guest to rely on Door Dash. There’s a restaurant onsite but that closes early too! There’s nothing in the area that stays open. The atmosphere of the hotel is well managed with a few services not seen in most, like shoe shining. Overall, for the money spent I would much rather have stayed elsewhere!
