We had a most excellent experience at this hotel. While the property itself is little dated everything else was fabulous. We were arriving from a 36 hour journey from overseas and needed somewhere convenient to rest before driving to our final location. We had loads of luggage and did not want to take a shuttle bus to an offsite hotel. The location inside the airport was perfect and easy to get to from all terminals. We arrived hours before check in-time but for a fee were able to access a better room immediately. The gentleman at the front desk was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The room size was large and the bed was really comfortable. At check out when we inquired where we needed to go to pick up our rental car the concierge offered to drive us there so we wouldn't have to come back to pick up our bags. I can't say enough about the service we received during our visit. Thank you Airport Hilton.

Love the decor of the hotel, very modern. It's like a warm home. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so it's very convenient to travel

This hotel is very fancy. It's clean and modern. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, and the bedding was very comfortable, but there was only one lonely coffee cup - nothing in the bathroom for a glass of water for example. The room had a very small mini fridge, safe, and coffeemaker, but no microwave. There was a microwave in the ice/vending area. The lobby, which is open to the first 6 floors, was playing a subtle beat music nonstop, and this could be heard just inside the room as well. It felt like I couldn't get away from the hustle and bustle and just retreat into a quiet place, because opposite the noise from the hallway was constant highway noise coming from I-90! The hotel fitness room was top notch, and the pool was very clean and extra large - both excellent! I would stay here again because I was attending a convention that will likely be here next year as well, and it would be inconvenient to stay elsewhere and then have to drive to the convention each day, but otherwise would not choose this hotel.

This eclectic and contemporary Hilton model will appeal to the trend driven traveler. The entrance and lobby level which includes the bar and restaurant is spacious and bright in spite of the absolute zero commercial settings very close to O'Hare airport. The black-and-white graphics and similarly painted models are bizarre. Curious, having relatively nothing to do with the bordello-like elevator lobby areas. Consider it all Art. A QR code restaurant menu has a good selection again, contemporary food with a city vibe not particularly iconic Chicago. Our deluxe king room was large and spacious, the bathroom especially, walk-in shower, plenty of hot water and pressure. Welcome design feature is the window blind system. An aluminum frame captures shades completely, blocking out all light. The deep double pane window masks all sounds, don't hit your head when you're looking out the window on the inner glass. We travel with night lights, put them in the bathrooms in virtually every hotel we visit. If you get up in the night you'll want that, it's extremely dark in the room. USB ports are in good places, this is becoming the norm especially in global travel. people won't be needing different adapters and chargers for much longer. The desk desperately needs a task lamp of some type, the toilet paper roll is strangely way too far from the toilet, don't see how that helps. A person with a mobility device would also have trouble reaching it. We took Uber from the international terminal only to discover the easily identifiable Rose hotel's shuttle sitting right there, running every half hour 24 hours a day back to ORD. That's a bonus. Overall a far better value stay the night savvy distressed beat up over priced Hilton in-terminal option at ORD

My child's wedding was there. The hotel staff at the event were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated them. The event itself was lovely and it was set up as we requested. I am giving the ”very good” rating because of that. But, regarding the room we stayed in, we had no hot water in shower for two nights - so we had only cold showers as we dressed for the wedding. Planning was also more difficult than we would have hoped/expected, because the designated caterer for our event (which was a large part of why we had chosen that venue in the first place) changed less than three months before the wedding and we didn't have a menu with pricing until 6 weeks beforehand (the day before invitations had to go out). It isn't clear when the hotel knew about the change, but it never notified us (we learned only when the ”old” caterer told us), and the process led to a lot of last minute stress, and increased costs. Finally, the hotel billed the bride and groom for a room for a night they did not even stay at the hotel; when we questioned that we were told the charges would stand because they hadn't notified the hotel 72 business days in advance (further in advance than the caterer was even set up). In addition, the hotel had agreed to comp us another room but that did not occur because we initially had given the hotel the name of one couple we thought would stay in that comped room - when we learned that couple had not stayed at the hotel overnight, the hotel was unwilling to switch and provide the cost of the comped room to another guest (or even to offset the charges to the bride and groom for the room they did not use, as noted above). We were frustrated by that intransigence.

We hadn’t been to Chicago in years and were attending Wizard World 10/15-17/21, so we stayed here, with your proximity to the L, the convention center & airport. It was wonderful having the indoor walkway~ connecting the convention center too. Your restaurant was helpful ~ except for not being open for lunch, which we would have appreciated, since the convention center only had a few choices, in which we weren’t interested.

First of all, it's convenient and clean. OK... I was doing a business project and was having - what was not obvious to me - ”trouble” with it. One of the associates, Elizabeth, caught my frustration and obliged me with a simple and necessary fix. Without her help I would not have been able to make my deadline, and my entire trip would have been useless. Thanks so much, Elizabeth!!

Will and Joshua at the concierge, front desk was phenomenal with their customer service. One of the reasons I stay here is because of the customer service and the quality of the rooms. For example, Joshua went out of his way to show me where to find the vending machine, and he previously filled my bucket with ice. I’ve stayed in hotels from Egypt to London and never had no one to fill my ice bucket. On of the rooms AC was a little noisy that normal and so Will was able to change out the room in a matter of minutes.
