"We saw very positive reviews by TripAdvisor followers and never regretted our choice. This is just what you'd expect from a three-star hotel - good location in the downtown, guarded parking (for three cars, less than five bucks a day!!!), extremely clean everywhere inside, cozy rooms, decent breakfast and SMILES. Yes, smiles in the country where they are not a mask for every passer-by but a treasured souvenir. It's an old wholly-renovated early XXth century mansion with no elevator - but with a huge bellboy (actually, a bellgiant) so no worries. Rooms are different, take ## 12, 13 (our choice) and 14 - they are the coziest. One can mention among disadvantages few sockets, a powerless hair-dryer, lack of rugs on the (plastic) floor and sound insulation which leaves much to be desired if the property is packed. Don't be disapponted to find no slippers and bathrobes in your room, just inform the staff and they'll be fetched at a symbolic price. Some reviews in Russian say that windows are not that cold-proof but this was not our experience. To make a long story short - a sound three-star thingamejig. We'd return there. And - yes! - you may book not just a room but a concrete number."
"This is an unpreposessing hotel but it was a great find. The hotel is tucked away from the road but is in the centre of town. Our room was nice and large. It was clean and well appointed. The staff were really lovely. We were leaving too early for breakfast and they made up a nice packed breakfast for us to take away. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend. "
"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Security is at the same time bellboy helping wih luggage. Reception girls were great helping with all the questions and calling for a taxi if needed. If I come again I will most probably stay there again."
