Reviews From Real Travelers
This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

This hotel is expensive, but the equipment service is super good... There is also a swimming pool on the top floor. In the evening, only the customers who live in the hotel can play in the amusement park. And the hotel will light up at night, especially beautiful.

Reviews From Real Travelers
We like, but are certainly not obsessed with, “boutique” hotels, so I had reservations about paying as much as we did for our stay… but we were glad we did. Quiet location is still walking distances from everything we needed, and the sidewalk seating crowds speak to its deserved popularity. Service was absolutely top notch (with possible exception of Tata Bar staff on busy Saturday night) and our 1BR unit was fabulous. Very tastefully appointed with continually refilled mini-bar and very professional housekeepers. Only suggestion would be sofa bed upgrade (“all springs” made for uncomfortable sleeping for our daughter). Secret treasure: Sanders Breakfast was “to die for” (and graciously included in Virtuoso package). Didn’t use dinner credit, as menu seemed limited, but rooftop bar, and other features made this a great stay. Really can’t say enough about the professional staff!

My family and I stayed for five nights at the Hotel Sanders. We enjoyed it immensely. The rooms are not flashy, but are more than adequate . The ambience of the hotel is wonderful. A superb bar, ground floor lounge, and eating areas both on the ground floor and the top ( 5th) floor. We had breakfast each day on the rooftop. The BEST breakfast we have ever had. Light fluffy croissants , and bacon with maple syrup, were the highlights . The location is superb. Just a few hundred metres from the main canal with its famous row of houses, but in a side street so that traffic is very light. The metro station is within 200 metres of the hotel. The staff were all welcoming and efficient . We thoroughly recommend the Hotel Sanders.

Because the passport was lost in the Netherlands, I did not stay at this hotel. . . Because the reservation is a non-cancellable room, so I have consulted the customer service of Ctrip with the attitude of trying it out. The customer service actively helps the communication. Because the time difference is still not answered when the phone is not available, I will send a text message to me at the first time. The hotel agreed to deduct the first night's room rate and the rest was refunded. It was really unexpected and happy! Saved me more than 10,000 yuan in losses! I would like to thank Ctrip customer service and thank you for your understanding! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time! Thank you

The room is a bit small but very clean and new, the breakfast is good, the supplies are also good, the location is good, but there is no one at the door to help with luggage and the toilet is too small

It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

1. The breakfast is not rich enough, there is no Asian food at all, 2. Walk 2 kilometers from the city center, 3. The scenery is good, but the price is too expensive, not very cost-effective, 4. hop on hop off bus at the hotel entrance, 5. The hotel is a bit long, try Scandic, there are many hotels nearby

In the Geha area, the price is relatively small, but the room is relatively clean, but there is a bathtub. It is very close to the train station. After three or four intersections, it is going to be renovated. I think it will be better in the future.

A nice hotel, clean bathroom, good location-about 5 minutes walk to Tivoli. The Saga car park about 400m away. A nice greeting at the reception. The beds were good. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard. Always my pleasure.

The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

I stopped in Copenhagen on my way home after a week in the Stockholm Archipelagos. It was my first time in the city and I wanted to stay somewhere central and lovely after a more rustic energy on the island. From the design to the staff, this was a perfect stay. Quiet rooms, favorable amenities and plenty to do on my last night when I didn’t feel like wandering out. A special thanks to Monika at the pool for being so great and managing the group of us on the deck when a fire alarm went off at random. Handled like a pro. Hoping to stay here next time I’m in town.

Reviews From Real Travelers
My husband and I traveled in September 2023, stayed two nights as Platinum members. We had used two of our Suite Night Awards and was notified 4 days prior of our upgrade so we were initially excited for stay - the suite was supposed to have an outdoor terrace which we we're really looking forward to. With prices of hotels in general in Copenhagen, we had booked a regular room for around $350/night, and after reading the bad reviews we were thankful for the suite upgrade hoping it would make it worth the money (many of the bad reviews were regarding room size, so we thought we dodged a bullet) We arrive a little after 2pm, after walking from the metro station. We were told our room was not available because they had platinum members who had a late check-out; no problem - we stored our luggage and walked around a bit. We came back at 4pm and our room was ready (luggage was not brought to the room which would have been a nice touch) - when we entered our ”suite” it was not the suite we had been promised, it was a weird two floor loft, no balcony/outdoor space. Small bathroom without tub - it looked weirdly out of the 70s with wall to wall carpet. We quickly learned that the walls to the outside are not sound proof, even on the 5th floor - voices, garbage, bottles, we could hear everything. When you walk in, reception isn't visible - only a sterile looking concrete bar in the middle of the room. No one greeted us. I had to ask the ”bartender?” where reception was - she pointed to a small desk behind a huge pillar, not visible when walking through the door. Breakfast that was included in our room rate was just okay. Both mornings when we went down, service was extremely poor and workers seemed extremely disorganized - the first morning we finished our meal before our coffees came. The wait time was absurd. The second morning I asked my husband to go down and order our breakfast while I walked ten minutes to Anderson & Maillard to pick up pastries and by the time I got back our table was still empty. We had a late flight (5pm) our last day, so we asked for late check-out and we're told no... that they needed time to clean the room. I was sort of taken aback by this because we, ourselves, couldn't check-in at 2pm given a late check-out when we first arrived. Plus, it's supposed to be guaranteed by Tribute Portfolio hotels for status members but apparently they don't honor that. We asked for an extra half hour, so we had to be out by 12:30pm ET. The bathroom shower didn't drain and is ”curbless” so water flooded the entire bathroom every time; we couldn't take back to back showers, instead having to wait until the water went down beforehand. Service was absolutely terrible for the amount of money they charge. It felt like they (the hotel and the workers) want to be this very edgy, hip place but fail to remedy the basics of customer service and the hospitality industry. We were glad to check-out and move onto our next destination, which says a
