"We spent one week in July 2018 at this residence. We had a three room apartment which was clean and in good condition although very basic. Aircondition was nor included in the rate. The balcony was facing the car park with good views to the mountains but unfortunately also to the high way and a fairly loud bar (Power Slave). At times the pool was busy and opening hours were limited (9.30-19.30) ie. no morning or evening swim. Premises were nice and clean but also worn out. Overall very good location for touring this part of Italy but price vs value is questionable."

"We loved this property. The rooms, the lobby, the artwork were amazing. The front lobby staff and the service staff were wonderful. The Lido staff excellent. As far as feedback, the food was average at best. The food at the Lido restaurant was mixed. The sushi was excellent, however, the seafood platter was inedible. The breakfast was good."
"Spent three days in early November with family & friends. Unforgettable stay. We felt at home and appreciated very much the nice room and the great service. Although weather did not help, we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the kids could swim in the swimming pool which was well heated. "
"Dinner being served in a garden setting. Elegant, romantic, superb service. Food well presented and of good quality. Bread service should also have either butter or olive oil rather then only the full variety bread basket. Reservations seem to be not necessary which is an advantage. All in all if a quiet and refined dinner setting is looked for - interesting alternative to the busy Forte Dei Marmi restaurants."

"I loved Albergo Pietrasanta. I think it had the balance between having very comfortable rooms, beds, exquisite decoration and not feeling that it was too much. Breakfast area is so nice as well! If I had to add an 'but' it would be not having fresh orange juice in Italy! The rest was just spotless: amazing staff as well. "
"The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated, both the rooms and common space. The staff was very helpful, providing quality recommendations and accommodation for our family. The hotel also has a nice breakfast spread in a small courtyard, which is quite nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Pietrasanta. "
"This was our 2nd stay at Albergo Pietrasanta. The hotel is right in the heart of Pietrasanta and everything is easily walk-able. The staff provides amazing customer service, is friendly, helpful and always responsive. It's like going back in time for service but with every modern convenience."

"First of all, let's talk about the view... it's truly breathtaking, front pretty much every room and every spot on the grounds. The location is really perfect to visit Cinque Terre by boat -- not too far from the marina at Bocca di Magra. Although it's not a brand new property, and the rooms (and especially the bathrooms) are small, the views and the grounds really make up for it. ... and then there's the staff. Everybody we met was absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond the call of duty. In particular, Claudia helped us book two amazing tours that I would not have found without her. And Serena found and shipped back to me the sunglasses I distractingly left behind -- something no other hotel I have stayed in would have done so kindly. One important note: the parking lot (where you park and/or get dropped off) is unmarked and is NOT within walking distance of the actual hotel, so please make sure you call them when you get to Montemarcello so they can point you to the parking and come and pick you up in one of their electric vehicles. All in all: highly recommended, should definitely be part of your bucket list."
"Beautiful hotel on the cliff of Montemarcello, with breathtaking views over Golfo dei Poeti. We were greeted at the parking by a charming man (who was the "working" owner ;-) ) and transported to the hotel with an electric mini-car. Rooms are large and bright. Beds are excellent and bathroom not large but well-appointed. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast is excellent on the terrace overlooking the Golfo. Diner was due to low season only a sort of snacks and bites, but well presented and with excellent price/quality. Again the "working owner" was helpful at presenting some good italian wines. The hotel is quite expensive; but that's the case for all hotels in the region. But it's a special place and for us a memorable stay."
"My wife and I drove here and stayed for 3 nights in Sept 2018. We relaxed the day we arrived, had a spa day and toured cinque terre on another day. Cinque Terre gets Disneyland level crowded - but still worth seeing especially by traveling via boat. So staying at a quite place with beautiful views was very much appreciated. We had breakfast and dinner here all three days and the restaurant food, service and views were highlights of our two week trip."

"We had never before visited this area we had done the Cinque Terre and Tuscany but what a wonderful private hotel this is ! Dedicated staff who worked hard to improve our stay.200 metres from the sea and 300 to the town centre. Each evening our room was re-serviced and the bed turned down. The Sky box was nice to relax to after a day touring the coast line.If you want an example of customer care we informed the receptionist of our early departure to find our car had been moved and placed in readiness for our departure. We will steer our friends to the hotel it is superb!"
"Everything about this hotel was superb - which is very rare thing these days! Staff were fantastic always ready to help and nothing was to much trouble Breakfasts were superb with a wonderful homely touch with their cakes ! Lynda the Manageress was just the most brilliant person in every way Very close to beach, town centre and amazing restaurant s We will definitely return"
"The hotel was really nice with its interiors and also outside with the backyard and the stuff was apparently nice too but they try to mislead you. The rooms are too small for the price, we thought we had ordered a deluxe room but it was too small and not suitable for the price at all. During breakfast for some things you have to pay or they try to make you pay something. We had to pay some orange juice we drunk but nobody told us we had to pay it till the check-out .We paid 3 orange juice for 18€. In the room there is no list price for the drinks and the tv doesn’t work if you don’t call someone from the reception. We don’t recommend the hotel at all because they try to fool you with prices. I am sorry to say that because the hotel is actually nice but they have to fix prices because at the end of the day is a 3 star hotel! Regards!"

"Having spent 3 mad days sightseeing in Rome in 30+ heat our family of four travelled to The Logos Hotel and had the most wonderful relaxing 7 days. The hotel itself had a lovely view of the mountains and a short stroll to the beach and beach clubs. It was clean and tidy and the maids cleaned and changed the towels twice daily. The food was varied and although the menu was set the chef was very accommodating and even made us burgers one evening and breakfasts were plentiful. The outside pool area was tranquil and a god send in the heat for a welcoming dip and the seating areas with the home grown lemon trees (which produced the best lemoncello) were a pleasure to sit in either with a drink or evening meal or breakfast. The hotel was peaceful and either a great base to explore the region from or to chill as we did. I have to say the staff were the best we have ever encountered nothing was too much trouble from the receptionists, waiting staff, maids and maintenance guys all their duties done with a smile. A special mention has to go to Eliza who was a breath of fresh air – friendly efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty at all times. She quite simply was lovely and made our stay even more pleasurable. We love Italy and would definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you."
"This place is awesome, the hotel is super clean super cute and well located, but the reason this place is awesome is the staff. Everyone is trying to make your stay better, they are always offering to help or asking if you need anything. I definitely will be back."
"This is the second time we have stayed at the Logos Hotel. Our stay was for eleven nights in a superior room. On checking out and after we had paid for our entire stay by credit card an error in the bill was discovered and the hotel agreed in writing to a refund of 48 euros. The hotel insisted on refunding this money by BACS to our current account even though it would have been easier to do this by cash or credit card refund there and then...They simply refused to do it this way....On return to the UK several attempts were made by email to chase this refund which was never made. In the end we made a claim through the credit card company and bank and were reimbursed...So unnecessary for the Hotel to be evasive in this way!"

"What a lovely hotel! It’s very convenient for both the town and the beach and the staff make you welcome from the moment you arrive. The air conditioning ensures that you have a comfortable nights sleep as do the firm beds. The chamber maids also did a wonderful job ensuring towels were always changed. This is the best hotel we have stayed in in Forte dei Marmi "
"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The apartments were very clean and newly renovated. The location was incredible, very close to the beach and the town. The staff was all very professional and courteous, especially Emanuele. I would come here every year from now on. "
"Got here for a weekend and I absolutely loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite, room was clean and cozy. Lovely breakfast too. Only remarks: my room was a bit small, with a very small shower in the bathroom (err...we are a couple) and air conditioner was quite noisy. But they found me a room despite I booked the day before and it was August. So I thanks them."
