We went to the Great Novgorod for the weekend, stayed here. Choose by location: The shed is in the very centre of the old city, the Kremlin is on foot. The room is small but all neatly, very clean, no questions. The only thing, there was no toothpaste. Here writes, about hearing: we were not worried. The room was made stylish, wooden bar ceiling, wooden slacks, furnished furniture elements. The room was taken with breakfast, immediately filled out the breakfast questionnaire. The chef is excellent, everything was delicious and beautiful. The coffee is decent. The administrators seemed polite but not very welcoming. You don't feel like you're here. But it's a subjective opinion. Hotel recommends.

We have selected this hotel for 2 nights stay because it is part of Radisson chain. It is positioned as 4* that looks to be an excessive claim. Both standard and business rooms do not have a/c that is not mentioned on Radisson site. We got a room without a/c as all a/c equipped rooms had been already booked. The room had ventilator that was broken. Outside temperature was above 30C and the first night was a nightmare. We found another room in other hotel and wanted to move. Hotel staff found us a room with a/c. Nevertheless, it had a view on the roof full of rubbish, we had a good sleep. We had been travelling with some food items that we stored in fridge. Apparently, fridge in the first room didn't work so we had to dispose some of the expensive food items. Breakfast is nothing to say about and definitely overpriced. There are few places in walking distance from the hotel to have a decent breakfast at half price. We didn’t check out SPA and pool area. The hotel is located far from city center. Because of embankment renovation it takes up to 30 minutes walk to reach there. Since we travel a lot, we have status with couple of international chains including Radisson. We didn’t really feel recognized as loyal customers at this place. There is no point to stay at this place what so ever from our perspective.

Good day! I want to share my impressions about this hotel. I settled in the evening, no problems arose, everything was very polite and quick. The room was quite spacious and neat, and the entrance was straight with evening freshness and cleanness. The situation is level, everything is tasteful. I wish I could visit and try all the services of this hotel, as I had only stayed there for a night. But the impressions are the most positive and warm, I will definitely return there again!

The hotel is very atmospheric in a city-level protected building of the 19th century. Across the street is the most elite church complex in Novgorod, and a few steps away is the Kremlin, the location is impeccable. There are basically no restaurants in Novgorod open at night, but there is a nice cafe next to the hotel that opens late into the night, and eating is not a problem.

Above all praise. The interior of the room is charming. Modern and stylish. The bathroom behind the door of the couch is as beautiful. There is really everything you need for life. I will separately mark the presence of tooth thread in the bathroom and the drinking water filter in the kitchen. Location is also the best. It was very convenient to return quickly to the room after morning walk, put the purchased souvenirs and go on a walk. Near the hotel there are many cafes, souvenir shop, parking for electric cars. Very comfortable bed, just the best. And 2 pillows for each, not flat pancakes, but normal good pillows. In the room is infinitely pleasant, sitting on the window or in a comfortable chair. In a word, I didn't want to leave.

Приехали в Новгород в отпуск на несколько дней, забронировали номер «Апартаменты-студия». Номер шикарный: с кухней, оборудованной всем необходимым, посуды для двоих полно, очень чисто, удобный матрас (наконец-то мы выспались:)), большая ванная комната; есть стиральная машина. Все продумано до мелочей: нужное количество полотенец на человека, банные принадлежности (даже зубной/бритвенный и швейный набор есть!), 2 капсулы на 2 стирки, в холодильнике стояло 2 бутылки воды, а в морозилке были кубики льда. Вежливый персонал также порадовал. В общем, нам очень все понравилось, однозначно рекомендуем! P.S: из пожеланий- при такой оборудованной кухне , не хватает только посудомоечной машины+ немного утвари вроде прихваток, а то горячий противень пришлось брать полотенцем)

I stayed here for 1 night on my Exodus Moscow to St Petersburg trip. I was given a double room all to myself, which was ideal for me. The bed and pillow were both very comfortable, ensuring I slept very well each night. This stay followed a night on the overnight train from Moscow so I was very happy to have a quiet room with a comfortable bed and I slept very well. The bathroom had a powerful shower, which I really enjoyed. The free wifi could be easily accessed from my room and in all public places of the hotel. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice with great coffee. There is a large water dispenser in the reception where you can refill water bottles for free. The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the Kremlin and the town. I would stay here again if I find myself back in Veliky Novgorod as the location is ideal and the rooms very comfortable!

The standard room was 1 night. The location is excellent, three minutes from the Kremlin and a beautiful embankment. The room is clean, light, there is everything you need: slippers, gel, shampoo, shower hat, even slippers.Also available is a teapot, tea, coffee, sugar, water. The room is air conditioning, safe, fan. Not in every budget hotel you will meet such a set. The only one, the hotel is located on the fourth floor of a brick building without an elevator.
