"Two weeks before our stay, we e-mailed to Reception desk, our flights schedules & datas at the DME airport in order to be able to know how to proceed to catch the complementary IBIS bus shuttle. But we unfotunately never received any answer, We then resent our request a 2nd time and still waited for a few days... but we still not received any answer! We then had to telephone asking for a written confirmation. Once we landed at DME airport, we eventually easily found the complementary IBIS hotel bus shuttle. Upon our late check-in late at 10pm, we had a warm welcome in an almost perfect French (our mother tongue) from a young and friendly receptionist from Kazakhstan, but our room unfortunately did not meet our requirements : We had a Queen bed room located on the 2nd floor and just next to the lift, whereas we had booked in our ACCOR -IBIS online profil for a twin-bed room located at upper floor and far from lifts. We called Reception and the this inconvenience was however quickly solved. The hotel is recent. The room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable with very good sound proofing (triple glazing) The highlight of this hotel is the very large, modern and very well decorated dining room with an excellent breakfast buffet. "
"Coming out of Domodedovo airport, this hotel was a mere 8km away from it, rather than a near 90 minute ride into Moscow central. This suited us, and it may suit passengers who are only interested in a 24 hour stopover like us. It sits right on the highway, next to a car park of what seems like a hundred taxis, but you are encouraged to take the free shuttle from and to the airport, This runs every hour, not a big bus, so you might have to prebook a seat on it. As for the hotel, it is basic and comfortable beds, quite quiet rooms. There is a s,mall bar downstairs for a drink to relax, also there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves up a reasonable breakfast that covers most tastes, a businessmans lunch at around 500ruble, which by modern standards is a little sp****, but healthy, and an evening meal you order off the menu. I tried the ragout with Russian bread which was ok. It is reasonably priced, and has to be good value for saving travel time, as the flight crews of various airlines used it. Outside the airport, make your way to signpost 3 for the free transfer."
"Pros: very new hotel, clean quiet room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Shuttle bus worked perfectly (came on time to and from the airport, 10 minute journey). Restaurant on site. Cons: difficult to find any. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the satellite TV did not work well. Not a great deal of storage in the room. Summary: Highly recommended - convenient for an early morning flight and excellent value."
