They were friendly and helpful, no fakery. They genuinely wanted the best for their guests. One outstanding member of staff named Lucy, went above and beyond to help me to get transport and Covid tests. She actually took me to each place and helped me register for the metro station. The best stay in a hotel ever because they’re real people, and not because it’s just a job.Thank you Lucy and all of the staff. You’re awesome.
