Via Vergolano 42, Arco, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"We stayed here with our kids and had an amazing experience. The property is located in a great location and a short walk to the trail, which leads up to the castle. There also is a cute little market to get groceries (about a two minute walk up the street). The hotel is welcoming, bright and clean. Our room was perfect for us and the bathroom is beautiful. The breakfast is worth adding on. They had a great selection and the staff working the breakfast were super kind and efficient. Martina at the front desk is fantastic! She went above and beyond, making us dinner reservations and followed up with emailing a confirmation. They have a secure parking garage just across the street. We would definitely stay here again."
"Pace is beautiful and modern hotel in a good location. It is a family owned business. Our room was spacious and really clean, recently renovated with balcony and big bathroom. Staff is helpful and the breakfast is really nice! You can eat outside and food is made according your order. There is also a garage for your car. It was not easy to choose hotel from Garda lake as we were there for the first time, but Pace hotel was a perfect choice! We liked it a lot! Also Arco is nice town, more authentic and peaceful place than Riva del Garda."
"Great location for the Arco Rock Masters Junior comp, clean friendly with secure parking. Air conditioned rooms in a hot summer and well appointed bathrooms. Staff are friendly and always willing to help, little touches like remembering coffee orders at breakfast.are the little extras that make a great stay. "

"This is the place for you if you want an absolutey lovely hotel, with a wonderful, unbelievably helpful staff which has a well equipped fitness center and a super lap pool. It is a great sporty place with phenomenol tennis courts!,,i couldnt possibly say enough great things about the staff at the hotel! One woman in particular helped me with extending my car rental and i will be forever grateful! Grazie Cara Carla!! If you do half board, the breakfast is stupendous! And the restaurant there is very fine and serves delicious food, Parking is easy Everything is so lovely i plan to return every year. ."
"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was offered as a substitute for another one that was cancelled on a short notice. Very clean, relatively modern room. Nice tennis court and the grounds. Fantastic service in the restaurant. Nice juicer at the restaurant. A bit far from the lake ~20 min walk, however we enjoyed walking. Very nice indoor pool, which has no restriction for its use by children that is often an issue in most of the hotels in Garda with indoor swimming pools. On the negative side, which is minor, the small minibar fringe in the room was warm and we requested several times to fix it but it has never materialised. Apart that , we had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely come back."
"This hotel is a great place for family and single trips although the hotel is called sporting club it can also be a place for relaxation. This great hotel has a swimming pool as well as a couple of tennis courts. Apart from the quality of the hotel the best part was the friendliness of the staff. The food in this hotel is great and even has juice makers. This hotel is one of the only hotels which allows children to use the indoor swimming pool."

Via Padova, Riva del Garda, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of staying in Kristal Palace Hotel on a tour by RivieraTravel. I chose this Grand Hotel from reading unbiased independent reviews here, so I want to share my wonderful experience. Firstly the hotel is maintained at a high standard. It’s clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. The rooms are medium sized with a balcony and a very good en-suite bathroom. The rooftop pool / bar area has stunning views of the lake and mountains. It’s lovely having breakfast there. Some days they have a guitarist playing at breakfast time. We were lucky we had the pleasure of Alla Seala who played in the style of Tommy Emanuel excellently. The courteous service offered by every staff is so welcoming. I especially wish to thank the dining staff for their hard work in making our dining experience enjoyable. Special mention to Mr.Massimo the head dining staff member. He has a good sense of humour and a pleasant manner. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance along the lakeside to the old town. There are shops and a supermarket close by. The old town is lovely but if you wish to explore a more beautiful old town and surroundings, a visit to Malcesine is a must. We spent a day in Verona. This city is one of the most beautiful city in Italy. You have got to keep to the “Old Town” district. It has many old buildings steeped in history. We had a very knowledgable scholar in Mr.Andrea as a guide. For me Verona came alive with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the city. We were told that the Old City of Verona is now classed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The other must do trip in Garda is to go to the Dolomites. Our tour organised it and it is an experience you won’t forget. For independent travellers they must find a way to see the Dolomites it’s worth the wonder. It’s spectacular. I love the Italian Lake Districts. I have so far visited all of the major Lakes and Lake Garda tops it all. Lastly I must add that this is my 4th trip with Riviera Travel and they have been of high standard in every aspect. From booking to the trips and accommodations. On this trip a special mention to our tour representative/ guide Mr. Gian- Luca. He was caring, kind, patient and soft spoken. A perfect person for this job. Very knowledgable too."
"Just back from a week in Riva del Garda staying at the Kristal Palace. The hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived and got a free upgrade to a suite which was much appreciated. The views from our room on the 5th Floor were fantastic with a choice of 3 balconies! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that you would expect from a quality hotel. We stayed on a B&B basis and had breakfast on the rooftop terrace everyday (lots of choice and quality food). We ate in the restaurant on one evening and again the quality and choice was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. The rooftop terrace was lovely for sunbathing with plenty of sunbeds to choose from and a small pool to cool down in - the weather was very warm for the whole week we were there. There was entertainment each evening on the rooftop which was a nice way to end the day. The hotel is a 15 minute stroll into Riva itself (there is a day time shuttle provided by the hotel if required). All in all we had a fantastic week in a wonderful hotel and I can't wait to go back."
"There were some pros and cons to my stay at Kristal Palace and I’ve listed these below. Overall, I would recommend coming to the bar in the daytime here for a drink to enjoy the spectacular views from the rooftop pool/bar area. Pros: The rooftop pool and bar have the most beautiful views in the world. The lake and the mountains are just spectacular. During the day is the best time to see the views because the area is very dark at night. The hotel dinner was served on the rooftop twice during our stay here. It was like having dinner in the most beautiful place on earth. It is possible to have breakfast on the roof every morning. The option to have fresh pancakes and omelettes made to order was very nice. There was nice fresh fruit available every day. Cons: It is outside the town of Riva so it’s not that easy just to pop into town for a drink in the evening. The food for dinner was very disappointing, considering the good reviews for food left by other guests. It was quite old-fashioned and very average. Although the presentation of the food was always very nice, a lot of the food lacked flavour. It could be a better idea to get dinner in a restaurant in town as you could get tastier food. Sometimes I had fish that was nice and sometimes it was overcooked and dry. Once I had puff pastry for dessert and it was stale and dry. Steak/beef was on the menu a couple of times and this was good so I would recommend this if you are staying here. Overall, for Italy, the food was very average. The dining room is very quiet and doesn’t have any atmosphere. It would be more fun to go into the town of Riva for dinner and drinks in a livelier local restaurant. Overall, I think this is a good place to enjoy the beautiful views of Riva del Garda but not necessarily a good place to eat."

Via Santa Lucia 6, Nago-Torbole, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"My wife and I spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. All the positive reviews are true. The most friendly staff during our three week vacation in Italy. From the time we walked in and until we departed all of the staff was courteous and friendly. Usually you encounter one grumpy person but not at this hotel. It was clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. If you are going out for the day for a walk, hike, or bike ride they will pack you a lunch for 4 euro. By the pool they have something I’ve never seen before. They call it an “honesty bar” where you can take what you like out of the fridge and just note it on a pad next to the fridge. The guests here were also of one mind: health conscious and people who try to live a healthy and active lifestyle. So the name “Aktivhotel” hotel was quite appropriate. Definitely recommend this place for a stay at Lake Garda and will definitely make it part of our itinerary for our next vacation."
"We had a fantastic week at the AktivHotel. We were in rooms 306 and 304 (with amazing roof terrace). We were made so welcome despite not speaking German by Christina and the team. Highlights included the amazing breakfasts, pool, gym, bike maintenance area, wine tasting in the wine room, pizza night and the location which is up the hill away from the noise and bustle of the town (but close enough for local restaurants and gelato)! Very hard to fault the hotel. "
"We stayed at the AktivHotel SantaLucia for 4 nights in August 2019 and enjoyed it very much. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful! It has a nice pool and the breakfast there is fantastic. And if you’re a road cyclist, ask for Mauro, their guide!"

Lungolago Conca D'Oro 41, Nago-Torbole, Trentino Alto Adige, Italy
"Well there are no certain regulation when it comes upt to a star ranking, but to be calling it a 3 star hotel is even for my taste way overrated. Not that the hotel is out of the years (Quality of rooms, bathroom) it started alteady with the Hotel Lady in the morning when she was shouting at us and was quite bossy in telling us to hand over immediately our id‘s . Breakfast minimum amount of effort. I am still surprised that for an italian hotel you could better serve water out of the garda lake instead of what they are calling coffee... That brings me to the one and only great thing of the hotel - THE LOCATION... if your blessed in having a room with lakeview you just got the best what the hotel offers. But wait, located next to the road, compared with shabby windows, you get the exclusively feeling on sleeping right on the carparking. If you can get over the feeling of getting hit by a car during your sleep and you have an extra budget left, then probably it is your right choice, because that place isn’t even cheap... maybe it is their own claim of extra services... (and yeah still can’t believe we booked it, but arriving midnight, wasn’t a wise choice in not having anything in advance -learned a lesson)"
"Not fancy but very clean and everything you could need, and very obliging staff. Remarkably well priced. Restaurant good. Bathrooms appeared to be brand new. Breakfast good by Italian standards! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. "
"The hotel is completely renewed and it will open at the end of July. Fantastic location, direct on the best wind spot Molo Paradiso, 200mt from the town center, fantastic view of the lake from all rooms, parking for all rooms"
