"I stayed here several times during the holidays while visiting family in the area. On each visit I had a king room which came with a comfortable bed as well as a sofa bed. Each nightstand had two easily-accessible electrical outlets, which was nice. The rooms have a desk with a chair but if you're intending to do any real work at the desk, that chair is not particularly comfortable for that task. A mini-fridge and a microwave were included too. The bathroom is on the larger size with plenty of counter space as well as a full shelf underneath for storage. The rooms have a shower/tub combo though some rooms had issues with a small amount of mold in the grout or mildew on the showerhead. The Water-Pik showerhead was great in that it could be adjusted to a variety of spray patterns. What was not-so-great was that in at least one of the rooms I could not change the direction of the showerhead. In that particular case it meant that I kept banging my elbow on the safety handle mounted on the wall. Breakfast is served from 6-10 AM each morning downstairs in the lobby. There are typically a few hot choices with biscuits or tortillas, smoothies and pressed juices, fresh fruit and yogurt, traditional breakfast juices, cereal and milk, pastries and make-your-own waffles. There should be plenty here to fill you up for your day. The hotel has a pool open during the warmer months. The tiny gym is open 6 AM - Midnight as is the guest laundry. Both are located on the first floor just past the elevators. All the staff members I interacted with were super-friendly with smiling faces. This hotel is very convenient when visiting my family and I'd be very happy to stay here again."
"First of all, we called all the hotels in the area.. this pool was the most accommodating for us. Why? Because the darn pool was OPEN! When we first got here, the gentleman at the front desk (who checked us in), had the BEST customer service. He explained everything to us, told us the “must sees”, with directions. He made sure we had the perfect view for a room. Then, we were walking to the elevator and he stopped us, just so he could sanitize it for us. We get to our room, smells nice, clean. Everything worked perfectly. They just started breakfast, which I must say, was okay. But the best part was... the customer service you got when you got your food. The lady serving breakfast was funny and upbeat. I came in from the pool one evening, walked by the front desk and the lady said “hello sunshine”, as if she knew me.. I was taken back, because you don’t get smiles everywhere you go. Housekeeping is so sweet. There was times when we needed extra towels, etc and they didn’t mind if we tracked them down and grab some off their cart. All and all, if i return to Bellevue; I would definitely stay here. The pool was super nice and the best thing, since we have small children, but the service is like no where to else!! Thank you for all you do in these insane Covid times!"
"Rigo was amazing cuz he knew I was asking the wrong questions over the phone, but he knew what I WAS REALLY ASKING. He went over and beyond to offer me a way to get the info I needed (I WAS LOST IN NASHVILLE!!) He helped me so much and I appreciate him doing more than his job and just answering my questions. He wanted to help and he thought about how to help me. I also like John and Christina at the front desk. Christina is very friendly and patient and checked us in. John is a great leader to get all the staff to show great customer service. Even when me and my daughter were hungry and we were slightly late for breakfast, he helped us get food. He also makes the guests feel at home and comfortable. He let us watch TV in the lobby."
