"This is a beautiful, small hotel with great staff. The location is excellent - a block from a tram stop and a small grocery and just a bit further to the old part of town. There are several bakeries and restaurants within a few blocks. Our room had a lovely French balcony facing the river with a view of St. Paul's church. The room was really beautiful and the only one (of nine) on our trip with two chairs so that both of us could sit comfortably without being on the bed. The room was very clean and there were no noise issues. There were a few quirks about the room that we managed to work around. Others have disliked the cabinetry surrounding the bed because it impedes movement. I will add to that the "echo chamber" effect that it creates if someone isn't a "silent sleeper". The vertical space is utilized to the extent that it makes some things unusable. I am petite (5'2") and could not reach the safe, the upper hooks or the towel warmer controls, or the towel bar without climbing into the tub. The upper shelves of the cupboard would require a ladder. The combination tub / shower was very difficult to get in and out of. The tub with curved sides is slippery when wet and there is no safety bar - nothing to hold onto except the tub itself. The glass divider between the shower and vanity was actually designed to be a door and is not fixed in place. It also doesn't extend far or high enough to keep the floor from getting soaked when someone stands under the rain shower. All in all we were pleased with our choice and should we return to the beautiful city of Strasbourg we would not hesitate to stay again at the Regent Contades." "Strasbourg is a great city. In my opinion, being there, it is nice to match it with a nice accommodation. Regent Contades is a perfect choice for that. The hotel is located in a nice building. The rooms are clean and large (it’s true that we had a junior suite). The breakfast is delicious (serving by staff is a bit annoying, but they are professional and this is the sign of the times). What is great is that they have a private parking if you need it (30 EUR). The hotel is walking distance from the city center, cathedral included. " "My daughter and spent 3 nights at this hotel and had a very pleasurable stay. The staff was friendly and accomadating. It was clean and comfortable and only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. I was especially grateful to the staff when we arrived before check-in time and they found us a room with 2 beds and a nice view. I only have one wish.... that there were a coffee maker or Keurig machine in the room (there is instant coffee and tea available). In closing, I wish to thank the staff for ensuring a lovely stay."
"I booked two rooms in the Pavillon Régent Petite France where we had a great stay. The rooms were quiet (the + of the Pavilion I think), comfortable, spacious, decorated with tasty and very clean. The dinner at the "The Tournant Bridge" restaurant was perfect: the ladders were tasty and refined, the wines were fabulous and the staff was dedicated, gentle and careful. The breakfast was exquisite and, once again, the kindness and devotion of the staff were at the meeting. I consider that the opinions of customers reproaching to have to leave the Pavilion to go to the restaurant or more generally to enjoy the services of the hotel are not justified because this is clearly stated on the Pavilion website - and This is very easy from the central station (about 9-10 minutes walk). The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the Pavillon, and a public parking is located just a few meters walk from the hotel. I warmly recommend the Pavilion Régent Petite France to those and those who are looking for an excellent establishment located in the heart of Petite France but which allows you to enjoy incredibly calm. " "The hotel is located in the beautiful area of Petite France, but easy to get in taxi. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the room was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel has a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location, a great location," "This is a very comfortable hotel! This service is very effective. We checked in at the Regent Hotel. They quickly took our luggage to the room at Pavilion. Petit France The location of the hotel is great and the view of the room is very beautiful. Also, the typical house left in the area is special! So we like the authenticity of modern decor in the interior. Our room was on the fourth floor and we had a very large bathroom with bathtub, shower and two sinks. The hotel welcomes our dog for a fee of 20 euros per day! Welcome suite with bed and bowl. We definitely recommend staying here."

"Reconsider staying here. They have ALL my money. On 11/7/21 My family booked four rooms for two nights 12/28-29/21. On 12/18/21 I had to cancel my two rooms and my sister had to cancel her two rooms due to COVID and our entire trip to France was canceled . We both contacted the hotel (well within their 7 day policy) immediately on 12/18/21. My sister got her room refunded immediately. I got sn email on 12/23 saying my reservation had been canceled yet no mention of refund. I called yesterday and spoke to Audrey asking about a refund. She told me because I got an email from the hotel on 12/23/21, they were within their 7 day policy for NO refund. I explained I sent three emails on 12/18,19 and 22 however she didn’t care. Audrey told me they could keep my money because I didn’t follow the rules when I certainly did. Audrey said I should’ve purchased a refundable rate but I explained there was no Omicron outbreak on Nov 7 when I booked. She couldn’t care less. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told Leona wasn’t back until Monday and I wasn’t going to get a refund. I cannot believe they are keeping all of my money when I followed their rules and they refunded my sister for this same trip. I find them very irrational and rude and wrong to keep over 1100 euros of mine. They are in the business of making money off of COVID victims and obviously have no concern for a world wide pandemic. I’ve called and emailed and even messaged on instagram yet no reply. I emailed proof of my dated email requests yet still no reply. Do not do business with this company that cashes in on victims of COVID. That’s a lot of money they are taking from me and Audrey In her refusal to help me nor follow the logic of my email chain, shines a poor light on this chain of hotel. You have many choices where to stay in Strasborg, I suggest you stay where customers are valued and not someone who makes money off of a pandemic and it’s victims." "This is a 3-ish star hotel. Or at least, that’s my impression from our room. Unfortunately, Sofitel Strasbourg tells people on its website that it’s a 5-star property. It is not even close. I’m a Diamond Accor member, and have stayed at many Sofitels over the years. This is by far the worst. The staff and location were great, but that’s basically the end of the good aspects. So, go in with eyes wide open if you book here. It seemed like a fine 3-ish star hotel, but don’t go in expecting anything more than that. Here’s our experience: Check in, take elevator to 2nd floor, walk approximately 150m to the far end of a long hallway, to a door with a very worn and beat up knob. Enter and walk on the worn and stained carpet past the toilet closet (which looks like a prison), the least comfortable sofa imaginable (with chipped wooden armests), and a broken cabinet. See the TV not wall-mounted, but on a bizarre afterthought of a stand-alone stand. Enter the bathroom, which was mostly good, except for the main light fixture detached from the ceiling and water-stained from an obvious past leak from above. Sleep in the admittedly comfortable bed, but wake up very early to banging from the dumpsters and loading dock directly below. Make the 150m walk back to the elevators every time you leave and come back. Strasbourg is lovely, and we will be back there. Sofitel Strasbourg Grand Ile is a major letdown, and we will not be staying there again." "The location of the hotel is great, shopping and viewing are super convenient, the hotel service is great, self-driving can park the car at the door, the waiter will help you park the car in the parking lot, you only need to find the waiter and he will drive you to the door , The service is in place, the parking fee is small and expensive, but I personally think it is equivalent to the service, the room is very clean and the toiletries are Hermes, praise 👍"
"The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel" "The location is very good, on the small 法兰le-de-France, it should be the best hotel in Strasbourg, and the hotel with the most beautiful scenery in Strasbourg. The waiter's attitude was very warm, and the front desk lady recommended us a lot of places to play and restaurants. This beautiful city will come again." "Super! Very accommodating staff, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my birthday and a card. Nice breakfast, excellent service. Clean rooms. Ideal location. The couples massage was the best, we highly recommend Natalia and Marilynn from the spa for a massage ! Thank you!"

"First, I got in the room and there was no heat, considering it was December! I called the front desk and they said everything is alright, they made me doubt myself. In the morning, I couldn’t wake up because of the cold, the floor doesn’t even have a carpet, I called again the front desk, and another staff responded saying the truth that the heater in some rooms is not working because of a technical problem and they will resolve it as soon as possible. I left from morning to night and came back and the heating system still wasn’t working, I was extremely pissed off. Imagine outside it was nearly zero degrees, and you needed to get into your pajamas and be warm. I wanted to take a hot bath and the water was extremely cold! I couldn’t handle the situation anymore. I went to the reception, and the women at the front desk was extremely rude, she was looking at me as if I am wrong. I asked to talk to the manager. Imagine the manager wasn’t at the hotel. They had to call her to come. When I met the manager, she was only apologizing. I was extremely astonished. I requested for my room to be moved immediately, at first, she didn’t consider my suggestion, I had to repeat it several times until they took me to another room with the same problem. Later, the one responsible for the heating system started to fix the situation, it took him about two hours. At that time, I was in my room wearing my coats on and the man entering and leaving the room every while to check on the system! They even got me an electric heater (check the below image) This is RIDICULOUS! WHAT A SHAME! I’ve been to many hotels in my life, this is my worst experience. SPECIAL MENTION: in the room, there are three areas, the Bathroom, toilet, and bedroom. Only the area with the bed has a heating system. And there’s a door between it and the other areas, so if you are staying with someone in the room. The heat doesn’t navigate in the whole room. The bathroom and toilet are always cold!! SPECIAL MENTION: The WALLS are not soundproof. At night, we can hear a bunch of teenagers drunk and yelling, it kept me awake all night! and in the morning around 6 o’clock, we can hear the yelling of children in the school near the hotel. DEVASTATING! Though the hotel has a great location near the canal and tourist attractions and it has the vintage Strasbourg style, DON’T LET THIS FOOL YOU! NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL AT ALL! Ridiculous I will NEVERRRRR IN MY LIFE WASTE MONEY ON A ROOM LIKE THAT AGAIN." "My husband and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Hotel Cour du Corbeau, and our experience was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our twin prestige room was extremely spacious, with a comfortable king bed. What really makes this hotel stand out, is the location - which we found to be perfect. A 5-minute walk to the cathedral, 10 minutes to Petite France, 8 minutes to Place Gutenberg, and with numerous cafes around the corner, the location really is excellent. While the majority of our stay was wonderful, there were a few minor issues. The WiFi was extremely slow, and there were tons of LOUD pigeons everywhere - their coo-ing woke us up every morning! One afternoon I popped back into our room, which was being serviced, and I was very upset to find that housekeeping had put our personal pillows and my stuffed cat that I sleep with (yes, I know, it’s embarrassing!) on the floor. This was what upset me the most - why not place the items on the bench, the couch, the desk - anywhere but the floor! Pretty gross. I’m hoping that someone at the hotel will read this and advise the cleaning staff to be a bit more respectful of guests items, especially in regards to hygienic issues. Minor gripes aside, we would absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Cour du Corbeau if you plan on visiting Strasbourg." "Great hotel with lovely prestations such as a copious breakfast as well as a warm welcome ! And a beautiful Alsatian architecture ! The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the cathedral, the streetcar and the center. I only spent one night there but I would definitely recommend !"
"With the Kempferhof Golf Club on site, Le Kempferhof Golf et Château-Hôtel is located in Alsace and extends over 85 hectares of untouched nature that provides a peaceful backdrop to your stay in the region.
This 18th century noble residence, has been transformed into a luxury hotel full of character and personality.
Le Kempferhof Golf et Château-Hôtel offers 10 rooms including 4 suites, each one named after a famous movie. In the adjoining building 16 new rooms have been added.
The very modern design of these rooms, with terrace and air-conditioning, compares favourably with the more traditional rooms of the property.
Savour typical specialities, elaborated according to the seasonal offerings of the markets in the hotels restaurant.
Enjoy the 18 hole golf course, classified as the 24th best course in Europe. Also the Rhine river in a region with great history and culture."

"After much research, I chose Hotel Les Haras and it did not disappoint. A gorgeous walk through Petite France to the major sites of Strasbourg, alternatively you can follow the canal and make your way to the old town. Pros Breakfast was abundant, great service and a modest but good sized room for France. Cons The shower door was more decorative than functional so expect a flooded bathroom and ask for extra towels. The breakfast area (which transformed into a bar in the evening) lacked atmosphere. Unfortunately our room service was also served cold. We indulged a little during our trip! Some recommendations include: 1741 Maison Kammerzell And the hotel brasserie is also highly recommended although note it is technically not affiliated with the hotel. The Christmas markets at Strasbourg were a let down. There are some small French villages nearby which are much more worthwhile - such as Kayserberg and Obernai for a fairytale-like Christmas experience. " "We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The building is amazing and the staff very helpful and kind. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room on the first floor in the main building with an amazing view on the inner courtyard. We had a lovely dinner on the first night in the hotel's restaurant, which has an amazing decor. The wellness area is also impressive, and the first half our we had the whole area to ourselves, very nice. The hotel's location is furthermore perfect, very close to Petite France and the inner city." "Super lovely Hotel in the middle of Strasbourg! All of the people in the hotel are exceptionally accommodating, helpful and extremely kind ! We had a not so nice reservation for a restaurant booked, and the Receptionist Charlotte helped calming down the situation. The rooms are super cozy and offer a very antique, picturesque and lovely view over the courtyard. Breakfast sensationell, treatment wonderful, we even received a French Lesson that was so lovely, and for a very good price! Many thanks we shall one day return..."

"We visited Strasbourg in late November for the Christmas markets. The hotel could not be better located, sitting in the middle of the historic district and steps from one of the many markets sprinkled throughout the city. We booked two rooms and while connecting rooms were not available, the hotel put us in two rooms in a corridor with a deadboltdable exterior door. This was a perfect scenario for this anxious mom. The front desk staff were exceptional here. They had wonderful dinner suggestions and activity recommendations. They allowed me to practice my mediocre French and only switched to English when I did (a rarity in France!). If I had three warnings they would be the following - if you're traveling during busy times they struggle to keep up with the volume at breakfast. We waited for a table and then most of the food was not replenished on the buffet in a timely manner. Our king room, while LOVELY was small (like many European hotels). Our junior suite was much more spacious and I would recommend it as a base room for most. Finally, if you're traveling during the market season, know that you'll be parking WELL off site (we parked at the mall). It's about 1/2 mile away, but with luggage on cobblestone, it's not a fun walk with teenagers, especially in the rainy drizzle." "The hotel is located in the center of town and is an easy walk to everywhere in the central district. The staff was quite accommodating and helpful. We were given what they said was a larger room but it was not particularly large. The room had a king sized bed (mattress was a little soft for us), 2 night stands, many hooks for coats, a wardrobe rather than a closet or chest of drawers, a small desk and one chair. The bathroom was small but had a separate toilette, a shower but not bathtub and a single sink. Lighting in the room was adequate. There was a coffee and tea station. The breakfast buffet had good variety and was good. I would suggest that the room could use improvement by the inclusion of an extra chair, international plugs and charging ability on each nightstand and lighter blanket insert or a top sheet as well as duvet because it can get quite warm when you sleep at night. I would recommend this hotel." "In the middle of the pedestrian zone, very centrally located, this hotel is a real gem in Art Deco design. The historic city center and many sights are within walking distance. Clean, beautiful rooms, good beds with fine bed linen, sufficiently large bathroom with Clarins care products. Everything is elegantly decorated, especially the bar and restaurant. The breakfast is worth it: a wide choice of everything your heart desires. Everything is generously replenished until the end of breakfast time. The staff is courteous, everyone is a real host with a smiling face, the bartenders know their craft. There is parking within walking distance, one of which is at a reduced rate. We are thrilled with this hotel and will gladly return!"
