The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.

It is about time that I write a review about my friend in the reservation office Ana Argentina Ramos. For many years and also several times a year Ana has taken care of my reservations and the reservations of all of my friends. She has always made sure that I am in the room that I requested and everything is perfect for me. Ana I will make sure that I bring pop tarts for you my friend! Thank you for your incredible service! You are awesome pop tart! Your friends in Tucson.

Very good area, excellent service, I only think there should be more variety in the a la carte restaurants.

From the moment we enter the Granada we are made to feel right at home. Always a welcoming atmosphere every day during our stay by all staff - the great manager Daniel, the super front desk staff, waiters, cleaning staff, housekeeping and maintenance staff. Poolside bar service and snacks in the afternoon are a nice touch. Lots of clean lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our home away from home!

I was there three weeks. Excellent location. SUPER STAFF. Had 9 th floor facing the water. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!! Beach band was a bit much...Mexican polka...but that is not hotel's fault. Breakfast each morning was a super way to start the day. EVERYONE WORKED HARD TO MAKE MY STAY GREAT. The ”refrig in the room was not a refrig...it just looked like one. Staff replaced it, to no avail. TRAVELING WITH INSULIN, a non functional refrig was a concern. Hotel needs to address this!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the facilities were super clean and all the furniture was new.
Food and the buffet service was great too.
I’m definitely staying again here

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The location was great for walking, catching a Palmonia for a tour, going to Mass at rhe Cathedral, and picking up amazing bakery at a place called Panama. The staff were friendly and hard working. Marco was a ”stand out” at the pool bar. He was super friendly and remembered us the next day. He is going places! We ate at the Thai restaurant the first night which was very good. Italian, the 2nd night was average. We enjoyed the live piano and the singer/waiter. The sushi restaurant was excellent our 3rd night. We were on the all-inclusive plan. Breakfast at El Patio across the street pretty good. Take bridge to get there. The place is perfect for families with kids! The kids loved the pool area and cliff jumping. It was very noisy even in our room since we overlooked the pool. The pillow cases were too short for the pillows and the sheets too short for the mattress. Fortunately, the mattress was comfortable. Pro Tip: Pool at the El Cid Granada is quiet and peaceful if you need this. We moved to a more peaceful resort on the outskirts for the next 3 nights.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Clean pools. Different buffet options daily, great food & great alcohol options for all-inclusive. Easy access to board walk & extremely easy to find transportation to other parts of the ***** of shops and food places off the resort. Staff was extremely helpful in every aspect including providing transportation for us to the airport on day of departure. Overall, I would love to return to this same exact resort when I decide to visit Mazatlan again.
