Waiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious.
The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

This is my favorite hotel throughout my trip to Spain, both in terms of environment and service. The color tone of the room is in the style of Gong, with red and blue colors, which is both warm and exotic. When I return to the room every evening, there are different fruits and snacks. When I return to the room at night, I also receive thoughtful care, including L'Occitane makeup remover wipes and hand cream. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also consider dining in the hotel for lunch and dinner. The quality is different from ordinary restaurants outside. Next time you travel, even to another city, it must be your first choice!

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

We missed visiting the Alhambra in '96 because we were getting ready for the Dakar Rally and ran short on time. So, this time we decided to do it right and stay nearby. Extremely comfortable and clean rooms, relentlessly helpful staff and an wayback-machine ambiance. Kind of olden-day, grand hotel. It is only a few minutes walk to the Alhambra - and no big uphill trudge.

Great hotel, quiet, good service, the tiles in the room are very characteristic, the windows are also beautiful, the antique corridor of the monastery behind is beautiful, the location is also very good, it is also very convenient to go mountain climbing at night, visit the tavern.

Breakfast was very good, and eating in the courtyard was particularly sensational. Renovation of the old building itself. Not very convenient for parking

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

Really friendly like a 5 star hotel, the staff will guide you to the room directly
Small but well decorated and above all, the hotel exterior is really beautiful
The meal on the terrace is perfect for both taste and atmosphere
But you can see the facilities are broken everywhere.
The water leaked a little from the bathroom bathtub and the temperature control was broken.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 children, the apartment was super nice, clean, modern, it didn't lack anything. It is in the center very well located. And the treatment with the owners is excellent. Totally recommended

Buena ubicación. Camas y almohadas podrían estar mejor. La ducha del baño rota se caía.

This historical building is quite unique, even from the moment you enter the special entrance door. It’s a quaint hotel, and is very conveniently located (although the street was a little loud in the morning). We were only here for one night, but the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room had to have been one of the largest as it was huge! I think it may have been the Serena de Amarillos room. The bathroom was also enormous, although it did not have a shower, just a tub. Even though we didn’t use the toiletries provided as we had our own, Gar Arnat provided more than I’ve ever seen in a hotel before which is a nice touch. There was a refrigerator with included water which was great. There was also plenty of room to sit and have a glass of wine at night, and everything was very clean. We did have an issue with the air conditioner that night, and I talked to the gentleman at the desk. He came to look at it and just said it was because it was such a large room that it wasn’t keeping up. By the middle of the night however, it did get quite chilly. They even have a “wish tree” in the main lobby. They provide hanging tags you can write on and hang on the tree. I would recommend a stay here if you visit Granada.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Gar Anat. Although we had one of the smallest rooms it was decorated and furnished so simply it was lovely. Reception was very professional and welcoming. They gave us a brief explanation of the building’s history which was fascinating. Afternoon tea and cake in the Library was a nice touch and we were so pleased we decided to include breakfast as it was an incredible spread. Added to all this, the location is also just perfect for getting out and about.

I extended my stay at the hotel because there were issues with my booking at another hotel. The second stay was better than the first one and there were no visible stains. The hotel is located next to the Alhambra and it's an uphill walk if traveling from the city centre to the hotel on foot.

The room is hygienic and the surrounding environment is very good. It is tens of meters from the Alhambra Palace and you can reach the St. Nicholas Observation Deck through the Albertin residential area to watch the Alhambra under the sunset.
