Evaluation: The hotel front desk is friendly with its own parking building, parking 2F can go directly to the lobby, streamlined. The room is in good sanitary conditions, the balcony can see the aircraft carrier Lexington, straight line distance 5KM, and the Denan Art Museum designed by Philip Johnson is within walking distance. Recommended to stay!
Room tips: It is recommended to choose a high-rise sea view room without a balcony, which can be overlooked by the front. The rooms with balcony are all facing the sea, the location is not ideal.

The breakfast was fantastic. The cooks kept bringing items out as soon as they were empty. Cereal bar, oatmeal bar, fruit bar, pastries, toasts, made-to-order omelets and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes and pancakes. The customer service was great, however you have to ask for your room to be cleaned. The room was lacking some good old scrubbing, but that’s why I travel with my Clorox wipes. Overall, great experience!

The building is older, but so charming and enjoyable! I loved the garden feel of the interior, and breakfast is awesome! The Parking lot is well lit, and the overall location is great. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the bar & restaurant in the evening, but hopefully we can do that on the next trip! I have a feeling that we will be back!

I had a lovely experience. The hotel appeared to have been recently updated and had a relaxing and modern atmosphere. The staff at reception were so friendly and really went the extra mile in helping me with a few queries I had. The direct access to the beach was appreciated and it was nice to have a pool as well. My room felt very luxurious and was decorated nicely. There are shops nearby and the area is convenient. A great stay and I’m glad I chose it!

The service is average. The location of the hotel is very good. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the moonrise in the evening. The scenery is very beautiful. There are restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, and you can walk to several small island-style parks on the seaside, as well as museums and art galleries. The coastal promenade is also very beautiful, with popular science installations that travel through the solar system, and other art installations. Convenient to the Lexington Aircraft Carrier Museum and Aquarium/Animal Conservation Center across the river. In short, if you are not asking for a sexual vacation, staying here is a good value for money.

Best stay ever
- Truelove
I stayed here for 4 days while on business. It was a very windy day when I checked in, and you could hear the wind coming in thru the windows and out the door. There seemed to be only lukewarm water available. They might need more water heaters. Did not get a hot shower while there. TVs are very outdated. Not even 720 HD, and very few channels to watch Carpet in room needs cleaned. Was sticky so always had to wear shoes or socks. Front staff was unable to give me coffee for the room. Also for the 4 days there was no room service and I was working during the day to get coffee from them. Toilet was not secured and rocked a little. Water pressure from sink was low. Better pressure in kitchen If in town again, I'll be staying elsewhere.

The toilet and shower were not clean at all. Had to clean then myself. The shower had no water pressure. They charge you for parking per day but our access card did not work the entire weekend. We had to press the service button to be let every time and we got stuck out there one time when no one was at the front desk. When we let the front desk know, she did not help fix the problem she just said get a ticket and the gate will open, but that did not help we we needed to exit.

We came to the Texas jazz festival and the hotel was the perfect spot to stay at. Everything was great and staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were nice and clean. We would stay there again.
