"We decided to do a staycation here for my sons birthday so he could experience the pool. Of course things were a little different bc of Covid. They did a great job of taking all the necessary precautions. The outdoor pool was Amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. "
"I requested my car at 9:30 am the night before due to an important event I had to host. I came down at 9:40 to assure my car would be there and it was not there. I waited over 10 minutes then had to call/ pay for an Uber to take me to the event which I was late for."
"Pool staff was VERY RUDE! Staff member told me I could not have my service animal in the pool area, he then proceeded to make jokes about me to other guests. Very embarrassing, completely uncalled for and very unprofessional! "

"The room is quite big and the bed is very comfortable. It is most suitable for people who catch the plane. It is especially convenient. The small train has direct access to each terminal. The hotel has one stop, which is very convenient and very good."
"Between the two terminals, the small train goes directly to the S floor of the hotel. During the epidemic, all take out. Keep your distance and feel relieved"
"This we were assigned to the South Building, a bit far. However, the transfer is especially convenient. There is direct access to the airport subway."

"The hotel's literary atmosphere is very strong! The tables in the hall are big drums, free coffee and sweets in the morning and afternoon, and the front desk and foyer are good. What I want to say is that the customer service service has not been called for fifteen minutes. Later, I can't wait for their service and go to sleep. Hotel breakfast is not self-help, I also have a good point, can eat! The hotel bed is relatively small, the two adults with a child will be very crowded, the bed is also super soft, the children are lying down and pressing a pit, the waist is not good enough to pay attention. The location is superb, the art gallery is one minute opposite, and the natural science museum is worth three or five minutes. However, the Marriott Hotel in the Museum District where I stayed the night before was also very good. I went out to the subway. I didn't have to go up and down the underground passage. I went to the art gallery area three times and got off at the front of the hotel."
"On the first day, there was no drinking water in the room, and 2 bottles of mini-shaped water were placed the next day, but the bathroom mats were not placed, etc., and the service was not standardized. The room was not clean enough and dust was visible on the table. The entire hotel from the lobby to the guest room, the overall style is very dark, possible unique style, but whether you like it or not will vary from person to person. The price is high and the price is not very good."
"The hotel location is located in the medical area. The location is excellent, the air is fresh, the environment is elegant, whether it is tourism or medical treatment, it is the best choice, especially recommend everyone to stay here."

"First time to Houston... The hotel is on the main street, it is very convenient to take the tram... It takes 10 minutes to get to Rice, but if you want to shop, it is recommended to stay at the hotel on the Galleria... The next floor is the oversized shoppingmall..."

"Stayed 6 nights in a one bedroom corner suite. The room was large and well appointed. Small shower room/toilet. Comfortable bed. The hotel consists of the Homewood suites and the Hampton Inn suites that share all the facilities. On the first morning the breakfast was served in the Hampton Inn area and consisted of paper plates, plastic cutlery and cups...eek we thought. Next morning a sign at the lifts directing Homewood guests one way and Hampton Inn guests the other. Crockery plates...metal cutlery. Food okay...cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice, toast, waffle maker and a choice of 2 or 3 hot dishes. This area also hosted the evening "social" that provided hot & cold snacks and drinks...beer, wine, soft drinks. Needless to say there is always one or two people that seem to think these snacks should constitute their evening meal and proceed to over indulge. Staff pleasant and helpful. There was a water boil notification whilst we were staying as a result of a burst water pipe, it affected a large area of Houston. I feel the hotel was slow to react....no notification to guests and free bottled water only available after about 12 hrs. The ice machines were not turned off. Friends staying at a nearby hotel had notices put under their doors and 2 large bottles of water left outside their room. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is close to the tram service, and there is a bus stop for the free Houston bus service close by. Walking distance to several restaurants , parks and the baseball stadium."
"This was my first time staying in a joint Hampton/Homewood building. The facility is excellent and the lobby was clean and pleasant-smelling. The bar is surprisingly on the Hampton side. The breakfast area of the Homewood side is noticeably larger and offers a nicer variety of food. Our room (14th floor) and bathroom were huge, comfortable, and quiet. TV's are easy to operate and rooms include a safe. Elevators were never an issue. The pool and fitness area (4th floor) are nice and all equipment is well-maintained. Valet was courteous and quick, although $37/night seems pricey. Storing our luggage was easy. Location relative to Minute Maid and several good restaurants can't be beat."
"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The usual free breakfast was unavailable due to Covid-19 but that wasn't an issue for me. I stayed in the 1bd suite which was perfect for the 2 of us. It felt a lot like my own apartment at home. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super attentive. You will have to pay for parking. Valet parking was $35/day and self parking behind the hotel was $20/day. We chose self parking and didn't have any issues. The location was great as well. We were able to walk to discovery green which was a lot of fun. When I return to Houston I will probably choose the this hotel again."

"The hotel does not include breakfast, no microwave, and a refrigerator. Members have free Wi-Fi. Two big beds, a family of three, no problem, no extra bed. The hotel is just next to the Toyota Center and less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre Main Street, where you can take the light rail and bus, go to the Museum District and the Herman Park by light rail 5 or 6 stops. There are also some restaurants next to the hotel where you can eat delicious steaks. Go to the Space Center and hit Uber 30 or less."
"It is very close to Toyota Center. It is very convenient to watch the ball and live here. The hotel room is very large and clean. The quilt is not very good. The hotel has a very good steakhouse."
"Very good, worth recommending, much better than expected, then the surrounding environment is safe, very beautiful, and convenient to eat, it is worth staying again, come back next time."
