"Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly, competent, and professional. The lobby, common areas, and room were clean and tidy. The room itself was impressively clean and standard size for most hotels. I appreciated the fact that the staff didn’t strip the bathroom of additional towels as the reservation wasn’t for the “maximum room occupancy”. Typically, hotels will remove the additional towels for a 2 queen room if the reservation is for only 2 people; however, this hotel did not. I appreciated not having to call the front desk for additional towels. The bathroom was impeccably clean and above average for most hotels. They only negative I found on this stay was the mattress...it wasn’t great. It could stand to be replaced or at least rotated. Overall experience, great!"
"This property was clean, quiet, well maintained and had an excellent staff. Exactly what one expects at a Marriott property. Would definitely stay here again. It was an easy drive up to Bentonville, AR where we visited the Crystal Bridges Museum."
"The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed during the off season when there was no football or anything going on so price was right. I had breakfast in the bistro the next morning, and the egg sandwich was delicious! "

"Found this place online. Booked it. Upon driving up to the property, it looked great. Check in was great, the attendant was very courteous. Room was clean, smelled great. Probably one of the nicest restrooms in a suite that I've ever stayed in. Barn doors looked nice for the restroom unless you were really needing privacy. It was a non issue with my stay. Bed was comfortable, daughter said the sofa bed was really comfortable too."
"Very nice size room, very surprised with kitchen, bathroom may be small, but never had to ask for extra towels. Room well stocked with kitchen items and towels. Price was well worth the stay. Will look for Home2Suites everywhere we travel. "
"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff was nice and the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. I would recommend my family and friends to stay here. When I travel I will look to stay in this hotel. My stay was great. "

"This is a great hotel. It reminded us of our stays at some of Disney's hotels. It's that impressive! There was an issue on check-in with the HVAC unit in the room. The desk associate, I think his name is Daviry, immediately called a service technician to investigate the problem. He was there within five minutes and very knowledgeable and had it fixed within minutes! While waiting for the room temperature to adjust, we went to get a bite to eat in their food court. Sonia was attending and was pleasant and could not be more professional. The food and drink was very good. With such service, I felt I needed to compliment these folks and spoke to the director of guest services, Mac Chandler, another pro and pleasure to deal with! Hope to see these folks again on a future trip!"
"I come here every year for business/family trip and I would say 99% of the time they never let me down Since I had the pleasure to meet max the director of guest services he has made me feel that I am the only customer there which is amazing in such a large busy hotel. Then I had the pleasure to meet amber Sebastian she is a huge asset to this crew of staff. The breakfast workers remember me from year to year and are soo amazing iris and Brenda are top notch I make sure I am in their section they go above and beyond The hotel is clean and the food is great and service is above stars Thank you!!!!! Stay here with comfort in mind"
"Upon checking in, the hotel was extremely busy. It was homecoming weekend for Arkansas and the hotel was packed. Viktor was the gentleman that checked us in and although extremely busy, he was very articulate and polite and thanked us for being patient with him. He was welcoming and did well at communicating. When we went to the service desk the next morning to get breakfast tickets, the director of guest services, Mac, was just as great. Due to excellent service and hospitality, as well as a clean and comfortable room, we will definitely consider this hotel again!"

"We booked this hotel at the last minute and chose it, in large part, because it advertised an indoor pool on its website. We were traveling as a family of five and our children would have loved to swim on our little getaway. We were quite disappointed to find that the entire pool area was closed because of what appeared to be some fairly extensive work being done on the hot tub. This did not appear to be a last minute closure as equipment was visible in the pool area. It would have been nice for this to have been indicated on the website. The rooms were clean and looked fine, though outdated. The beds were nothing to write home about and the pillows were horribly uncomfortable - down that was beyond fluffing a long time ago. The staff was pleasant. But overall I don’t know that we would choose this hotel again because the price wasn’t justified by what we got."
"This is mostly a business hotel. The rooms were clean, big, and clean. Service by the front desk, cleaning staff, and the restaurant was good. The staff was courteous, polite, and friendly! Very close to a lot of eating places. Parking was ample. Gas station and coffee shops nearby."
"Very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Rooms were very spacious. Had traveled from out of state for our sons wedding. It was nice to have a large room to get ready in as everyone spent hours getting ready & lots of formal clothes needing to be hung up. "

"I have stayed at several Hamptons in TX, LA and AR. This is a great Hampton Inn! Front desk was very welcoming. Hotel Is clean both inside and out. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was the best I have ever seen. Well stocked, clean and great options. Fresh smoothies and fresh pressed juices were amazing. Not just Belgium waffle maker but chocolate too! We will definitely be back for more stays here...great job to this manager and his staff!"
"We are in Springdale to to ride the Arkansas Missouri Railroad. There are a cluster of hotels near the Hwy 412 and US 49 intersection. We chose this one because it has King Suites (Bedchamber is a separate room with a door). I can get up early and my Wife can sleep undisturbed. Many Restaurants are nearby. The Hotel is clean and comfortable."
"We stayed for a weekend of softball. Nice hotel in a friendly area. Plenty of dining options in the area. Easy to get around town from this hotel. Breakfast wasn’t exactly like we usually experience at a Hampton Inn but still acceptable. "

"We have always stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Northwest Arkansas anytime we were staying or traveling through Rogers, AR. We’ve always had good luck with the hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great hotel amenities, great breakfast, etc. This trip however was not very enjoyable. I will say the staff was very friendly in all areas of the hotel in which we interacted with someone and the room(s) we stayed in were clean and mostly maintained(Room 620 had a leaky sink faucet). We fully understand the hotel, like everyone else, is dealing with the effects of the Corona Virus. We understand their staff is limited and things are just getting up and going again. Our issues though, in our opinion, were created due to the hotel becoming “cheap” in it’s daily expenses of running a hotel. The first issue we ran into was during check in. Being Silver level Hhonors members, we checked in early on the Hhonors App. We chose a corner room on the west side of the hotel, away from the noisy highway. The room we checked into was not available on our arrival. We were told it wasn’t clean and they didn’t know when it would be ready. We were offered a corner room on the highway side of the hotel which we know was very noisy. Reluctantly we checked into this room. As expected, the highway noise was horrible! Neither myself or my husband slept much at all. The next morning we requested to be moved to the quieter side of the hotel. The staff was accommodating and moved us but not into another corner room like we had. We were put in a smaller room which was clean and quiet but not the same type room. Ironically, the room we originally had checked into online, was just then being cleaned but it was not offered to us. We know the room was made available because it given to another guest we met later that day. The second issue we had were many of the amenities were missing from this hotel. Given, some are trivial but nonetheless they are amenities we enjoy and are much of the reason we return to this hotel. The missing amenities range from no hand lotion in the room, only 2 towels(including hand and body towels), and 1 bar of soap. Since their were two of us we had to request more towels and soap from the front desk which were brought up to us but the point is guests should not have to request these things. They should already be in the room. Other shortcomings from the hotel were we were limited to two drinks at happy hour(used to be unlimited), and the hot breakfast was nothing like Embassy Suites is known for. What went from a cook to order, lots of healthy choices, very good breakfast to a powdered eggs, dry bacon, and dry biscuit breakfast. No fruit, no yogurt, no oatmeal. The healthiest thing was a bowl of Raisin Bran. It was like eating a low budget motel continental breakfast. Now you could opt for a “grab and go” breakfast which consisted of a small pastry, piece of fruit, and a yogurt but you were limited to 1 breakfast ticket per guest so you h"
"Met my daughter and family here for a weekend of Triathlon for MS event. Room was great. Read reviews about Noise being a problem, but didn't experience that at all. Rooms felt very clean. They limited how many people were in the pool area, which was a COVID19 issue. 99 percent of people wore masks. My only complaint was I could here highway noise. When I come back next year I will request room on front side of hotel. "
"We always enjoy Embassy Suites. This time Covid restrictions and practices lessened the stay. Pleased with cleanliness practices. Housekeeping was a pain since none was scheduled and it was sometimes hard to ask for things. The nightly price was good. Staff friendly. Breakfast was only OK...but again Covid affected this. Both TV's had problems."
