Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

Good hotel,nice rooms, very clean. A parking lot is available directly next to the hotel. I recommend to take it Breakfast was good with a wide choice of things. However, the breakfast room is in the basement, that is, there are windows but you look onto the foundation if the building. There were two things I did not like: --The hotel is located next to the main railway station. We came back at 19 pm from a city walk and when we approched to hotel a lot of weird folks approached us e.g. groups of young man, junkies and generally weird persons. Some of the where really cooking crack 50 meters away from the hotels main entrance. This did not feel good. -The other thing was the fitness room. I had like 30 minutes in the morning,but the room was locked, although the reception desk told me it was open and I got no key though asking for it. So no gym for me.

This charming and quiet hotel is very well located. Service was very good and the room was nice and clean, although it was smaller than I expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit dated and small, so I would say the value for money is not the best, hence why I am not giving 5 stars. But I would still recommend this hotel and I am happy with my stay overall. Breakfast was good, with many choices of sweet or savoury food.

This was a great place to stay, Super close to the train station walking distance to great restaurants. Hotel staff so friendly very helpful spoke English very well. Pascual at the bar also works the restaurant, also does room service he was amazing he is learning English but always helpful helpful. I read many comments about the air conditioning….. if you’re coming to Italy in the summer it’s gonna be hot no matter where you go. The air conditioner work for our room it wasn’t ice cold but it was nice and cool. do you want something positive though… The shower was amazing water pressure, nice and hot. Our room/suite was in the front ….no noise at all from the street, they had two sets of windows to block out the sound… So quiet we had to turn our sound machine on to sleep… I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Spend the $14 euros on breakfast the cappuccino machine is great staff is very friendly and the breakfast is filling.

Una sera, percorrendo l'A1 in direzione nord, mi sono trovato verso mezzanotte ancora lontano dalla mia destinazione; così, dopo una veloce ricerca, ho trovato questo albergo appena fuori dal casello di Parma, ho prenotato su Booking e all'una di notte sono finalmente arrivato; ho trovato alla concierge il signor Alessandro, che è stato gentilissimo. L'hotel è moderno e con un grandissimo parcheggio. La camera era pulita, con un letto di consistenza ottima, e un bagno all'altezza (il box doccia era grande e comodo). Colazione ricca e abbondante, prezzo in linea con i servizi offerti.
