"This is the third time I have stayed at Marriott TownePlace in Findlay. It's a pretty basic long term hotel but has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large enough, the beds comfortable and I like the "home office" configuration of some of the rooms. Note that you have to request a "home office" to be assured of that type of room. They serve a basic breakfast, always the same except on weekends its a waffle instead of the egg dish. There is adequate fruit, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal Having now spent about 3 months there (divided up into two-week segments), I can say it is a good place to stay. Lots of restaurants around with walking or driving distance. One mild complaint is that there is no business center. I needed a copy machine, paper punch, paper cutter, etc. There is a Staples store across the street. They do have a computer and printer in the lobby."
"We came to Findlay for an IHSA competition with our small team of girls. We checked in on November 1 at around 7 pm and the girl at the counter (I didn’t get her name) was phenomenal. She gave us extra towels, shampoos, and helped us get a better rate. Overall, her demeanor was very welcoming and she was more than accommodating. Our room was perfect. There were 2 queen size beds, a sleeper sofa and a small kitchenette - perfect for our group of 5. It was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was pretty standard but filling. We will definitely be back."
"So, this hotel is a Marriot Category 2, so we were not expecting, 'high end'. But with that said, it may be a little worn in some of the public areas, but it was clean, and the reception was very good. The room was actually set up really well - good layout and plenty spacious. We were traveling during the pandemic with pets and having a full kitchen to heat up meals we had brought worked out really well. Will definitely plan to stay here again when we make the trip from South to Midwest"
