"We just returned from a four night stay at this property. I'll start with the positive: the Richard Meier building is beautiful. Well done. Ocean view room had a beautiful view and was well laid out. Now the rest: First of all, you cannot see the ocean from the restaurant, the pools, or the cabanas. Whatever you do, do not pay $600 for a cabana. It sits on a small 3 foot deep pool with no view of the ocean. As another poster mentioned, there are no hot tubs either. The service is extremely poor. You cannot reach anyone by calling down from your room directly - try to call room service or housekeeping, and one main number answers and tries to facilitate for you but does not deliver. I asked for hangers on our first day and they were never delivered, even though I asked multiple times. We sent down laundry and the service was messed up. They don't have a dedicated concierge - they just have people at the front desk who may or may not be in a position to offer good advice. There's also not really much to do at all. Rather dull for a teenager. The pools are fairly small and sad with no ocean view. The ocean is nice if the condition permits but there are plenty of other places you can stay for that. The location: the beach is nice because it is relatively quiet / not too many people around. But the overall location is fairly inconvenient. We were frequently driving 30+ minutes to get places. We weren't able to swim because it was either raining or there was a jellyfish warning. The Sireneuse restaurant is ok but not great. One of the dishes was not as described on the menu and another was not hot. The chef is relatively inflexible about any modifications or preferences. Conclusion: stay somewhere else. Not worth the expense and you will be disappointed."
"Not much to say except that it is one the most beautiful hotel we had the chance to stay in. Exceptionnal staff and service. Great food. Awesome kids club with great caretakers. Prices of the restaurants are crazy high though. Way too expensive in our opinion. For example the Ribeye for 75 dollars without fries nor sauce (a 30 dollars supplement is charged for both) is totally abusive."
"Stayed at the Surfside Four Seasons for one night, and from the moment we checked in, our experience was amazing! Gaby at the poolside bar, Winstons, and Mateo at the pool were so welcoming and helpful. They are both perfect examples of the world renowned four seasons service. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"

"We were treated with such love and care! Starting with SEBASTIAN at the Front desk, Dayana, JP and Mariella at breakfast, CHRISTY at the pool, Evelyn our house keeper, BRIAN our above and beyond butler. We even met the COO Scott Geraghty at breakfast. From beginning to end and amazing experience and the hotel took great lengths in enforcing masks and social distancing. Love Love Love Faena and Tao is a must experience for all food lovers (the knowledge the staff has on pairing plates is exquisite!. We are Amex Platinum members and the amenities were awesome!"
"I went to have lunch with two friends at the Faena hotel !!! This place had already been recommended to me many times. I can say that the drinks and the food were good, but the star of the lunch was the service of our server Jean-Paul. He was extraordinary with the service he gave us !!! Truly one of the best servers that have served me. Good job Faena in having employees like Jean-Paul. Congratulations!!"
"The staff is beyond compare - always helpful and friendly. The restaurants are all wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The pool and beach are lovely if you have time to enjoy them! There's a nice boardwalk for biking or walking right beyond the property walls. I can't wait to go back."

"Ooops we did it again!……..Ahhh….finally I am able to compose this review of another wonderful holiday at the beautiful Acqualina Resort and Spa… Although it is long overdue it is a big thank you to the Acqualina Resort team (s). Our family spent the Thanksgiving holiday (2019) with the Acqualina family and it was extraordinary. From the outstanding breakfast(s) to the inviting beach and supreme service and onward into a relaxing evening in our suite or at the AQ or Il Mulino. One of the most remarkable experiences was a custom Thanksgiving celebration in our suite with the most delectable presentations by Head Chef Jose Casals. Chef even made a special appearance to greet us. We applauded him and didn't’ want him to leave! Our exceptional attendant, Dragos, was professional, friendly, attentive and kind. Director of Food and Beverage, Sybrandt Windell clearly has a passion for his work- His spirit and commitment to providing excellent guest experiences was superior. From confirming reservations with Karianne Arsenault; Arriving at the front entrance with warm welcomes; checking in at front reception’s great team; Excellent and attentive housekeeping staff; coordinating Thanksgiving Dinner with Glenda Barnatan; Finding our way to the beach and welcomed by an always smiling team; Enjoying cocktails at the bar with William; languid breakfasts with Simone, Bhushan, Jamie, Chef Max; --we are already dreaming of the next opportunity to visit Acqualina. Thank you!"
"This is a beautiful resort/hotel. Everything at the luxe level. The service is really exceptional, even by the standards of a high end resort. Immaculate, very high end, no detail ignored or left lacking. Really maxes out in every regard. It’s definitely self-contained. A beautiful hotel, a spa, exceptional restaurant, pools and a lovely beach. But that’s kind of it. The area is recently built up. So once you’re outside the hotel it’s not like you’re in South Beach where there are places you want to stroll around and shop. It’s basically a strip of similar hotels and that’s kind of it. Obviously Miami is nearby. So that’s not really a bad thing. If you mainly want to spend a few days sitting around lovely pools, or laying out on the beach and eating great food and being generally pampered you really can’t do better. Like you may literally not be able to find a better version of this kind of resort. "
"Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to share an exceptional experience at Acqualina Resort with you. Yesterday February 25th we were having lunch in one of the wonderful Lounges right in front of the beach. The view and atmosphere is breathtaking. Our server Airis was extremely Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The Red/White Corporate Fashion of all personnel looked very unique which also reflects the Corporate colors of the Acqualina. The Menu was easy to read and Offers a lot of high quality food and Beverage. The price/quality level of it is very fair and reasonable. The Whole place Acqualina has a soul offering a lot of beautiful Details from A-Z. We will be back very soon and highly recommend this place. Each of the 5 stars of this Resort is fully deserved. "This hotel is too poor, and will never live again! ! The environment is not bad, but the service is too bad. Let me have a fire during my stay. My girlfriend and I don't like it very much. At the beginning of the check-in, let us prompt you to order the card on the Internet when you booked the hotel, saying that there are many credit card frauds in Miami. I canceled my room without taking the card. Later I needed to re-swipe my card with my own card. My UnionPay card has been brushed twice for 500$ bank display deduction, they also said that it did not pass, I want to use Visa or Master. It’s been a long time to stay. Then at the front desk, the staff stepped on the foot. I was wearing beach slippers and was directly trampled. In the end, I did not apologize and gave me a band-aid. I still can't stick it. You need to go to the pharmacy to buy a band-aid. Finally, my girlfriend forgot a pajamas in the room, called back, and they did not help to find out directly. In short, stayed a stomach fire. There is no five-star service at this hotel. The environment is good, but it is enough to drink, eat and eat. Living here is not very worth it! It is better to go to a branded hotel and the service is good. We regret that we didn't live in the next door, the service is better, and the lobby looks like a higher grade."
"The hotel environment is very good. The so-called sea view can only be probed out from the balcony, which is different from the sea view we understand. The hotel said that the room that directly saw the sea was called "ocean front" and we were the ocean view. At first, I was disappointed. After complaining The hotel has upgraded a suite with sea view. Although it has been upgraded, it still has a balcony and a little sea view. Can only say that this hotel is really expensive But the hotel facilities and services are really super good! Worth it worth it, the hotel is awesome"
"I read the little red book and specially booked this hotel. The imagination and reality are a little different. The service is not bad. There are a lot of people in the pool. If you take a photo, you have to go around 5 o'clock. There are three swimming pools, one is on the top floor, there is no beauty on the picture. But it is okay, the room is a bit like the feeling of a hotel apartment, and the charges are unreasonable. The hotel is not good, there is a sushi restaurant nearby and a lobster ramen is especially delicious."

"The room is big and unimaginable! The first two days to upgrade the twin room, room 504, so great! The decoration is light and luxurious, the room is about 150 square meters, the renewal is changed to the room, the big bed room is also very large, about 80 more flat, the free breakfast is comprehensive, only one can choose one, the small quantity is not bad. The hotel beach has to go out for a few minutes, only two chairs and towels, 15 umbrellas per day/day; Miami is too sun-drenched during the day, and there is no way to stay on the beach. I have been renewing my room for a long time, and I am a little dissatisfied from 11:00 to 3:00 pm."

"We nearly backed out of staying because of the negative reviews, so glad we didn’t cancel! We had dinner at the villa a few years ago and wanted to stay a few nights. I had requested The Azure Suite but ended up with The Empire Suite and was not disappointed. I think all the rooms are over-the-top opulent and fun. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner there both nights, it is a bit pricey but was delicious. The restaurant stays very busy. The best part is exploring the mansion and feeling like you have it to yourself. We were in the pool in the middle of the night and every morning. It isn’t heated but I found it refreshing. Most of the staff were great and went out of their way to make our stay special. I would suggest calling or emailing guest to let them know valet parking is currently a few blocks away. I knew from reading the reviews and called for directions ahead of time. The valet was wonderful and the villa sent someone for our bags. Location is unbeatable but we really didn’t want to leave the Villa. We were planning on this being a one-time stay but decided we will be back."
"I suggest to everyone if they visit my yummy to go to that place for dinner it’s amazing beautiful the food is very good prices it’s normal I enjoy it a lot and I will go again. If you want to make romantic dinner for your health is just perfect place in Miami also you have to have a dress code for that place upstairs also it’s hotels you can stay there."
"Great experience with the service. The property is amazing for pictures and very well maintained. I would recommend staying here for any occasion as well as for photo shoots. The photographer and team were absolutely incredible. Must follow on IG @IVONNEPHOTO"
