"We chose this hotel after careful consideration as we planned to stay in Huanchaco at the end of our holiday for a few nights and we picked well. it’s super clean with a proper functional bathroom and great shower it’s by far the best hotel we have stated in in all of our trip and it’s good value too plus ghe staff are a delight"
"Room was dated. Breakfast plain, and the same each day. (2 eggs, bread, a few olives, bad coffee, juice). The view of the ocean was nice from our room. I don’t think they all have that view. Pool small but good for our kids. The lasting impression will be the scam where they charge your credit card the rate in soles, then exchange to dollars at a poor rate PLUS a 3.5% foreign currency transaction fee. The difference was about $20 for us, and since our flight was canceled and we had nowhere to go, I argued the point for 15 minutes until they finally re-charged the card, selecting soles (option 2 on their point of sale ccard machine) and thus negating the other bogus charges. Oh, the chocolates in your room in a little basket aren’t a welcome gift, they’re 4 soles each. "
"Small room, at first glance everything looked shabby. Bed was okay, but sheets were so thin I could see through them, one had stains, the other had holes. Hairs on the sheets. The pillows were so disgusting that I had to ask for another one from reception. My friends room ran out of toilet paper which they ended up replacing themselves, and had their soap taken away the second day and was never replaced. The shades let in a lot of light. The night reception staff member was good, he did what he could to get me a decent pillow. Breakfast is moderate, decent location, fairly quiet."
