"We were directed to this hotel because they were pet friendly, even though we did not see the sign from the interstate we found it beside the RED Roof inn. We were greated by a very friendly front desk person who couldnt do enough for us. Once settled in the room was probably one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Lots of room, beds very comfortable and quiet, Do not hesitate to look this location up I promise you that you will not be diappointed."
"Stayed here for two nights over the July 4th holiday weekend. We were in a one bedroom suite. There are pros and cons to the property. Pros - free laundry service - ample parking - convenient location - staff were pleasant Cons - no AC vent in bedroom of suite - fan in wall between main area and suite was loud and knob fell off when turned - ice maker was horribly slow to process - loud dogs in adjacent rooms There’s plenty of nearby eating options and a Walmart up the street. You’re about three miles from the entry to Fort Leonard Wood. "
"Great place to stay close to Ft. Leonard Wood! Very convenient next to Walmart right off the I-44. The kitchen inside of your suite will allow you to save money and eat more healthy that fast food! This place is military friendly for uniform and contractors. The crew was friendly and very helpful!"

"This had to single-handedly be one of the most bizarre hotel experiences at any hotel I have had. This place is a literal ghost town! For starters, there is never anyone working the front desk. No one there when I checked in, no one there at check out, and nobody there whenever I would come and go. They had a sign on the desk that said it was open from something like 8am to 9pm - but no one was ever there. “Check in phone number” on the sign just went to voicemail every time I called. During the day there was never a housekeeper in sight. Just weird. The only way I was able to check in was I saw a guy in the hallway who said he knew how to reach someone, and a half-sleeping woman came to the window to check me in (this was like 10:30pm). The property claims to have 24 hour front desk. Not true. They claim to have a hot breakfast. Not true (wasn’t even a cold breakfast). They claim to have daily housekeeping - not true. I not once got housekeeping let alone even saw a housekeeper the full time I was there. I saw towels placed in the hallway on the night I checked in, and the towels were still sitting there the AM I checked out. Garbage cans in hallway by the elevator was full the full visit, as well. The room could have been cleaner, too. Kitchenette sink was dirty (brown stains in it), kitchen towel by sink was obviously used and not replaced, and the bed down comforter was not washed, as it had some sort of blood/poo stain on it and a big body fluid spot on it as well. The ac unit was tough to work, and was always too hot no matter how cool you set it. The refrigerator has strawberry purée type fluids in the bottom, and whenever the fridge was opened it made the full room smell of strawberry syrup. Of course, there was never anyone to complain to about any problems. It seems that one woman may be running the full show, and she lives in one of the units. There also was like nobody else staying here. Maybe 1 or 2 other cars in the lot each night. It was like a vacant hotel and I was the only one who was there, or so it seemed. Very weird. In defense to the property, it was pleasantly decorated and somewhat updated. Had the room been cleaned properly, it would have been a very nice hotel room. I review EVERY hotel I stay in - both the food and the bad. I use TripAdvisor quite frequently in my travels, and contributing on every hotel is my way of giving back to the community. You can trust my reviews are honest and a true reflection of my stay. "
"When we arrived at the hotel and tried to check in the lady at the front desk first said we did not have a reservation, I presented my confirmation to her and then she stated that the double queen room we reserved was having electrical problems so the reservation was cancelled and an email was sent to let me know. I checked my email and told her I never received such an email. During this time, she was unprofessional, rude and not offering to help fix this dilemma. My family and I drove in from out of town for a military graduation that was supposed to start in two hours, we were tired, and your employee was not helpful! At this point I asked what she had available and she said single queen rooms were available so I asked if we could book those rooms, please note that we did book this reservation though hotels.com, she then proceeds to tell me rudely and unprofessionally that she would be fired if she gave us rooms for the price Hotels.com gave us and told me to call them to figure it out. I called Hotels.com this was a 30-minute ordeal and they showed that there were STILL double queen rooms available to book, I was flabbergasted and during all this some guest that had checked in after us was having the SAME problem!! I then proceeded back to the check in desk and a different lady was on duty now and I told her we needed two rooms and the money that was paid directly to the hotel for our reservation needed to be applied to our bill because per Hotels.com they said that the hotel would have to refund our money, she worked with us and finally resolved the problem and booked us two rooms. While waiting for all this I spoke to the family who had the same problem and we almost felt like it was a scam, the great price on hotels.com gets you to the hotel and once you get here it’s a higher price and total fiasco. Also, my other family members who drove in from out of town who did not make a reservation were offered the two-queen double bedrooms, this was fishy! Please note these employees were NOT wearing uniforms, no name tags and they were dressed unprofessionally, they did not look like hotel employees and the first lady lacked personal hygiene, I hate to say it, but she did. The morning that we were leaving we decided to take advantage of the wonderful breakfast the hotel website said it offered. Please note morning employee had on jeans and a flannel shirt again no name tags no uniform. Juice machine was out of order, they did not replenish with anything so that left the coffee machine which worked but there were NO CUPS, I went up to the front desk to inquire and he stated they were out and thought there were maybe a few real coffee mugs on the counter, we walked over to the table and there was 5 real coffee mugs and no more, then he proceeded to tell us that when we were done with the coffee mug to set it on the edge of the table so it could be washed and put out for someone else to use. There was a water machine but again there were no cu"
"The suite was clean and ready for the 6 of us, with fridge, stove, extra bed. Variety of continental breakfast was good, BUT could have been replenished more often for the amount of people eating in dining room. Fruit basket and bread Bin low when we were there, and no one around to tell."

"Stayed 3 night so that we could attend my son's graduation from basic training. The hotel staff was friendly and our rooms were clean. Hotel is close to base so we was able to come back and relax and not lose travel time from our visiting time. Will stay here again."
"I have no complaints about the Hotel. It was a nice affordable place to stay while attending my son's graduation from basic training at Fort Leonard Wood. I just wish the complimentary breakfast was more of a variety. I don't eat biscuits and gravy. Other than that, like I said I have no complaints about the hotel. Thanks for accommodating us!"
"We stayed here because of graduation of grandson from basic training. Price, internet, breakfast, and close to the base . Comfortable and friendly staff. Will stay again in the future. Didn't use pool but nice to have one."

"The Best Western Montis Inn is truly a gem! This motel is neat, clean, well-appointed and very convenient. It is just off the highway with all rooms facing the road, yet it is extremely quiet. A great place for a night's stay. Most importantly, you won't find a better innkeeper (owner/manager) anywhere. Mr. Patel is a dying bread of hotel owners. He will give you first class service. He is friendly, engaging, caring, and he will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and at home. I can't say enough good things about him. And on top of all of this, the Montis Inn is one of the lower priced inns in the area, and the best, in my opinion. It is an amazing find. Don't hesitate to book a room with Mr. Patel!"
"This Best Western is located in an easy on/easy off location I was tired and needed to stop soon and didn't want to get to a bigger town. I usually look for Best Westerns and my GPS didn't show this one. I noticed this on a billboard and decided to stop. It had everything I needed for myself and my dog and a decent but not great breakfast. "
"Stopped on our way home to Michigan, nice redone hotel. Clean and right off the interstate. We use Best Western hotels when we travel this one didn't disappoint. Only thing was we got a standard bed and it was ok but we were used to queen or bigger. Our bad..."

"No this isn’t your 5 star resort, BUT the staff is so friendly. The room is clean, the lobby is clean, and the parking lot was clean! The housekeeping is wonderful and the whole staff is very helping and considerate! They are accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be staying again if I’m back in the area! I am amazed, I saw the house keeping mopping the back stairway! Iv never seen that in the best of the best hotels! Like I said not your 5 star resort but amazing for the price!"
"My boyfriend and I stayed for one night at the All Towne Suites. The check-in was fast and the front lobby was clean with a vending machine, ATM, computer, and brochures for sites around the area. Our room was a single queen bed room. It was furnished with a small kitchen area, a full sized fridge, a desk with two chairs, and a lounge chair. The bathroom was spacious and all towels were clean. The pillows were fluffy and nice and the air conditioner worked wonderfully."
"I've stayed all over the country during my 20+ years in the service. This hotel will give you a suite with a full size fridge, range, couch bed, jacuzzi tub, all for the cheapest price I've ever seen. Staff and owners are amazingly friendly and accommodating too! I'd give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could."

"When I made my reservation to stay in this motel I asked for a Non-smoking king room. When I arrived I was told I couldn't have a room with a king bed, instead I was given a room with 2 queen beds, reason: I had my little dachshund traveling with me and they don't allow pets in rooms with king beds. Okay, fine, not that big of a deal. But, when I entered my room the smell about knocked me over. The stench of stall smoke or something similar was horrible. Thankfully I had a lavender scented candle with me and a bottle of Fabreze - eventually I was able to make the room smell better. Other than the horrid smell the room was fine. the furniture and bed covering were quite worn but not a big deal. The front desk person was pleasant. This is the 2nd Days Inn that I have stayed at in the past 30 days and it will be my last. Both Inns were horrible and not worth the money I paid, I can stay in a LaQuinta for about the same price and have a much, much better experience."
"The room was very clean and comfortable. Older building, but the location was very convenient. All the expected amenities were provided and everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and wifi was easy. Staff was friendly and efficient."
"My room was very clean and comfortable, one of the best Days Inns I've stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor access to room was appreciated. The included breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends."
