"This had to single-handedly be one of the most bizarre hotel experiences at any hotel I have had. This place is a literal ghost town! For starters, there is never anyone working the front desk. No one there when I checked in, no one there at check out, and nobody there whenever I would come and go. They had a sign on the desk that said it was open from something like 8am to 9pm - but no one was ever there. “Check in phone number” on the sign just went to voicemail every time I called. During the day there was never a housekeeper in sight. Just weird. The only way I was able to check in was I saw a guy in the hallway who said he knew how to reach someone, and a half-sleeping woman came to the window to check me in (this was like 10:30pm). The property claims to have 24 hour front desk. Not true. They claim to have a hot breakfast. Not true (wasn’t even a cold breakfast). They claim to have daily housekeeping - not true. I not once got housekeeping let alone even saw a housekeeper the full time I was there. I saw towels placed in the hallway on the night I checked in, and the towels were still sitting there the AM I checked out. Garbage cans in hallway by the elevator was full the full visit, as well. The room could have been cleaner, too. Kitchenette sink was dirty (brown stains in it), kitchen towel by sink was obviously used and not replaced, and the bed down comforter was not washed, as it had some sort of blood/poo stain on it and a big body fluid spot on it as well. The ac unit was tough to work, and was always too hot no matter how cool you set it. The refrigerator has strawberry purée type fluids in the bottom, and whenever the fridge was opened it made the full room smell of strawberry syrup. Of course, there was never anyone to complain to about any problems. It seems that one woman may be running the full show, and she lives in one of the units. There also was like nobody else staying here. Maybe 1 or 2 other cars in the lot each night. It was like a vacant hotel and I was the only one who was there, or so it seemed. Very weird. In defense to the property, it was pleasantly decorated and somewhat updated. Had the room been cleaned properly, it would have been a very nice hotel room. I review EVERY hotel I stay in - both the food and the bad. I use TripAdvisor quite frequently in my travels, and contributing on every hotel is my way of giving back to the community. You can trust my reviews are honest and a true reflection of my stay. "
"When we arrived at the hotel and tried to check in the lady at the front desk first said we did not have a reservation, I presented my confirmation to her and then she stated that the double queen room we reserved was having electrical problems so the reservation was cancelled and an email was sent to let me know. I checked my email and told her I never received such an email. During this time, she was unprofessional, rude and not offering to help fix this dilemma. My family and I drove in from out of town for a military graduation that was supposed to start in two hours, we were tired, and your employee was not helpful! At this point I asked what she had available and she said single queen rooms were available so I asked if we could book those rooms, please note that we did book this reservation though hotels.com, she then proceeds to tell me rudely and unprofessionally that she would be fired if she gave us rooms for the price Hotels.com gave us and told me to call them to figure it out. I called Hotels.com this was a 30-minute ordeal and they showed that there were STILL double queen rooms available to book, I was flabbergasted and during all this some guest that had checked in after us was having the SAME problem!! I then proceeded back to the check in desk and a different lady was on duty now and I told her we needed two rooms and the money that was paid directly to the hotel for our reservation needed to be applied to our bill because per Hotels.com they said that the hotel would have to refund our money, she worked with us and finally resolved the problem and booked us two rooms. While waiting for all this I spoke to the family who had the same problem and we almost felt like it was a scam, the great price on hotels.com gets you to the hotel and once you get here it’s a higher price and total fiasco. Also, my other family members who drove in from out of town who did not make a reservation were offered the two-queen double bedrooms, this was fishy! Please note these employees were NOT wearing uniforms, no name tags and they were dressed unprofessionally, they did not look like hotel employees and the first lady lacked personal hygiene, I hate to say it, but she did. The morning that we were leaving we decided to take advantage of the wonderful breakfast the hotel website said it offered. Please note morning employee had on jeans and a flannel shirt again no name tags no uniform. Juice machine was out of order, they did not replenish with anything so that left the coffee machine which worked but there were NO CUPS, I went up to the front desk to inquire and he stated they were out and thought there were maybe a few real coffee mugs on the counter, we walked over to the table and there was 5 real coffee mugs and no more, then he proceeded to tell us that when we were done with the coffee mug to set it on the edge of the table so it could be washed and put out for someone else to use. There was a water machine but again there were no cu"
"The suite was clean and ready for the 6 of us, with fridge, stove, extra bed. Variety of continental breakfast was good, BUT could have been replenished more often for the amount of people eating in dining room. Fruit basket and bread Bin low when we were there, and no one around to tell."
