Top 10 Fountain Village Hotels

Stayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.

Room was high quality and clean. Service was good. Challenges were very spotty wifi and soap and shampoo dispensers that would not work.

I probably won't waste my time or money on any other hotel again when in the area. We had a queen studio room on the first floor, 2 adults 3 kids. We fit perfectly as every room comes equip with a pull out couch. They we're courteous to us by giving us a room on the first floor (so you don't have little feet running overhead you keeping you awake.) The staff was just very well rounded and make you feel like you we're the only guest there. 10/10 would recommend! My family and I will defiantly be back soon! Our room (122) was conveniently located at the back door on the first floor. This was convenient for me as a smoker and convenient for the family to quickly load/unload without the hassle of dragging my Terrible 2-year-old and 3eenager across the hotel disrupting other guests. Overall I have almost no negatives other than location. (unless you are utilizing the Airport) but for leisure it can prove to be drive for restaurants but everything else is close such as a shopping mall with a Family Dollar, Walgreens, and even a Smoker's Friendly

The bathroom in the original room overflowed, so I changed to another room. The breakfast was very good and the room was very large, suitable for family outings.

The location is perfect but amenities could be better.

The room is spacious and well designed. There is a partition between the beds and study table which allow us to work on laptop without disturbing the other person who was sleeping. There are varieties for breakfast. The hotel location is also near to a lot of restaurants
