"From before we even arrived Daniel with the concierge worked with me to plan a special suprise for our anniversary. He even made accommodations so that we had a super early check in 9AM! Above and beyond, even scored an amazing view of mainstreet. Tre was very sociable and was able to take us and pick us up from one of our destinations. Christian with the front desk was super kind and and dedicated by helping us take a perfect photo and making sure we liked it. He too got us to a destination on time and he was very professional. Savannah we only ran into for a moment, but the left the surprise of champagne and chocolates in the room with a trail of roses. She is so sweet! And lastly Autumn, she helped us at check out, she was very kind and understanding. Thank you to the team at the joule and anyone I didn't mention that made our brief stay a dream. We will definitely be back again and again. Specs: the beds are comfortable and after a long day traveling, AMAZING. The robes are like big fluffy blankets The bathtub is basically a jacuzzi and the rain showers are wonderful. The food is amazing and you have many options without going far. The hotel itself is stunning inside and out and it's like stepping into another world. I would recommend to anyone looking to feel like a million bucks."
"I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel. From the Valet Danny to the guest services... Ty Richard, Helvic and Danielle amazing customer service and Tre who was especially refreshing. He did everything from carry our bags to an upgraded room, gave us the 411 for all of the amenities in our room and drove us to and from the concert! He was professional but so down to earth! This guy is a keeper for sure! The room service was far better than any I have ever had and the one on one service they provide makes them a five star all the way! I will be back and definitely splurge for premium King Room 851!"
"From working with Megan Milkavich for months on rooms, the check in process that involved surprise upgrades, the bell men who had to help us every day- we were overwhelmed with their customer service! Smiles through their masks, answering all our questions, letting us use a ballroom at the last minute for our rehearsal, SUPER clean rooms with wonderful amenities- our weekend was fantastic! The Staff were beyond amazing. We had many ups and downs planning this wedding twice but The Joule staff were amazing! Thank you!"

"We stayed at the Adolphus for NCA’s last week. Great hotel overall. I travel quite a bit for business and the character & customer service Is excellent here. Everyone tried to help if there is a need and the attitude if everyone I dealt with employed by the hotel is great. 2 small downsides. The Valet was not great if you’re parking. I think a lot has to do with the employee running the valet stand, not the valets themselves. I waited almost an hour for my car the first time and asked her 3 different times what the wait was. I finally went to an actual valet driver because I was pretty sure she had messed something up and sure enough she had pulled the wrong key but never checked it on any of the 3 occasions I went back to her. The next time it took 35 minutes. After tent I just went straight to the Valet drivers rather than call to the stand. Second is the cost of room service. I don’t mind paying for a good meal but by the time they add delivery & all the surcharges breakfast can be $50 - $60 for just a few eggs, toast, and coffee. Luckily the downstairs restaurant and sitting areas are very nice so if you are there for enjoyment and are not pressed for time it’s a great atmosphere and the price becomes more reasonable. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel in the midst of many cookie cutter national brands. If you’re there for work and are looking for everything to be fast and efficient this may not be the first choice. However, if you are integrating the hotel as part of your experience in Dallas it’s hard to beat. "
"We arrived around midnight on a Wednesday and still experienced exceptional customer service. Our room was upgraded to a terrace suite for a bit extra and wow was it worth it. We loved the overall architecture, dark wood, fine accent pieces, modern rooms, spacious bathroom, and deep tub the hotel had to offer. Just walking around and experiencing the atmosphere, bakery, and shop was a pleasure. I forgot my phone after checkout and it was there waiting for me at the front desk, staff was excellent. Professional, always greeted through the doors, great valet, and social distancing and masks were a welcomed sight."
"Booked a stay for a family celebration. Accomodations were fantastic on every level possible. My family had to cancel because of the COVID-19 outbreak, however, the concert they were to attend is postponed, so they will be traveling to Dallas and staying at the Adolphus when it is rescheduled. The staff was incredibly accomodating and the Concierge, Whitney, helped me plan the event so that it was one that was truly a celebration of 50 years of marriage. Thank you so much."

"Looking at Ctrip's online reviews, I booked a room for two nights. The first impression when I came to the hotel was very good. The waiter at the door was divided into two parts. The service was very professional and enthusiastic. The waiter entered the room and put it in the room. The facilities of the hotel are introduced carefully. It is very warm. The hotel has seven restaurants. We had an American dinner at the hotel that night. The quality of the service and dishes was perfect. The Japanese food at noon the next day was also very exquisite. There are also many surrounding attractions. It is also very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Dallas. I highly recommend it to everyone."
"The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city and does not have access to many major attractions. The hotel building and lobby are very stylish and convenient for eating. There are 7 different styles of restaurants."
"Central location, close to the Kennedy Memorial Plaza and the Convention Center. There are many restaurants in the hotel, and the steakhouse on the first floor is especially good."

"Growing up in the city I had always wanted an excuse to come here. I booked my stay and experience was THE BEST. Every aspect of my stay was memorable from the guys at valet who took excellent care of me and my friends, to the managers who went above and beyond to make my stay the best possible experience. A warm thank you to Johnny Sanchez for having an immaculate rooftop bar with superb service. A very big thank you to Ethan Brown for having such an open and welcoming hotel I was nervous to ask about a special request and he made it happen THATS WHAT I CALL A++ SERVICE. After working in hotels you learn to appreciate your stay away from home a little more again my room was perfect, the service was outstanding, and all my request were met and above and beyond what I imagined. I believe this is by far the best hotel to stay at in Dallas to really be in the city."
"One of the services I was most impressed about was the customer service text feature. I received a text day of reservation to ensure a pleasant experience. Support staff was attentive to my needs. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond walking into my room with a bottle of champagne. Room was lovely. Rooftop bar and pool was awesome overlooking the city. Overall, it was a a great experience. If you are visiting, or just enjoying a STAYcation, Canvas Dallas is where it’s at."
"Promote Ethan. Hes so helpful and went above and beyond for my family. Hes very professional. PROMOTE ETHAN!!! I cant say it enough. The hotel was very nice and clean. The first thing I always pay attention to is the staff and how they present themselves and its needless to say that Ethan is the definition of a hotel manager and I honestly think if more hotels had his service people would be more willing to come out. He made our first trip from Missouri at this hotel the perfect night."

"This hotel is no different from a five-star hotel. The environment, services and facilities are all in place. It just lacks the same catering as a five-star hotel. Adjacent to the tallest tower, it is very convenient for viewing. Both the interior and exterior design of the building are remarkable. However, the nearby roads are a bit confusing, and driving is easy to make mistakes."
"Hotel room is very large and very comfortable, there is no need to take a car to eat around, the service is also very recommended"
"It’s okay to say it."
