We're staying in the Grand Park hotel, where we always stay during our holidays. On Friday, we needed to see the vet for our cat, that we brought with us to the hotel, because she wasn't feeling well for the last 2 days and seemed like she was ill. We called the vet, and he told us to come to the clinic immediately but we only had ten minutes left, before they would close . We didn't know the way and we needed someone to drive us with our car to the clinic quickly. When we got to our car, we asked for help at the reception but no one took their time to help us, except Rikardo, who was very kind and helpful, as he was the only one to take his time to drive us there, ”saving us” in that stressful situation. When we arrived at the vet, he helped carry the cats cage to the waiting room, where he waited with my daughter until the cats examination was finished, then drove us back to the hotel.
