Reviews From Real Travelers
We stayed here for two nights and thought it was great. It’s a relatively new hotel and we were surprised to find that our room had a kitchen and cooking facilities. This does not seem to be a feature in many hotels nowadays. There was a great selection of different teas and a coffee pod machine. The water was hot and good pressure in the shower with an overhead sprinkler and shower hose combination. The bed was very comfortable and easy control of in room temperature. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all very friendly. There is onsite parking for a fee but make sure you book this early as there does not appear to be many spaces for the size of the hotel. There is an on-site restaurant which served a great breakfast but were booked out for dinner. The hotel is well situated, walking distance to the big shopping plaza, supermarkets other restaurants and the riverside walkway. Everything was great and we would stay here again when we’re back in the region.

I stayed in a one-bedroom garden view suite with a kitchenette. The hotel is new and well-appointed. However, having no guest manual to provide instructions for the combined oven/microwave, the coffee pod machine, or even where to find the QR code for room service from the adjoining restaurant was frustrating. When I finally found this, on the bedroom wall, the link didn't work, so I could not view the menu or order any in-room dining for my three-day stay. There is no toaster provided in the kitchen and you apparently make toast in the oven - which I couldn't work, even after googling to find a manual. There is not much point in having high-tech appliances if guests can't use them. I did ask, several times at reception, about the menu and QR codes and while the staff were polite and friendly, I didn't get the issues resolved. The welcome card and letter were nice touches and it would help if these included where to find instructions for ordering food or using the appliances.
