The AC was not working properly and while checking I had informed the duty ***ager that the normal tempnature of 24 degrees which I feel is hot kindly arrnage to give me an room with some more low temp but he told me that it's chilling now and when I went to room it was hot
So resulting in checking out in just 3 hours bcoz I was feeling uncomfortable and hot .

Good hotel clean good staff great food . Near a mall lots of food choices. Good size rooms . Only problem they will check u out early so Ur key will stop working But the ***agers are very responsive. Close to the airport. 20 mins to get to the hotel

Hotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

Not bad, the hotel service is very good, but the Indian hotel entrance will be more scented and need to adapt. The surrounding area is a bit far from the supermarket, and the traffic at the hotel entrance is heavy.

Everything about this slightly dated business hotel is great for short stay business trips. i would not recommend families stay here are the facilities is not suitable.

The Leela is a Luxury hotel close to the airport and in the heart of the city. It is well known brand for its architecture , luxoruous amenities & Superb service. Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

Everything was superb!
Immaculate, very luxurious comfortable rooms overlooking garden and pool
The staff is super friendly and know how to make your stay a perfect one. They are very customer oriented and service minded but with a wonderfull personal touch. The choice of restaurants is overwelming but my choice was the Indian restaurant Jamavar and the food was of superior quality. This with the beautifull breakfast en tea time and scrumpious snacks at the Lobby Lounge and the amazing coctails and of course the easy airport transfer made my stay just wonderfull. Will definately be back!
